I thought I would give this a try. The idea of short stories sounded interesting. However ended up not worth it at all. You can watch for free if I watch adds. It’s annoying as the adds are just about as long as the episodes are and you only get 15 freebies a day. I start my first story and I get to the last 4 episodes and I still had 12 adds available but it no longer gives me the option. My only option to watch the last four episodes is to buy coins to watch. Well if you are going to force people to buy episodes just charge per story that we watch and be done with it! Don’t waste my time watching adds if you are only going to make me pay anyway! So I uninstalled the app!

I bought some coins in the beginning. It got me through 3-4 clips. Paid mora than I would for a whole Amazon or Hulu movie. You can watch 30 second ads (up to 15) each day. But if you’re willing to wade through the ads once you get to the last few clips, even if you still have ads left for the day you can’t continue unless you buy coins. It’s a cute concept but it’s just a big money grab. I’ll hang on to it just to see if I can watch the end with ads if they ever fix that. But I’ll only wait a week or 2. If they don’t fix it I’ll be deleting it. And no, I won’t be giving a higher rating to “motivate” you to do the right thing. Once you do it I’ll give you the rating you deserve. For now I recommend people don’t waste their time of money on it. Good luck.

I’m watching “Big Bad Husband” Each clip says 1 minute and maybe a few seconds. Every clip is roughly 45 seconds of actual “new” episode and the rest is “preview” for the next clip, which you are actually watching in the next clip. Each add is 30 seconds plus the additional 5 seconds before you can actually close it. So you are watching almost as much ads as you are video clip. If you buy coins you pay more to finish watching the whole show then you would if you bought a brand new blue ray dvd. And if you want to collect points you have to watch more ads. You get a daily point bonus that doesn’t cover any episode until you check in for a whole week. I really like the series and I will put up with it until I finish this one series but I don’t see myself continuing if I have to watch that many ads.

I downloaded this app a few days ago and really thought it was going to be a great cool app but it does have its flaws. In order to watch the short story for free it’s mandatory you have to watch an ad and then if you want to watch the next one with out having to watch an ad you have to pay with your coins an unnecessary amount. Then they give bonus coins but it’s not even enough to unlock the next episode and again in order to earn enough coins you have to watch a million ads and/or pay for the coins. The stories are good and interesting but it’s not worth going through all the hassle to earn coins and watching the content. 15-30 coins a day is not enough when unlocking an episode is 45 coins and higher. Make it make sense, how your going to promote your app saying it’s worth it but when you download it it’s not worth it

So i have been on this app for about 2-3 weeks my overall experience, i have seen 3 short films all great, out of the three the only story by partially disliked was the boss affair. The story lines are very interesting keeps u hooked the problem i have is the 45 seconds for each part plus 30 seconds for each ad up to 20 ads a day. Then each part isnt even the same coin amount i paid for 1500 coins and for my first time bonus i got an additional 1500 that was definitely great but as i said because all parts are the not the same amount it didnt last long made me feel like i was cheated out of my money. Because i have to wait until the 20 ads are restored i tend to forget about the story even though its on my main screen, which is sad because the plot was just getting interesting. I hope the creators or team sees my review and make necessary changes otherwise we might have to part ways

One minute to one minute and twenty second episodes. Then you watch a thirty second ad in order to watch another one minute episode. You can only watch 15 episodes a day then you have to buy coins to “pay” for episodes or wait until the next day. UNTIL you get to like the last 5 episodes and you can no longer watch for free. You have to use coins to finish the episodes. My advice. Watch the daily ads and collect and save the coins. Turn off auto episodes so you don’t accidentally use your coins and then use these coins on the last episodes.

Don’t people pay enough for full length movies and tv from the big guys (Prime, Netflix, Hulu and HBO Max)? You want us to pay for 1-1.5 minute clips of mediocre acting and cheesy done before story lines too? Money = Motivation ? Shouldn’t you have investors for that? I want to be motivated to keep this app without breaking my wallet first. And you’ll get a better rating when you earn it.

