No proper assistance and flakey
DO NOT PURCHASE CAR HERE — I recently purchased a car from them and shortly afterwards I had my usual mechanic take a look at everything to make sure it really was in like new condition and thoroughly examined for issues like Quebedeaux assured us. It was in fact, not. There were issues with the transmission, several issues with the ac, and very very low break pads and a tire. We also took it to Honda for an additional examination and they confirmed. We tried to get help from the dealership for weeks and did not get ANY help. We were bounced back and forth to different departments and blown off many times. At this point we had to get the repairs done as Honda and our mechanic said we should not use the car until we had the repairs done. We continued to reach out to the dealership and “surprise surprise” same back and forth and flakiness. We did not feel like a priority and in the end we got in contact with Khalifa the manager and he said they won’t do anything for us. Absolutely unacceptable. Don’t get your car here.
Recommendation: Don’t purchase here.
Deceptive pricing
Deceptive pricing. Advertised vehicle on Cargurus.com and their own website at one price. No conditions were listed on Cargurus.com but their website did detail that to receive the offered price, one must trade in a vehicle for half of the discount and use their credit company for an additional discount. After applying for credit and discussing the offered price, an offer sheet was presented with the price at $6000 more than listed. They claimed the car was priced incorrectly AND their staff had quoted the wrong price as well. No accountability. They would not honor their listings or quotes but did offer to fill my gas tank for compensation. Beware!

The absolute worst customer relations I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. I live in a different location and have been trying to get someone to deal with me for the past three weeks. A certain individual was supposed to assist me, but when I informed her that I couldn't call her because I was hard of hearing, she stopped responding to me altogether. I attempted to contact several of the salesmen at the dealership, with little to no response. I tried again online to communicate with them, only to be passed along and never responded to. The last salesman stopped responding when I explained that I was not in the vicinity and could not just drop by to view the vehicle. I have never had such a bad experience trying to purchase a vehicle as I have with this dealership! Buyers beware, if this is the way they deal with customers, I would not recommend dealing with them!
By far the worst experience Ive had buying a car and getting my car serviced. When buying my truck at this dealership I raised some concerns about a leak in the roof. There was water damage on the head liner. Brought it to there attention, and I was told theres no leak it just over spray from the pressure washer from cleaning the inside. They cleaned the interior and and made sure there was no leak. Day I picked up my truck it down pours and the head liner was soaked and the inside of my truck. I called and scheduled appointment. And got it checked they said everything looked fine but they were gonna order a gasket for the sun roof to be safe. And Ive gone back and fourth for months with management and still cant get my truck worked on now I have water damage inside my truck due to the monsoons. I do not recommend this company for there lack of care for the customer.
I recently purchased a 2014 Malibu and was led down the usual garden path by the salesman. I showed him the online photo of the car I wanted which had the price of $13,300! The car he showed me was indeed the one I wanted. However, by some sort of trickery, the price soared to $14,857! By the time all was settled, I had spent around $19,000! This vehicle had three unsafe tires on it and one odd one that was like new. Overall, this car was not really ready for sale. It was dirty on the outside, but very clean on the inside. Weird.
It gets better. The service department had clearly not done anything to prep this car, with dirty oil, a dirty engine compartment, and a filthy cabin air filter, among other things. There was less than 2 gallons of fuel in the tank. The instrument cluster had a crack in the tachometer side and some issues behind the Plexiglass. However, all gauges work and all the lights too! That's a plus. The driveline does perform well. No complaints there, yet! My trade-in was a 2014 Cruze which they gave me $6,000 on trade-in. I had to fork over $1,000 to get the payment affordable. A real circus show for sure. Not recommended.
This place is horrible
This place is horrible. We bought a truck from them in December and they called us back in mid January to say my husband needed a co signer cause he couldn't have 2 open car loans. So I go down there to co sign. Then we find out on 2/8 that they never needed me to co sign. When calling the finance company they had no idea what we were talking about and stated loan was already processed without a co signer. So I am trying to get answers as to what is going on and no one has responded. Even the car buying experience was awful as there were a few issues with the truck. Very disappointed for being a big company. I am trying to find contact info for corporate office but have had no luck.

