Red Ribbon Bakeshop cake ordered

Good evening. Last August 9, 2016, I purchased a cake at Red Ribbon GCM branch. I was able to order a "Dainty Cake" since it's more suitable for the cake toppers that I made. But before I decided to order, I did ask at another outlet what flavor consist/made of the said cake. I was informed that it's a chocolate cake specifically a moist cake as confirmed. Since the venue of the birthday was near the GCM branch, I ordered the cake and even asked again the staff of Red Ribbon and was able to confirm that indeed it is a moist cake. I didn't order for a 2 tier cake from one of the makers of debut cakes since I even dont know what it taste like so I decided to purchase the cake since it's baked from Red Ribbon. Much to my surprise when the cake was sliced and eaten by the visitors, they didn't have much of a reaction. Morning came when I checked & tasted the left-over cake we brought at home. I was so disappointed knowing that it wasn't at all a moist cake which I learned from the 2 RR outlets. It was just so ordinary plain chocolate dry cake, possible reason why our visitors never commented on the taste of the cake at all which actually is the highlight of the event. I just couldn't believe that I had the cake served for them that tasted so ordinary just like any nearby bakeshops. So disappointed that I was made to believe that the dainty cake is a moist cake. I hope you should tell your staff to make honest declarations of what your cake made of. Just informing you to make good of your red ribbon service and the quality of the cakes. I used to buy your much lesser dedication cakes but it tastes better that this "Dainty One'. Hope this will reach Red Ribbon customer service. Thanks

Red Ribbon Bakeshop payment of gift certificate wherein the customer's copy was lost

I bought the gift certificate from Lyoness Corporation to have a 2% discount. I advance my money for paying Php10, 000.00 worth of Gift Certificate consisting of Jolibee, Greenwich, Mang Inasal, Red Ribbon and Chowking. I usually give this to my niece and nephews during their birthdays. Today, one of our Janitress is celebrating her birthday and I give my staff a 350 gc of red riboon. one of the GC have no customers copy attached to the GC. It was accidentally tear off. This was rejected and was not accepted for payment. While the 6 gc were accepted . The customers copy was not tear off and given back to them which should be the proper procedure that it should be returned back. My concern is the gc with no customers stub attached. The store copy of gc is complete why is it not to be accepted for payment. I experience the same at Greenwich Robinson when my 3 gc was not accepted . I also write a complain for not accepting it . I was advice later that I can go back their and sure they will accept it. Seems not all have the same procedure when the customer stub was lost. Does it mean that you will lost your money for losing the customer stub wherein that portion wil be given back to customer. I think Jolibee Corporation should have a good procedures on this to have a uniform application. Better for some managers who used their judgement in accepting the gc with no question ask. This is my second experience that the gc not accepted for the lost customer stub . It should not be the case since it is clearly stated that it was our copy being the customer why do you need to get it and be the reason for the gc not to be negotiated for payment. Does this situation give the lesson not to buy any gc anymore as my bday gift to my niece, nephews and friends and give cash instead. You lost opportunity to be sales if it will be cash. But if it will be GC it will definitely be used to purchased your products. Hope Jollibee Corporation will have a stand on this . If you want this not to be accepted put it at the back of your conditions but I don' t think this is fair since my money was at your company when I pay the gift check in advance. this is not about the amount or money but the second priority treatment for paying gc. It is really very disappointing. Hope that you give a clear cut procedures for lost customer stub than customer be disappointed. NILA C. TRINIDAD [protected].

Red Ribbon Bakeshop bad services, rude staff

I went to the Red ribbon Bake Shop BF Sucat at around 9.30 AM. The shop was closed already, but the lady was inside. I tried to catch her attention, but she ignored me. I just wanted to ask about time, when they would be opened tomorrow. She ignored me and when I started to speak with high voice, she finally replied. When I tried to ask more, she suddenly turned with her back to me. Horrible services. Don’t visit this place.

Red Ribbon Bakeshop charged 98 dollars

Today I discovered that company known as red ribbon media charged 98 dollars from my bank account. I am absolutely sure that I have never ordered from them as I have never even heard the name of this firm. I want to get my money back as soon as possible.

My Mom and Dad bought a cake roll at Red Ribbon-SM Southmall. Both senior citizens, they asked that the 20% discount senior entitlement and the VAT be deducted from the total fees. The manager of Red Ribbon told them (with great conviction) that only a cake slice (therefore, 2 slices for both) will have the senior entitlement discounts and NOT a whole cake...