My first issue with this app it not story or how long or short they are it has to do with the free video option where if u watch 15 ads u get 15 episodes but tht is not even close to the truth, u will get a max of 10 episodes to watch, when u start watch the video make sure u count them, I watch the 1st one them it said I watch 2 free videos when I watch one it skips over number 2, 6, 9, 13, 15 too offer something and not follow threw or cheat people out of it is kinda on the f up side.
My second issue is the auto play never turn off even when u turn it off, I don’t like auto play cuz I might not want to watch the next episode at tht point in time to have to turn it off between every episode is ridiculous
My third issue is most of the video I watch only have sound but the following episodes have picture with the sound, it weird trying to assume wht going on without knowing wht going on, with some short story it hard it picture wht is going on without being able to see it

Coin prices are not consistent. There should be a way to purchase by story. Price revaluation is needed. The stories are great and fun watch, the main actress in Big Bad Boss and Contract Wife deserves a round of applause. Her acting is the best I’ve seen so far.

The concept of the app is great, but you callus easily make more money posting these for free on Tik Tok. Many creators make shorts and skits similar to yours.

You are infuriating your audience and instead of keeping them on the edge of their seat you’re making them rolls their eyes in defeat as they delete the app.

I love the cliché wattpad vibes, but Wattpad is free. I would rather read it than watch hours of ads for second if content.

Please do something to improve the quality of your app. Maybe make longer episodes, because it feels like we’re paying you our time AND money to watch 5 seconds of content and a 5 second “what’s next” recap of the next episode.

It’s lazy and sad. But I wish the actors and writers luck, because the app developers are running their content into the dirt.

Downloaded the app not knowing that the story’s don’t last very long 1-2 minutes and then you can only watch 15 adds that will let you watch a free short story. I had 125 bonus and by watching a bunch of ads and I watched 1 short that was 44 and I have 20 left. The math isn’t matching for me. Isn’t 1+1=2 or did that change. Disappointed in this app. Not worth buying if the math isn’t matching. Btw ads are so dang long and so extra. You watch the ad and then you push the X and have to wait another 5 seconds. Just to do it all over a gain. Short story could be longer to make it worth the time and money. Please fix the matching issue. If you don’t like our feed back about your app then don’t respond, and just fix the ALL the issues that is wrong with your app. Your app is not great. There is WAY TO MANY flaws with the app. Treat your customers better…….. have a fantastic day! Update I was interested in finishing the “BIG BAD HUSBAND PLEASE WAKE UP” just deal with watching all these ads. They stop letting you watch ads at video 51 out 55 forcing you to buy coins

I bought more coins to watch the short reel about Sebastian klien with the husband of two lives. It said that the 500 coins costed $4.99 but it’s almost $50 I want my money back! I bought the $4.99 because it’s cheaper but it’s expensive and I was over charged! I wanted to finish the first reel I did because it got interesting but I ran out of options for the day I was not able to watch an ad to watch it for free. I was expecting to get charged $4.99 not almost $50!

I decided to buy coins to keep watching the movie I purchased 1000 coins for 9.99 and was charged $30.88 instead. I would like to be refunded the difference as I would have never purchased if I would have been charged much more than the asking price. I below have attached the purchase history for date 8/27/23 and my banking charge that I was charged instead. Please get back to me.

I want to cancel my subscription. Too expensive and just way too much. Cancel it. Cancel. I wanted to cancel before the free trial was up. But u guys conveniently don't have a place on ur site to cancel. Ok well this is my 4th attempt to cancel my subscription. It was around July 21st. The first time I tried contacting u. I want my subscription canceled

I was willing to watch the 1 minute episodes and the 2 minute game ads as I was hooked to see what happens at the end. Since this is advertised by Apple and Google as *free movies" I got to the last 5 episodes and couldn't wait to find out the ending only to find out you have to pay for the supposed free movie. I now will never know how the story ends. I've deleted the app as it's a rip off. Don't advertise something as free when it cost's at the end.

This is ridiculous. I pd 15 bucks for 1800 coins and can’t even get through one whole serious! In order to get through it u have to have over 3500 coins which is more than 30 bucks! That’s insane! Movie theaters are cheaper, hell even the streaming services have better prices! The books that go along with these stories are even cheaper! Get it together and stop scamming ppl! It should NOT cost that much for a 60 min story line! It’s not worth it! Free adds suck when they are just as long if not longer than each little 1-2 min video. U would spend 1.5 hrs watching ads just to get 1 hr of story line. Get it together REELSHORT BECAUSE RIGHT NOW YOU SUCK!