Do not buy from here. When I first spoke to the salesperson, he assured me that he would secure the best deal possible for me. I sent my wife and father to inspect the vehicle since I was working over a hundred miles away. The truck was in good condition overall, except for a broken driver's side mirror, a non-functional passenger side mirror, a missing chrome cover on the mirror, and it was dirty both inside and out. The salesperson acknowledged these issues and promised my wife that they would be addressed before I traded in my vehicle.
Dealing with the finance manager was the worst experience I've ever had. He was unresponsive to my phone calls and seemed to rush the process to get me out of his office. Moreover, he made my wife wait in his office for five hours without much communication. I had to contact the salesperson myself to get any information. Upon my arrival, the car was only partially cleaned, and only the driver's side mirror had been repaired. I had to leave my vehicle for an additional week to have the passenger side mirror fixed, which took three days before a technician even looked at it. They also informed me that they would not replace the chrome cover since it was an original part, leaving me responsible for its replacement.
It is disappointing that these issues were not resolved before I picked up the vehicle. This experience has shown me that this dealership's staff is indifferent to customer satisfaction. Their primary focus seems to be on profit at the expense of the customer. I will never purchase from this dealership again and will advise everyone I know to avoid them.
WARNING...WATCH OUT TO ALL THEIR EXTRA FEES...Look in dealer web site to find my review.. As of today, I am still waiting a meeting with dealer rep regarding my dissatisfaction
If I could give this company zero stars I would. My daughter attempted to buy a vehicle from this location at the end of last month, she gave them a down payment which they refuse to give back to her and she still does not have a vehicle. We picked up the vehicle and not even a week later the engine began smoking. We called right away and they asked us to bring the car in so they could look at it, mind you we live 2 hours away and the car would not make it so on our expense we had it towed. Weve attempted to pick it up twice and it still wasnt ready. It has been almost a month and still no car or down payment back. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone. Worst experience ever. Be warned, stay away from this place.
Dealing with the used car center, and finance. I purchased a used car and paid the down payment. About a week later, the auto loan is approved and the car goes into "reconditioning" for 7 days. During this time I didn't hear back from them providing updates. After making contact with them, I'm told the car was vandalized and the catalytic converters were stolen. Another week has passed and the vehicle is still somewhere awaiting the replacement parts. I call today 9/28 and get another update only to be told that the credit union has pulled back on my loan due to the finance submitting incorrect income. I did not have a positive experience with this place, and will not return or recommend anyone to them. The fact they wanted a down payment paid in advance before even having an approval through the bank should have been enough of a red flag.

If I could give this review a minus 100 I would. I'm a senior citizen female and I bought a used car from their used car department it was a horrible experience I took the car the day after I bought it and had it safety checked it had oil everywhere underneath it it had about over $2,000 worth of things that were wrong like the steering and struts and things that were important for me to drive safely mind you they were supposed to have recon it before they gave it to me -they would have seen the oil I saw it all underneath my car had they recon it . I took it back the next day which was 2 days after I paid for it. I did talk with Jaime finance manager for used cars and he gave me the runaround for 5 days and then finally said okay they would take and fix the oil leak but not any of the other things so I paid $1,272 to have front struts an alignment done-this did not include the steering or the shocks or anything else that was wrong with it. They had my car 17 days I just got it back. I had it one day after I bought it. to deal with the used car department Bobby or Jamie in my opinion is a waste for them to take such advantage of an older woman I paid over $4,000 above Blue book for this used car which was supposed to be in at least good to excellent condition. I was told what do you expect people get rid of their used cars because they have a lot of problems- I said why didn't you tell me that when I bought it? that wasn't what you told me then. They also told me they get most of their cars just at the auction I said I could have gone to a fly-by-night corner car dealership and done that good. I thought Quebedeaux would have a good reputation of servicing their customers. It wasn't until I got a hold of the service manager that I got my car oil pan fixed-I did go ahead and pay $1,272 to have the front struts done in alignment. I believe this is very sad this is my opinion and this is what happened to me. I would never advise anyone to go there. Since this time I have heard many horror stories from other people.
This is a money hungry business that is only interested in getting all the money they can from you
This is a money hungry business that is only interested in getting all the money they can from you. They have got the bait and switch tactic down to a science. I was interested in a specific vehicle, which I verified multiple times was available to purchase, only to be told upon arrival that it was unavailable since it hadnt been serviced or inspected yet. He instantly tried to upsell us on a vehicle that was twice the price. Then we found a comparable vehicle that we purchased, only to find out that there were non functioning controls. Now there is a bad ac compressor that will have to be replaced. The response to repairs was they would gladly have me bring it in and make any repairs on my dime. Thats one heck of a racket they have going on.

