At your Ralph’s at 5601 Wilshire Blvd, LA, CA 90036, on the Ridgeley Drive side, there is always trash, broken bottles, and human feces in the three doorways, (one leads to a stairwell, the other looks private), on that side. Currently, one of your doors on the Ridgeley Drive side has graffiti on it. It needs to be painted. That is not the kind of neighborhood we live in. It’s not a ghetto, but your management cares SO little that they’re allowing it to look like one. It needs regular maintenance. Also, unlike the other stores in the area, your company does not clean the exterior on the Ridgeley side, nor on the Wilshire side. If Ralph’s does not do their part by picking up some of the trash in your doorways, on the sidewalk around your stir, and at least once in the gutters around your store, the City of LA Sanitation will not run a street sweeper through there. Since that store’s manager has not instructed anyone to do that, the Ridgeley Drove and Wilshire Blvd sides have piles of trash and leaves, and on the Wilshire side, the gutter in front of the store has not been cleaned in so long that plants are growing in it! We are property owners and residents who live on the street, and simply ask you to insist that the manager of the store go outside and look around a minimum of once a week. She does not do this. When we politely tell her about the filthy condition outside, she hangs up on us. We ask you to please impart to her that our neighborhood is not a ghetto, and part of management is to take a walk around the premises. Please. Thank You
Desired outcome: To paint over the graffiti on y Orr door, and to please REGULARLY clean the exterior of this store, particularly on the Ridgeley Drive side, which is where people constantly pee, poop, leave broken bottles and now graffiti.
