Bad service in Red Ribbon Binalonan Pangasinan Branch
The staff are not approachable including the management. Some of employees doesn't comply in health protocol in iatf. Not wearing facemask properly. Even eating while taking my order. They are using phone when I entered the store and did not greet.
Desired outcome: Employees must have proper training or they should have more training before they become part of your company including the proper may of using facemask and social distancing.
Mold in my bread (red ribbon cheesy mamon)
It’s May 15, 2022 between 8pm to 9pm. I was at the breakroom at my workplace. I was taking a few mins. Break so I decided to eat my cheesy mamon from red ribbon. While eating I noticed a weird taste in my bread then I saw a bluish/black spot on it. And I knew that is a mold. But it says in the package that the expiration date is May 17, 2022. How is that happened?
Butter mamon
I bought a red ribbon butter mamon n May 14, 2022 at Red ribbon Zamora St. Tacloban City Branch, and just earlier when I'm going to eat it, it has molds already. The expiration date is May 16, 2022. I'm very much disappointed about this.

Red rebbon please don forget the candle! I bought a cake yesterday for my niece, and I noticed when im on my way that there is no candle included! Whats the purpose of the cake if there is no candle to blow and no candle to bring light to the celebrant!? I hope you to always remind us to candle you know how important it is to rhe celebrants, our home is too far from the store that it will cost us fare and more time to waste, we dont have extra candle to us thats why its too sad for us, and the candle is really important 🥺

How to file a complaint with regards to immorality do i need court orders to be heard or to be entertain? I have try to ask your staff on the branch that the mistress of my husband is working but the assistant manager did not entertain my question.the mistress work at Robinson Malolos her name is Grace Zafra Gonzales.

Cancelled order but no Refund
Red Ribbon customer service is very low. I had called the store where I had placed an order and instead cancelled the order. I had called about the refund and instead brushed me off to call DoorDash. I was perplexed by that direction when I did not placed the order through door dash but instead through red ribbon.com. I understand the store cancelled the order but I have yet not received any refund.
Desired outcome: Mainly want my refund for my cancelled order.

I ordered through food panda Apps but the store ( J Center mall Red ribbon) who accept my ordered do not follow my simple instruction. to write a greetings. It means so much to me. I am very upset since birthday celebration is special day.

Please visit the store in bayan bayanan marikina branch because I buy lately a dedication cake then there's have a lane and I followed but many other customers priority by the crew and until I only person still waiting for my dedication cake. Why they priority not dedication cake because I'm first in the lane I take 30min waiting!
Please give a punishment to them specially on the boy crew that so very rude!

I just want to know when I can expect the refund of my order last November 4 from Red Ribbon - Robinsons Dasma. E-gift code invalid

Last Oct 10 around past 12am, I purchased an e-gift card (Chocolate Dedication cake (8x12)) to give it to someone. The recipient went to a near red ribbon store to claim the egift at around 6pm at the same date (oct 10) and told by the staff to come back the next day. oct 11 (which is today) to claim it again because the code was said "INVALID". However, the recipient did went today to claim it again but unfortunately told by the staff that code was still INVALID.
Please provide explanation regarding this matter.

Ordered an Ube round cake From the Mira Mesa red ribbon location. Paid online picked it up later on that day had a birthday party served the cakes out to my guest and one of my guest pulled a long black hair out of their mouth that had been combined in the layer of cake I was so embarrassed. Keep in mind I’m a cut and blonde there’s no black hair in my head. None of my guest had black hair. I Call the store asked for a manager they stated that there was nobody available call back tomorrow morning I called the location back the next day in the morning and was told the manager wasn’t going to be there until 2 o’clock called around 2 o’clock asked for manager tried to explain the situation but she was too busy yelling talking to everybody else about the issue wouldn’t let me finish a sentence. She kept over talking me. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional rude person there in that location. I do not understand how she became a manager she had no customer service skills no phone etiquette. I have enclosed photos for everyone to see how disgusting and how upsetting and how disappointing. The embarrassing moment of a celebration that was meant to celebrate a birthday ended up being a very embarrassing party. I believe everyone that attended that party has vowed never to eat or buy any cake from this location. Unfortunately it’s the weekend so I will have to hold off on reaching out to the health department especially in a time with Covid the way it is. It’s just utterly disgusting. This probably wouldn’t of escalated as much as it will if the manager at the Mira Mesa red ribbon in California would’ve listened and use her professional phone etiquette customer service skill that I guess she didn’t have so she could’ve used it this could’ve been avoided.

This is the second time it happens and same branch location - callout sa red ribbon waltermart dasma branch. Ung chiffon bundle cakes niyo ay inaamag na. Nakakapangatlong bili na kame dian and ung pinakauna Im so happy so purchase ko and friendly mga staff kaso problem nung pangalawa pagkauwing pagkauwi ko sa bahay binuksan ko isang chiffon cake and guess what inaamag ung konting part na and second time na pagbili nmen 4 chiffon bundle cakes ung inaamag. Grabe nman ausin nio nman store nio so pano nio macocompensate to so disappointed tlga. Yan pa manden pinakamalapit samen. D na ulet ako bibili dian! Hello management, I order and deliver a cake for birthday of my friend 4 october 2021 at 730pm. We wait until the staff at rr pedro gil taft (1580 taft avenue corner pedro gil st. Metro manila) called before 730pm that they cannot delivered it at the same day of birthday cause their riders is only 8am - 5pm. What kind of customer service you have and the manager in charge don't know what to do? The cake expecting the day of the birthday, you should call and deliver earlier if no rider. We are flexible accept delivery it before 5pm. I need action for this as soon as possible.

I ordered online this 17 August 2021 and was expected to be delivered at 2:00 pm as a surprise to our employee. on Address and store location i did put that it was in Tondo and your system showed that Red Ribbon Taft is the branch that can cater the delivery. The branch texted my staff only to find out that they will not transact because it is too far. Even they were informed that it was paid already they did not reply anymore with my staff. They insisted that they will not deliver it anymore. Even it is small amount, it is a surprise and it was already paid and its your responsibility to tell the customer before paying that the place is not feasible to deliver.

Hi! I am writing today regarding my complain with the cake I ordered yesterday. I have ordered a tiramsu meltdown because of my cravings and how I missed to have a bite of the red ribbon tiramisu meltdown. I remember that during my birthday on august 2020, I have ordered that cake and I really liked it and ordered again some other times more. But to my surprised yesterday, its not the same taste of it anymore. It is very bitter and the cake was a bit soggy. I guess the liquor added on the cake was too much. I very dissappointed since its the least that I expected. : (this is thr first time I have complained about a specific cake.
