Gd day

My name is charles from encore resturant and lounge in Pretoria Menlyn had booked your Putco bus on the 15 of December had an event l was doing in harties ,,lm actually disappointed with your service let me start from the beginning ,l called your office on Monday and Tuesday and no one was answering the phone as it kept ringing,A lady by the name of Sphiwe answered the phone and when l tried to inform about the trip was very rude and even cut the phone on me,if u can inquire as l know an establishment like yours have telephone recordings pliz look into it but that’s just the start of my misery with putco

Got the invoice to pay,,as l had done the same trip some months back and paid R4371.00 and now had to pay R7705 which l asked why and she said because of the last incident,,0key no worries paid the R7705 because l really wanted the bus,l sent the proof of payment on thursday 14th December sent the pop same time tried calling like 15 times on which no one answered the phone,on the 15 called again and still had no luck as no one was still answering,,,till around 10 since my bus was supposed to arrive at 12,,Had to call other numbers and spoke to like 4 supervisors and l was being sent from pillar to post,spoke to one around two who said he was in charge l think his name was Mahlangu and told me that he will make a plan for me which my clients started complaining as the bus was supposed to leave the premises at 12 had to entertain my clients by giving them complimentary drinks on my expense

l kept on calling and the supervisor guaranteed that they was a mix up at the office bus only arrived around 3:30 at which the boat l rented was supposed to leave at 4,some of my guests got impatient and left and they had paid online and wanted refunds ,l tried to delay but ended up leaving at 5 and still the bus hadn’t arrived,the boat had to leave when my guests got there most of them left because of the bus delay and left,,,l had to hire small boats to bring my guests on the boat but most of them decided to leave l had booked the bus till 10 and my guests kept complaining,,it was the worst event l have ever done and all because of Putco incompetence and bad service delivery,,l ended closing the event at 8 on which it was supposed to be 10 because all my guests left and where not happy,,,,lm really disappointed with your service delivery and would like a refund as l had to run a big loss and paid for a lot of things all because of you guys not sorting out ur office,,,,

I will send all the proof ,,could have sent the email earlier but was out of the country on business,,please if you could get back to me asap

Will attach all the msg l got from my clients and all the extra expenses l endured
