rainbow decorated barbie cake
i am so disappointed. i bought cake at a red ribbon branch here in ilocos and i thought po, barbie design talaga since yun yung nandon sa choices. i've expected na ganon pero they only gave 3 lollipop-like rainbow-colored likeee, ano pong silbi na pinapili ako kung yung lollipop-like lang rin naman pala yung idedecorate (none of the barbie barbie na nakalagay sa choices) God bless you! sayang 95 pesos. i could've just bought a lollipop
the icing is already expired 3 days before the expected expiration date.
My friend bought the cake from Red Ribbon SM Calamba Branch and it was given to us Thursday July 11, 2019 the same day that they bought it. We are expecting that it will not be soiled before the said consume before date which is July 16, 2019. But after 2 days Saturday July 13, 2019, the icing has already mildew (amag). We are disappointed because of the purchased cake

I would like to inform your good office regarding the delayed in serving of cake in our jkp customer last july 2, 2019 here in jollibee pacific mall. We've ordered "jollirace theme cake" but unfortunately the store of red ribbon in pacific mall lucena erroneously tagged the address in pacific mall legaspi instead, resulting of failure to receive the expected cake on that day.
Our jkp customer had her first time party since it was 1st birthday party of his son and shown disappointment. We've experienced several delayed of cake deliveries for the past 2months and we will able to gave the cake after our customer's birthday party. Since then we only raised this concern now because we've lost several customers and several complaints arise due to delayed serving of cake.
Please give attention to those arising problems.

not available themed hello kitty cake for party due on june 16, 2019
I ordered for Hello Kitty themed cake last June 5, 2019. Red Ribbon abreeza called us today, June 8, 2019, informing that Hello kitty was not available on RR Commi due to OS on accessories.
I would like to ask if there's a way to solve this because during my booking with this customer, the celebrant really want the Hello Kitty design on her cake.

This incident took place just an hour or so ago.
This store was empty when I came in, in fact I was the only customer. I just bought 2 cakes (1 whole cake and 1 half cake) from this branch and at the last minute my mom decided to grab a bag of pastillas. She waited patiently in line as there was another guy who came in and went in front of her who is seemingly "friends" with the 2 staff (1 short guy and 1 heavy-built girl). The 2 staff and guy were very much cozy chattering and laughing, undermining that there's another customer who's waiting in line, after around 10-13 minutes of waiting, my mom got irritated already and decided to put back the item and said that she's not longer buying, that was the only time that the staff got into their senses and entertained her, but too late.
I'm hoping you can coach your staff in ensuring that service level is never compromised, that fair customer treatment is given to all and treat each one with urgency and timeliness. This is a turnoff . We've been one of your patrons for years so coming across this kind of service is a definite disappointment. Your staff are your brand ambassadors and this is not the kind of brand that you'd like to emulate. Customer experience is the life blood of your business so this kind of service, certainly does not drive that.

I bought dedication cake for my son yesterday around 6pm mejo nagmamadali ako kaya walang time para silipin ko ung buong cake pero mejo nagtaka ako kung bakit pinasilip lang nila. Sken ung dedication na nilagay pero hindi hinarap ung cake. Sken., omg pag uwing pag uwi ko binukaan na agad ung cake then nakita ko bagsak ung icing ng cake., na para bang pinilit lang nila ilusot sa pagbenta., I can send the pictures of the cake., right ko naman siguro na makuha ung cake na dapat mabili ko., deformed icing is not. Hi, would like to share my experience in your Red Ribbon branch in City Mall Dipolog. The incident happened today at around 6:03PM when I approach your crew named Jaycel to buy cake using Sodexo tender, she immediately respond that they are no longer accepting Sodexo for the mere reason that there was an incident before that certain customer paid Sodexo and the transaction was void. In the end, the transaction was deducted to the crew's salary. I explained to her that other branches of Red ribbon accept Sodexo just last week. She said and i quote " franchise man gud me Ma'am" ( we are just a franchise). She then called 2 or 3 person using her cellphone for confirmation including their accountant and manager but they have same spiel. I even got the chance to talk with the manager but unfortunately i can sense that she is not willing to help and will not have the risk to accept the mode of payment.
I also work in a retail industry and even train newly employees about the nature of the business including customer service, customer experience, POS (point of sale) processing and Cashiering that's why i know by heart the policies and guidelines of accepting Sodexo.
Please align your memorandum nationwide and validate knowledge of your people especially on transaction processing and how to respond with empathy. Thanks
PS. The transaction end at 6:36PM i wasted my time standing there looking dumb and got nothing.
PPS. The manager apologize but not sincere enough.