Bait and switch online pricing with Autotrader. They just want to get you in with a low price and then they try to upsell. If you do not want that they stop communicating. Sleazy sales tactic. Stay away!
Bait and switch. They have a vehicle listed on their website for sale. When you visit they do not have the vehicle and immediately attempt to sell you a more expensive one. Horrible.

I am a healthcare worker and went in to get a quote for selling my vehicle after calling ahead to make an appointment
I am a healthcare worker and went in to get a quote for selling my vehicle after calling ahead to make an appointment. The person with whom I made the appointment was not there and NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING MASKS, despite being in an enclosed building with open cubicles side by side. Each time someone approached me I demanded they put on a mask - which happened with 4 different employees. There were several more nearby that I didn't speak to who were also not wearing masks and shot me amused looks. Finally a man (wearing a mask) came from a room off to the side to tell me they could only make an offer well below the Kelly Blue Book estimate. I could not help but feel they undervalued my car because I demanded they respect the city ordinance and my safety. Overall a terrible experience and certainly not worth the risk of getting COVID-19.

I bought a 2019 Buick InVision from Quebedeaux And have had nothing but problems with the paint job since the day I bought it. I have called them I have taken my car over there they basically spray paint over the missing paint would not finish the paint job correctly. Then I called Buick headquarters they are lousy with customer service I filed an official complaint against the dealership here in Tucson Arizona. And I would advise anyone not to use them in the future with this lousy customer service. For a vehicle that cost $40,000 and not being able to get anyone at the dealership or a Buick customer service ownership to respond in a timely fashion is Bad customer service and a card shows that the company does not stand behind its product or the name and which they sell. As a consumer I have made repeated phone calls at least five and have called the car dealership and taking my car over there several times with no response. I think that no one should be using this car dealership with this bad customer service on their vehicles

Unsatisfactory experience with a salesperson and finance manager at a dealership
Do not buy from here. When I first spoke to the salesperson, he assured me that he would get me the best deal possible. The truck had a few issues: a broken driver's side mirror, a non-functional passenger side mirror, a missing chrome cover, and it was filthy inside and out. My wife was ignored for 5 hours in his office. Upon arrival, the car was only partially cleaned, and only the driver's side mirror was fixed. I had to leave my vehicle for another week for the passenger mirror repair, and they refused to replace the chrome cover. This shows a lack of care for customer satisfaction and a focus on profit. I found a jeep online it was a 2006 jeep Rubicon
I found a jeep online it was a 2006 jeep Rubicon. I saw that I could apply for credit and have it delivered all online. This was perfect for me because I have cancer. I cannot go into a show room. I tried to do everything online but it would not take the jpg for my drivers license. I was approved for credit I had my down payment and all I needed was help to complete the sale. I wasn't just looking, I was ready to buy. I began my calls at 10:47 am on Friday May 28th. I was told that they were busy but they had the jeep and would call back and help me. Nobody called. So I called back at 11:04am. I was told that the salesman needed a specialist to help him and that he would call me soon. Again I waited. The assured me that the jeep was still there. No call again so I called again at 12:37. They said that the person who was supposed to call me took another customer who was in the showroom but that he was very conscientious and would be calling me. So again I waited. Again the jeep was still there no worries. I called at 2:27 pm. They are really busy, I told them all that I wanted to do was buy the jeep. I explained again that I cannot go into the showroom due to cancer. They said they were sorry they would have somebody call me...4:38pm I call back. Can somebody please help me... we are really busy and if you are not in the showroom we will probably call you back in 3 days. WHAT? why didn't anyone tell me this in the beginning? And to top it all off we are really sorry but the jeep has been sold to somebody who was in the showroom. At this point I'm in tears. I'm buying this jeep for my husband and children, they love the outdoors. When this awful disease takes me I want them to have something to distract them. Something to bring them joy. Why did I waste my entire day being lied to? Why did my credit take a hit for something that was never going to happen, and why am I less of a customer just because I cannot go to the showroom? You off a service that you don't really provide. I pray you take care of your family better than you do your customers.