July 15, 2023. I waited a day to watch adds and it still says I have to wait another day. Meaning, I downloaded the ReelShort app on July 15 and now that it is past midnight on July 16 (it is currently 2:10AM July 16) it still says that I have to wait another day to watch more adds for free coins. Please resolve this issue and allow me to watch adds for free coins because I have waited the necessary time.

I was interested in just a quick show but instead all I got was a long experience with way to many adds. In many cases the adds are just as long as the short episode.
To avoid the adds I tried purchasing the coins or credits. That barely allowed me to watch one show.
Extremely disappointed.

Literally you only get 1 minute or play time, then you have to watch an ad. You only get 15 ads a day or you have to pay. I thought the whole reel was the coin amount, paid $4.99 and only got to watch about 6 parts. Complete waste! Then if you make it to the end of the pasta the last few parts are pay/coin only. Complete scam!

The ads are about half as long as the clips (60 second clip, 30 second add). Once you get near the end you MUST pay to see the ending. Acting is ok, story is ok, but predictable, add time stinks, watching all those adds just to get to the end and have purchase the ending is what made me decide to delete the app. Bleh, do not recommend.

You get sucked into a story. I didn't mind the ads. But I have to pay to finish the last 4 scenes of the story? There's no way to do more ads. You have to pay to finish the story after getting invested. Guess I'll never know how it ends. I feel so cheated. If this were to change I would have given 5 stars. Right now I wish I could give 0 stars.

You get 30 sec videos with 20 sec ads in between each episode, so lame, they are making a ton of money on ads and they can’t make the video longer? The story’s have terrible actors but the plots are okay. I had to delete the app I got Netflix, Hulu, HBO and more that I pay for no ads. I would rather pay that then watch 20+ ads to finish the story out. So disappointed

So I downloaded this app because of one story. Then once I get it I realize that you can only watch 1minute at a time.. and only free with ads. Also if you want to unlock all the episodes you have to pay big bucks…Seriously can’t wait to get done with this story because then I will be deleting the app. Unless you have time to watch ads and drain your phone battery be my guest..

It’s not free. You either spend money to get coins to watch 40 seconds of a clip or you get 5 free ads a day to watch 40 seconds of a clip. They show you a “trailer” of what that clip is about before each clip and it takes up about 10-20 seconds of your one minute clip. It took me 10 minutes to watch 3 clips since each ad is about 2 minutes long. Don’t waste your time or money!

As you should know from reading reviews, “shows” are very short clips and 30 second ad will allow to watch the next minute of the “show”. However, the last four episodes of the show are not accessible unless you pay. They are making money off the ads plus they want people to pay to see the ending of the show. Good luck with that. Acting is bad. I am deleting and will not be using it again.

The problem with this app is you get a 30 sec
Clip you have to pay 50 coin WOW !
Or you have to watch a advertisement, OMG the add is three times as long as the movie clip. I don’t mind buying coin and paying but this app is really expensive. My other app costs 4 to 9 coin each clip. Hope this one gets better I like it but would need a second job to use it.

Very disappointing

What’s sad is the stories are interesting! I would pay a monthly subscription to actually watch these but the way this app is set up is not worth it. You have to sit through long ads after every episode for 20 episodes then you have to pay coins which end up being more than a Netflix or Hulu subscription. Hopefully they figure out a different way to work this app. They would get a lot more customers!

Las series me parecen adictivas pero una vez acabé la que empecé , lo desinstalare… se ha ganado el premio a la peor aplicación que he tenido

When reading the reviews there was a lot of talk of too many ads or ads too long. I still thought I would give the AP a try. All the reviews were right. I timed the ads from 30 to 60 secs each. The show was interesting but I was only able to watch 10 to 30 secs at a time before I had another ad. There is an option to buy “passes” so you don’t have ads but I’m not willing to spend money on this. Deleting ap.

The “episodes “ are very short and you have to pay to continue watching. I was at the last episode and it said I had insufficient funds. I paid for additional coins only to have it continue to for 30 seconds and it was over. Like seriously?! I just wasted $5 for 30 seconds of the story. The acting is terrible too. I’ll never fall for these apps again. Deleting immediately. You vent trust anything foreign.