I would like to raise my concern according to what happen at your branch, upon entering and choosing which cake to get, your staff approach me and ask me if I would like the cake of the day with a 50pesos off, I then chose it along with another flavor of regular price cake. The transaction went well and I didn't bother to check the change because I am with my toddler (son) which I am holding in my right hand, and my wallet and phone on the left hand. Upon checking the receipt and change at home, I notice I didn't get any 50pesos off as supposed to your staff's offer. I am very much disappointed. happy plus load not loaded completely

I recently bought a cake from Red Ribbon Bakeshop near Imus BDO. I gave Php500.00 to the cashier to load my happyplus card. Then I bought a Php400.00 amount of cake. To my surprise, when I tapped my card, it has the same load of Php130.19 when it should've been Php230.19. I asked for the receipt of happyplus load but she refused to give it to me. Then I checked around and found a CCTV camera behind her. I hope this could resolve the issude. Php100.00 is still Php100.00 and it is a material amount for me. I am attaching my load balance and I am hoping they review the footage since I gave the cashier Php500.00 and I didn't get any change anymore. Thank you.

Good evening! I am reaching out to report the cashier at this location who refused to sell a chocolate roll to a pregnant woman. We initially went to Red Ribbon to check their chocolate roll cake. Then, went to Goldilocks to compare the price. When we went back to Red Ribbon the cashier told us that they can no longer sell their cake because they are closed already (close to 9pm). We went to Goldilocks again and purchased the cake there. We passedby again at Red Ribbon and saw that this lady just assisted another customer who purchased mamon and cake. Please investigate on this issue as it is totally unacceptable.

Jan, 3, 2019. At 8:15am today I went to your [censored]g Rizal Branch Store to order a cake for my daughter's bday celebration at her school to be picked up at 1:30 PM. I was supposed to order from your competitor bakeshop since it has a more convenient location but since my daughter personally requested for the Rainbow cake I gave in to her request. When I arrived, there was no cake yet. The store personnel name is Hazel Constantino. She's grumpy and very rude. I inquired about the rainbow cake and her reply was "wala pa kaming cake", I said it's ok anyway 1:30 pa naman namin pick up I am just here to pay it since am holding office at QC and it will be our nanny to pick it up. How much is the cake, I asked, she answered back, may maliit at may malaki, so I asked again so how much is the cake, which she answered, "ayan ho, naka paskil sa display ref ang price. Though a bit irritated i asked again yung Php 550 gano kalaki yun, her reply was" wala pa nga hong kaming cake di ko mapapakita sa inyo yon!" By that time I was pissed off and said, Miss alam mo ang bastos bastos mo sumagot. Dapat di ka nagtitinda ng branded na products kasi hahit generic products na pang palengke di ka pwede kasi wala kang asal. Wala ba kayong training ng proper customer service? She then replied "sige kukunin ko na pera nyo at galit na kayo". The the delivery van arrived, she then said, hayan na delivery kunin nyo na cake nyo. Sabi ko, di mo ba ko naiintindihan, sabi ko babayaran ko lang at 1:30 ang pick up. I asked for her manager's number to make a complaint but what she wrote was the store's number and whenever I call she's still the one answering the phone kasi wala daw ang manager nila at may pinuntahan. Ano ba namang klase ang RED RIBBON sa [censored]g, laging wala ang store manager nyo at ang babastos ng staff nyo. Bago nyo siguro buksan ang tindahan nyo, training nyo muna yung mga staff nyo kung pano sila sumagot sa customers ng may respect at yun namang mag e enjoy ka bumili kasi maayos kausap ang mag staff nyo. Take note, your cakes/products are not cheap, you have to give us value for money even for a good service. Besides, many of your customers are professionals and you have a brand to take care of, so dapat maayos sumagot mga tauhan nyo. Pag nag paparty sa Jollibee mga anak ko wala naman kaming choice kundi Red Ribbon cake and bilhin otherwise di pumapayag ang Jollibee magpakain ng ibang brand ng cake. Red Ribbon should take a look at how Jollibee crews are trained to attend to customers' orders. Mas madami pang clients yet nandun ang patience and professionalism. Yung si Ms. Hazel Constantino hindi sya dapat frontliner na nagtitinda ng cake dapat nasa loob lang sya until such time she is trained how to properly handle customers. Sa Goldilocks if you ask them gano ba kalaki ang cake? good for how many people ang isang cake na ganito ang size? they will tell you how many kids can enjoy their cake o kaya pwede pong mas marami medyo adjust nyo lang po ang pag cut ng cake. Dapat may technical training din ang tindira ng Red Ribbon hindi asal palengkera.

