I have claim# [protected] progressive insurance georgia
i was scheduled 6 different day and times for an adjuster to come out and look at my car. Each and every time no one showed up, nor called to say they were not coming. I would struggle to get in touch and get an answer from the adjuster (stephanie). On the 5th day, i called stepahinie's supervisor, nikki bryant, on a friday. Nikki assued me that stephanie or "someone" would be out on monday. It was no surprise when no one ever showed. I then called a corporate number and they gave me nikki bryant's supervisor number, thomas sharpe. I left a message explaining everything to him that same monday. I never heard back from him but, nikki did call me that tuesday and said stephanie would be out that day. It came about 4:30 and i still had not seen stephanie, so i called and left a message with nikki. One hour later stephanie showed up took pictures and left. I uploaded pictures of the car on the app but i understand she had to take her own pictures, i guess.
Now my issue is trying to see the claim results. It states the car was delcared totaled but to view the estimate, it comes up saying "the file is missing or damaged". I have called and messaged stephanie and call and left a message with her supervisor nikki bryant about this issue. I have not received a response from either one.
I understand in the state of georgia they have 30-40 days to resolve a claim. That is not the problem here. The problem is communication...There is none! to schedule a day and time to come out and have me wait for you, then be a "no show" and "no call" on "6" different occasions is ridiculous!
i feel as if progressive does not value their custiomers!
now, i also fear they are going to "low ball" me as a form of retaliation for me being persistate and escalating this above and beyond.
I am at my wits end!