In my previous review I had had an issue, I have to say that not only has the issue been resolved, but it has been done with such care and attention that I need to tell the story and allow others to get an insight of what this company is really about. My husband has been wanting a jeep all his life. Since we got married we have been busy raising kids and needed a vehicle that would accomadate. We always thought that in our later years we would enjoy getting the jeep to do our new adventures,. Well it is funny how the best made plans have a way of taking a curve ball to well... the best laid plans. We ended up fostering 3 beautiful children and then adopting them. back to a vehicle that would acomodate. One more curve ball has me being diagnosed with terminal cancer. At this point all I could think of was to get my husband his jeep so that he could take the kids on the adventures that we had planned, To make the memories instead of living life mourning me. So now my search. It was long and at times very frustrating. I went through MANY dealerships to find just the right one for our budget as well as my shallow adversion to black, white, and silver paint colors. Much longer story cut short, I went to Quebedeaux Buick. There was a small blurb which brought me to Alex the sales manager. The level of attention that Alex provided was nothing less than phenomenal! He said "We will find you what you need, and I will make sure that you have exceptional service" He did just that! He gave me his personal number which we text back and forth. His days off, after or before work hours, even while he was vacationing he kept in constant contact with me. He found my Jeep... if you ask my husband it is the Holy Grail of jeeps. It was at the price and payment that I needed and the process was modified to my illness due to the inability to go to the showroom. I was sent pictures and involved in the process all along the way. The compassion and care from Alex and his team , is what I will never forget and will forever be grateful. Thank you Alex and Quebedeaux Buick!

On July 15th I went to Quebedeaux interested in a 2020 Toyota Tacoma they had listed online. I test drove the vehicle and all seemed fine once the test drive was complete. I asked sales rep Joe Butler if the car had a clear title, no accidents, and if I could have a carfax. He implied that they use Autocheck which is "better" and that the car has been in no accidents. A couple days after I come to find that the fuel gauge is not working properly. I took it into the Toyota Dealership since its under warranty and was informed by Toyota that the repairs would not be covered because the issue was caused by an accident. Toyota helped me by providing me a carfax which showed there was an accident and also showed me pictures of the accident. I would have not purchased this vehicle if I knew there was an accident involved. I tried to resolve the issue with Sales Manager ***, but he was very insistent that I got a "good deal", and was not helpful. In total the truck cost $50,740.

I left my car for a/c service on Saturday, April 9 at Quebedeaux Buick Service on Speedway. It is Wednesday and I still don't have my car. They tell me they need the car to be authorized. I don't know what that means. Then they said it wouldn't be ready until maybe next Saturday. This is outrageous! A neighborhood mechanic could have gotten the work done faster. The car is under an extended warranty that I purchased for over $2000. I need my car back because I am racking up Lyft rides to my job that is 17 miles away.
My kid bought a used car on 17Feb21 from them plus a warranty
My kid bought a used car on 17Feb21 from them plus a warranty. The NEXT day, the engine light came on. She called and they said it's probably just the gas cap but to bring it in. The light went off so she didn't bring it in. Within 2 weeks of the sale, the engine shut off while she was driving, which is a safety issue. She called and made an appointment for 2 weeks out because the dealership was busy. They tightened the oil fill cap and cleared the P0171 code. Three weeks later, the car dies again. She visits the dealer to discuss and adds that the ignition has been sticking. The dealer says the previous fix wouldn't affect the engine shutting off, but the ignition issue might, yet they can't fix it if they can't duplicate the issue. She was told to make another appointment. My kid has no money for a rental, so she had to wait to schedule. She calls us and we reach out to the dealership for help. They looked at the car and found a P2078 code. The Service Manager said the intake manifold needs to be replaced but it might not fix the engine issue. Also, it's not covered by the warranty. They quoted her a discount price. The issues started the day after purchase! They should fix the unsafe car sold to her!