asked a staff about baptismal cake. referred me to the manager/supervisor in charge. i wasnt greeted warmly ang lamig lamig niya. nagsulat nalang sha basta sa order form without talking to me. yung order form pala para saakin na. akala ko may sinusulat lang sha. i asked one cake, sabi ko pwede ba ito? he said. pambabae po yan, di po pwede palitan ang color. sa wedding lang pwede. the way he said it... nakakairita na hindi man lang ako bigyan ng other options?. may ibang mga tao na pag pinagsabihan ka ng di pwede... youll feel.. ok lang. but him? mabubwisit ka talaga.
nahanap ko na yung cake, nagsulat nako sa form... nilagay ko 8am.. he said 9 am po kami nagbubukas pag sunday. i said. bakit sa labas 8 am? palitan nyo yon... he said, january 1 po yun, di nyo ba nakita january 1?
ok... i said palitan ang time outside but when he answered me sobrang palaban... at paulit ulit..
red ribbon, customers are not always right... pero you dont do that to customers! unang una sha unang nagpa bad mood saakin. nagcustomer service din ako na trabaho, natrain ako ng maayos. bakit yung manager doon hinde?
i dont usually complain ano... lalo na kung tanga lang yung staff. pero this, wala sa mood, walang gana sa trabaho, and very wrong. hindi bagay sa ganyan klaseng position.

choco marble cake slice
I bought full of love set 4+1 assorted cake near capitol branch in Cebu City. The product said to be consumed before Nov. 29, 2018 but when I opened it now there's already molds on the cake..not all the cakes though, only the Choco marble and the rest 4 cakes are still fine. I have eaten a little before I saw the molds now I'm just praying nothing will happen to my stomach.. please respond to this complaint because you can endanger many customers on this matter.. I'm really disappointed.
I just opened my other cakes this morning and molds are also present on it.. not just 1 but 2 cakes that were spoiled.. really red ribbon?

just want you to know red ribbon in pateros branch service crew was so rude and they close much earlier than the expected time ..
i was hurriedly drop by to red ribbon pateros branch in front of pateros church to bought cake for my husband birthday it's just 9:45 pm everything is already cleaned up there's no cake's displayed already .. i asked the girl what is the closing time she said 10:00 pm .. i pleased them by any chance i can grab just one cake but they refused, ,
i was just disappointed not because they refused to sell a cake to me but because i was hurriedly going to that branch hoping their still open and to my surprise that's what happened .. also the crew was so rude .. they don't even bother to assist me at the first place i had to catch their attention multiple times, , ,
i hope you'll make some action for these, , if the closing is 10:00 pm everybody expect that will closed at the time provided right? not unless cake's was sold out already. thank you in advance.

hi! this incident happened at rr mla east rd taytay, rizal. i purchased a 500.00 cake using mg BDO credit card when i suddenly received a txt message re changes on my cake purchase. i requested for the sale to be voided but i was told by the salesperson that it is not possible to do that because the sale has been made. it was just a matter of one or two minutes after the sale when i requested for said changes. the manager, james batac, came in to tell me that i can downgrade my cake order from 500 to 320 but i need to get other goodies equivalent to the price difference. i was surprised, am aware of my rights as a credit card holder since ibe been a responsible card holder since 1990, and i wouldnt have it. i told him to void the sale and charge me for the new purchase. he had no choice but to do what i told him. thumbs down on this. i also reported this incident to BDO.

