The cancelled my prepaid hotel booking at the last minute due to a "temporary issue"
I have a reservation for a suite at a hotel, scheduled to arrive tomorrow, that I have booked via Rehlat.com. The reservation was fully paid, weeks ago, and confirmed with a confirmation number.
Just now, at the last minute, Rehlat, has informed me that my booking has been “cancelled at the last minute, due to some temporary issue”.
I have contacted Rehlat by phone and email and have asked them to correct this issue and to reinstate the booking. I do not want to cancel, and I do not understand how a fully paid, confirmed reservation can be cancelled the night before checkin, due to a “temporary issue”. They have not responded yet. I cannot understand how a fully-paid, confirmed reservation can just disappear. Checkin is tomorrow.

By now it is too late to reinstate the reservation. I have now booked with the hotel directly after Rehlat couldn’t help. The hotel was not overbooked but Rehlat had canceled several days prior without telling me. Please refund my payment to you plus the difference I had to pay towards the hotel, as described in my email.

My experience with them was horrible! I’ve made the mistake to book my vacation with them. A day before the reservation they sent me a message saying that due to some issues the booking was cancelled but they will send me the refund receipt as soon as possible. It passed almost a month and daily they say to be patient and to understand them because they have issues with their servers. I’ve sent them more than 40 e-mails, I made complaints at the Police of Dubai, Consumer Protection from Dubai, Dubai Tourism, etc. But it seems they don’t care! THEY DO MONEY FOOLING PEOPLE!
I will not stop with the complaints, bad reviews and comments, until I receive my money back!

Same situation with me. They asked me for additional payment, and I was not able to pay since it's time limited. They Promised to refund in 30 days but up until now (4 months) I haven't received even a single penny from them. Hope this could be solved soon. Very disappointing!
Reimbursement scam - money stolen
I booked a holiday with the Rehlat service and then cancelled the holiday.
Then I received the following :
"Dear Esteemed Guest,
Greetings from Rehlat!
Please be informed that your Hotel Booking (RGL781846), has been cancelled and so full refund will be processed with in 24- 48 hrs and the amount of 3464.540 EUR will be credited to your account in 15-20 days in accordance with your bank policy & procedures. If you do not receive the refund, please reach out to us at earliest in order we can investigate the same for you and help you with your refund."
Rehlat said they would reimburse it as it was in the cancellation policy and they never did after 2 months. This is a scam. Never book with Rehlat this is purely stealing money.

My name sunshine jalal , passenger name also same . I purchased ticket through rehalt last 4th of June 2022 for going to india and returning back to kuwait . Ticket date 6th of june 2022 and return 24th june 2022 , flight gulf air , ticket confirmation number and booking id is 1798525 . Amount i paid 209.419 kuwiat dinar . I paid through my NBK bank card . same day i got message from rehlat , flight ticket not confrim . They will pay money back with in 15 days. Till date I didn't get back my refund money. Several phone calls and email. Till date I didn't get money back. Kindly make the arrangement to take my money back. Pls do needful to this issues.

Flight ticket refund
I booked a ticket through Rehalat (booking id 1461016) in Feb 2020 and the flights got cancelled due to pandemic. Since then I am following up with this company and they are still dragging and cheating the customer. They blamed the airlines company, but the airlines has already refunded the money. It is more than 2 years and they are just giving excuses and refunding. I am going to complaint in DGCA, Kuwait. I would never recommend this company and they are literally cheating the customer.
The tickets were rescheduled and each reschedule they levy charges which as per the airlines were not applicable. I cross verified with the airlines company and came to know that they are ripping of the customer.
They keep giving you false promise that they will process in 1 week, but they don't keep their word. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They just lure you showing few bucks discount and then they rip you by levying additional charges for any change in you itinerary.
Desired outcome: Rehalat should be paying me back the complete ticket cost and the extra charges they took for the reschedules when the same class tickets were available free of cost in the airline website.

Cancelled booking
Booked my hotel 3 months ago paid the full amount, received confirmation email that everything is fine.
Prior to 24 hours of flying to Spain, Rehlat cancel the booking. There is no refund of the money, there is no customer representative to talk to, no one replies to emails, upper management is unable to be reached, every customer representative will tell you they will get back to you in 24 hours, when you're flight is due in 5 hours. I have called the hotel, and they have said that Rehlat themselves have cancelled the booking a couple of days prior to avoid the hotel booking fee, even though they have taken the full amount of money from me 3 months ago.
You will be left on your own with no compensation if you do business with this company.
Avoid them at all costs.

I booked my flight to Georgia on May 7, 2022, the day my nightmare began.
I remember searching for AirArabia that day and the first link that came up on Google was for this scam company. But I didn't realise the problem because the design of its website was extremely similar to AirArabia. So I paid as normal, but after I paid the page stayed forever at 10 minutes to issue the ticket, but no!
So I started searching the internet for this company and they all said it was a scam. I cancelled the booking so as not to delay my trip. It then said it would take 30 to 40 working days to operate a refund for me, which of course was part of the lie. I still haven't received my money after these working days, but I have read on the online reviews that most have not received it for over a year. I don't know what to do anymore, should I call the police or take them to court?
Of course, every time I called they always said they would send an email within 24 hours to confirm exactly when the refund would be made (that's the funniest joke I've ever heard in my life) because they never replied to any of the emails!
For those of you who want to book a trip on this scam site, I hope you will read my review and keep your eyes open and never step into such a nightmare!

Rehlat is one of the worst websites ever to book a flight.
It has been 2 years and they called me now to pay additional 200 AED to get a refund.

For my Booking ID 1673926// 10 Apr 2020// Oman Air. As you can see the date am following up on a cancelled ticket booking since 2020. After all these years I get a call today and they tell me your refund is approved if you want to reversal pay AED 100. I have never ever come across such a worst experience in my life where I had to follow up so much for a refund. N now they want me to pay. I tell the lady why don’t you deduct aed 100 and refund the rest but apparently that is not possible. How on earth are they expecting their customers to pay again when they have been following up for a refund for 2 damn years!

I have booked for staycation since 8th July 02.00am hour and its 5.15pm without any confirmation. Ideally to be received asap or within 30 mins as per their website.
The staff keeps saying they will send the confirmation and i must have followed enormous time without any solution and very easily after 16 hours of follow up they have declined the booking and asking if we need a refund or alternate booking at higher rates - THIS IS SCAM
I have been polite to staff and at least extremely rude to staff managing the calls without any training or understanding to handle such situations.
The worst ever booking experience and i regret using their pathetic services .
