Eve was my property manager for my previous rental property. I moved out in March 2023 and it is currently October 25, 2023 and I still have not received my damage deposit back after multiple follow ups and disagreements. I am filing a dispute against her to return my deposit with the Residential Tenants Board of British Columbia, but I truly feed the need to file a complaint about the complete treatment I received from her in the process. She is absolutely incompetent, incredibly rude, and impossible to deal with on a professional level. She completely disregards her duties as a property manager to document appropriately, sign official forms and agreements, and communicate.
I would love to speak to whoever is in charge of issuing Property Management licenses, and show some proof of the lengthy email chains I have had with her. Re/Max should take my complaint very seriously as I want to avoid troubles for the next tenants who have to deal with her. Pease let me know what should be done on my part.
Desired outcome: Revoke Eve Chuang's property management license and file a strike against her. [protected]@evechuang.com