Just want to give feedback with red ribbon bakeshop (inside sm fairview) regarding what happened yesterday (9/27/2018 around 1:30-2pm). It so offensive and napaka unprofessional ng crew niyo (she's a girl, I forgot to get her name, pero as far as I remember, full name yung nakalagay sa name tag niya so maybe direct-regular employee siya 'cause yung ibang crew naman is nickname lang ang nakalagay sa nameplate).
I bought triple chocolate full roll, and presented my pwd id card, what happened next shookt me. She says "patingin ng likod mam" in a neutral voice and very plain face expression. I replied "ha?" 'cause it really really shookt me, then she repeat what she said, so I slightly side view my body just to get this done so I can go home already.
That is the first time na may na'encounter akong ganung cashier. Like really? She's asking me na tignan yung likod ko? For what? Is she a doctor? I was there to buy cake, not to apply and have a physical examination with her. Is my pwd id card wasn't enough to prove that I have a orthopedic disability? Just for you to know, before you can have a pwd id card, you have to present the required medical certificate certifying that you have such disability, so it means, I was already check and verified that I have this disability since birth! So bakit pa niya ako ichecheck diba? Anong sense? It was like, she's sayin' na namemeke ako ng id card, so pinagbibintangan niya ako if thats the case. If she want, she can have my disability so she'll know how it feels.
By the way, I was wearing a longsleeve polo and she expect na makikita niya yun pag tinignan niya ako ng ganun ganun lang? If maghuhubad ako sa harap niya saka niya lang yun makikita, napaka tanga niya. She must be thankful na hindi ako nagalit or nagtawag ng manager or worst naghisterical dahil nasa stage of shookt pa ko and hindi kaagad nagsink in sakin yung sinabi niya.
I didn't bother to call her manager dahil medyo maraming tao, and wala naman sa labas yung manager that time (so, another minus point for this store). Manager must always be around so she can keep an eye on her employees kung nagtatrabaho ba ng maayos. And, yung swipe card ng manager pang discount nasa cashier? Iniiwan lang nila yung swipe card nila sa cashier para di sila lumabas at maistorbo? Really? Eh mas busy pa nga sa jollibee/mcdo pero hindi naman iniiwan ng mga manager yung card nila sa cashier para sila ang mismong magswipe e. Manager on duty na irresponsible? Sana naman ma'check yang store na yan para maitama yung mga mali lalo na sa behavior ng crew.
If you didn't get me, here's an example, what if may visual disability or bulag yung taong bumili? So she'll gonna ask if "ilan to?" "kita mo 'to? Ano 'to?" or pag senior citizen yung bumili kahit nagpresent na ng senior id eh mag request pa siya ng birthcertificate? Or sabihan niya ng "patingin po ng uban". Lol now, you get me?
And take note, she didn't smile nor greet me even once since I came in. So maybe she's always like that everyday in every customer.

triple charges on my credit card

It happened yesterday 09/16/2018 at Balibago Complex Sta. Rosa Laguna Branch. I purchased a cake and some macaroons. I used my Citi card for payment but the cashier said i think it is curretnly offline because the payment is not going through. He asked me if its okay to try again I said as long as your sure that it wil notl charge my card. He said no because there is no receipt that is coming out of the terminal. He tried thrice. Since it is not going through after the last attempt I said i'll just going to pay it in cash. I then decided to accessed my Citi app just to confirm that there's no transaction from you showing. However there's 3 pending charges showing. But then again he said it i will not going through.
I'm kinda worried though so I contacted bec it might go through and I was advice that I need to call you to void the transaction so that it will not go through since according to them there's no issues on BDO or Metro bank Terminal that was reported yesterday.
So can you please void or cancel the 3 pending charges? Hope to hear from you. Thanks.

Marami po kasi ako ginagawa. What the hell, nakakahiya naman sa oras nya, di naman sya isang oras naghintay.
