I first lost 700 counts to reopen episodes I’ve already seen on 10/8 and that was never resolved, now I am not receiving my daily check in when I click it, it says I have but my amount of coins does not change. This happened 10/19 at 7:33am. However it feels like this customer service is just for show, there is no one here servicing the customers. We haven’t had any help and I’ve seen so many complaints go unnoticed. You have to make the complaint a certain length or it goes unnoticed which I think is the stupidest thing ever. To get more people to your app you think you’d 1. Want it working properly and 2. Want happy users to refer out your app, however it seems neither are working for you. I log in and I use the videos to get more coins I expect more coins after going through the necessary steps, I don’t want to have to come here everytime because they don’t load on my account or they get used up opening episodes I’ve already seen and at this point I am just venting because this app is ridiculous and so is it’s nonexistent customer service, I know I’m not going to get any help resolving this as seen in your complaint section of this “customer service” but at least other people can see what to look out for 🤷🏽♀️