I purchased a 2016 Scion Mi from this fraudulent dealership. The agreed upon price was 14800$. By the end of it they had managed to slip in an extra $500 without telling me making the total 15300$ before taxes. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until i got home because they tried to rush me through the paper work. I will never go here again. This complaint is to warn other people about this scam dealership and hopefully stop someone else from being scammed.
Purchased 2018 nissan Altima. Took to my mechanic. Car needed cv boots, brake fluid, transmission fluid, battery. Got run around that basic maintenance wasn't something they did. After push back sales manager agreed to provide all service. Called sales manager the day before taking car in to confirm all will be done and no bill. Told yes. Bring car next day and presented with a 379.00 bill. Once again go through the same conversation I had the day before. Exhausting. Finally told them keep the car I will go elsewhere. Finally agreed to the flushing/fluids but I need to pay for new battery. This company is horrendous. Told them put the old battery back.
On 4 December , a vehicle was purchased which was pending delivery. Employees verbally told me estimated arrival date of first week of January. Vehicle is financed, payments are being made on the vehicle, however the dealership has now been pushing or being vague about the arrival date. It has not been three months, and no vehicle has been delivered. The warranty purchased is already running down, insurance is being paid and on top of that the dealership charged a markup of $3000. The new ETA the dealership is claiming is 15 April 2022.
I took receipt of a used 2007 Buick Lucerne on 11/4
I took receipt of a used 2007 Buick Lucerne on 11/4. The vehicle was not in the same condition as I had observed when test driving the vehicle. I found wires hanging down from the interior of the car and 4 tires that were of different brands that did not match. I reached out to my salesman multiple times and also a manager and left several voice mail messages. When I spoke to a manager on the phone named *** He agreed to send someone down (as I live outside of Tucson) to Green Valley where I live. I have yet to hear from anyone about picking up this car. I have called, texted emailed and even reached out to General Motors without any satisfaction. I was assured that this car could be returned e.g. picked up within the 5 day window and now I am on day 2 with no response. I do not want to be driving this vehicle as I have a concern for my own personal safety with the above aforementioned items that should have been addressed by a service technician/mechanic before the car was delivered to me. I do not want to be obligated to keep this car. The lack of customer service is non existent and abysmal. Stay away from this business.

When test driving and purchasing a 2012 F-150 XLT, I highlighted to the salesperson the fact that the rear sliding window seals were detached, and the window appeared to leak. He assured me the dealer would make the necessary repairs or replacement. Since making the purchase on December 27th, I have been unable to get the dealership to provide me with a repair plan or return my calls and emails, despite my attempts to contact the salesperson, emailing the Sales Manager, or contacting the BCD Manager. I would like Quebedeaux to either make the repairs or compensate me to have the repairs made by a Ford dealership of my choice.

Last year, the dealership had my Buick Encore for over one month because they could not fix the engine light and keep it from coming on. When I did get my car back, I no longer felt safe in it because it did not drive the same. At this time, I asked for assistance in finding a solution that did not end in me trading my car in. They refused. So my husband and I were forced to trade in the car. When working on the deal, the dealership sold me a car telling me that although it was not what I really wanted, they would trade it in in 6 months when their inventory was better. They told me the underwriter of the loan told the sales person that I would be approved to move into a car we wanted in 6 months. In six months Covid hit and the dealership had no inventory. We went back a couple months laster and still no inventory. My spouse and I went in the dealership a thrid time at the end of August and found the car we wanted to purchase back in November and were told that we were too far underwater and they could not help us. While I am NOT upset over not being able to purchase a new car right now, I am very upset over the sales practice being utilized and direct lies we were told back in November last year. I am in a car that I have been unhappy with since day one. One that I did not even get an owners manual, one that the paperwork was not submitted right and which caused us over 2 hours to fix and the items that we were told would be fixed in the care remain unfixed. I am upset over the point of being lied to like I was. My husband and I are returning customers to this dealership. If they are treating a returning customer like this, what is happening to a new customer? While I am not sure if something can be done, I am concerned over the unfair and poor practices they are used in making a deal.

I bought a used vehicle 6 months ago and when signing the contract was told that I could not take the vehicle to a mechanic of my choice because the vehicles are 100% certified and that the warranty I was buying all electrical on vehicle was covered and now 6 months later a wire harness is chafing through and the mechanic shop called warranty company and told my warranty does not cover that. Now I would either want the Dealer or warranty company to help pay for repairs to my vehicle.
I purchased a 2020 Kia Sorento from Quebedaux on 1/14/2022
I purchased a 2020 Kia Sorento from Quebedaux on 1/14/2022. I pointed out the following to sales person ***: 1. Scratches on both the rear driver and passenger side , he said no problem he would make sure removed. Noted that it was a concern he stated that for $300 there was a wax that could be put on the vehicle that would prevent these type of scratches in the future. I paid the $300 (on my debit card) and as I reviewed the paperwork I was charged $499 (added to loan) I left the vehicle over the weekend so they could apply the wax. I picked up the vehicle on Monday 1/17/2022. *** stated that the vehicle would have dust on it for a few days until the wax settled in. 2. As I was leaving the parking lot in the vehicle I had purchased I noticed the windshield was damaged I immediately turned around and pointed this out, *** said I would be contacted to get it replaced. I texted *** on 1/19/2022 and asked for an update on the repair of the windshield he said "he was working on it" I waited until 1/24/2022 and called the office I was upset that I had not heard anything back on the repair and asked to speak to a manager (I was done with ***) I heard back from the service department that I would be receiving a call to get this replaced FINALLY on 1/25/2022 it was replaced. 3. I have called Quebedeaux 8-10 times sent online messages and IM on FB to express my concerns on the following: a) Scratches were not removed b) Tires were low and due to NO valve covers not sure if Air or Nitrogen ( sent *** pic and text) c) Payment difference of the wax (cilajet) not sure it was even put on d) Left detailed messages with Monje (receptionist) for John Fiore to call me , I have not heard back! e) Car was on 1/4 tank of gas f) key chain read the car was RED it is black I was concerned that the VIN # read RED ( *** has text and pic I would like my scratches repaired and a refund on the wax process that I paid for or return the vehicle!

So I am originally from Tucson and currently live in show low Arizona yesterday I was in contact with a dealership in Tucson which was Goliath auto dealership or something like that and they were going to sell me a red 2011 Chevrolet Silverado because I currently have a car that will not do well in the snow. So everything was fine and going smoothly but then a representative from your store went to Goliath and bought the vehicle and told the owner of Goliath that you guys would be able to take care of me and give me some sort of deal similar to what Goliath would be giving me for the truck and my car trade in. I was apprehensive at first and for good reason. Going back and forth trying to get ahold of *** who would not return my call for hours and he is the gentleman that was at Goliath and reassured me that you guys would take care of me. Waiting all day and finally getting home I called again to find out that you guys would not be helping me at all and that I would not be getting the same truck nor anything else and i received no help because of my credit Not only was the truck not going to be financed for me but nothing else was offered and there is nothing I can do now. My credit was bad but it was ran numerous times over the last few days and now Noone will work with me. I am a combat veteran and was told that I would be taken care of and I would still receive the truck and *** reassured myself and the Goliath dealership that they would work with me. I can not believe the disrespect and the lack of decency from the staff. I may have bad credit but I'm not a bad person and I'm just looking to get a truck that I can feel safer being in the white mountains because I work for the county and need to be at work when it does snow to take care of the public. I feel not only disrespected but this has made me feel even lower knowing that your staff could not help me even when they assured me I would be taken care of with the truck that was bought out from under me.

On February 25, I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma pick up truck from Quebedneaux Buick GMC
On February 25, I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma pick up truck from Quebedneaux Buick GMC. As of tonight, they have not delivered the vehicle to me. First, they advertised the sale price as $17,998.00. They charged me $20,998.00 saying that the difference is due to no trade in. The ad never stated that the list price was based on a trade-in. This transaction began Feb 25, 2021, when I wired Quebedeaux Buick GMC $24,875.24. After they said the difference was due to no trade in, they tacked on an additional $1,286.00, a second trade difference according to the text I received from the salesman. He stated the reason the price was $20,998.00 was due to a lack of trade in value; however, I was charged a second time for no trade in. In total, Quebedeaux Buick GMC charged me $4,286.00 over their listing price and are calling it a trade difference in two different columns. In addition, they have failed to communicate with me. I made inquiries on four different occasions regarding missing documents that they sent to me in order to release the vehicle for delivery (I paid an additional $1,286.00 to have it delivered to me on March 15). Quebedeaux Buick GMC failed to reply to any of my efforts to communicate with them until today, delivery day. I called them this morning and asked what was going on, where is the vehicle. It was then, and only then, that I learned the vehicle could not be released without the return of the documents. I also learned that they sent the documents to the wrong address, something that could have been remedied weeks ago had they returned my calls, texts, website customer service chats, and emails to their sales manager (who has still not replied to me). Because of their negligence and failure to communicate once they got $24,875.24 from me. I have no truck and am being forced to rent a vehicle for another week for an additional $200. I wrote to the sales manager and, strongly, suggested Quebedeaux Buick GMC pay for the rental of the vehicle I will need until the truck actually arrives. No one will give me the contact information for the owner of the dealership. I am unable to inform the owner of my current situation. I believe I have been over charged by thousands of dollars, and am being ignored/neglected.

What a nightmare! It’s outrageous to be treated like that, especially after spending good money on a car. My advice? Don’t let them get away with it. Keep pushing back, and don't stop until you get the attention you deserve. Contact higher-ups, use social media to share your story, and make it clear you're not backing down. Stand firm and demand accountability. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and they need to make it right. Stay strong and persistent!
