Refund Received after 2years

Refund Received after 2years , however they have taken 70% of ticket charges towards admin fees , even after the airlines have refunded the full amount. (Booking ID:1551415)

There is no Update yet from the Rehlat Team

As per their policy , service charge is AED 90/- for a ticket cancelled. (which the airline cancelled due to covid), but charging 70% of ticket fare (aed 200) is against their policy and a clear scam from their end.

Good day sir, I cancel the air ticket on nov month 2021 its refundable ticket but untill now I did not get my refund so many calls & emails no use they simple tell still pending from airlines (but airlines said they did not mention the penality like this, airline ttell send me a new refund application we will process like this) more than month rehalt tell still pending airlines I am ask the new refund number to check with airlines, but rehalt did not give the number more than ten times I am asking but there is no reply my booking id 1671282

I’m complaining as I’m booked a trip refunded status after that I cancelled I waiting almost 2 weeks after they informed me they will deducted 950 AED and still no refund happening to the rest of the amount

After that I send a lot of emails asked also for manager I’m waiting 3 days and no one call me and all the call center team didn’t have ability to communicate with the clients no one help you and they talked like robots especially Aya abozied she is the worst communication I have ever seen and now I’m asking again for manager they informed me wait for 3 days again I’m very frustrated about this company and I will ask mr / bader to take care about the company cuz all of you cannot care about the clients needs

This is the worst service ever. I booked on Rehlat last week June 6 and it was unsuccesful and told me that they will refund my money within 24hrs to 72hrs and until now I haven't received any refund. I've been calling them and their response is the same thing, that I'll receive it in 24hrs and it's been a week already!

I booked ticket for June 2020 (11 June 2020 from Dubai to Cochin & Cochin to Dubai 27 June 2020) in Indigo through Rehlat. Due to pandemic, flight got canelled and Airline (Indigo) refunded the amount to Rehlat in February 2021 but till today I didn't receive my money back from Rehlat

I had purchased Ticket in 24 Aug 2021 and tickets was cancel for airline after cancellation many time I call customer service but he didn't solve my issues until now and I didn't get my refund. The ticket was eligible for Full refund and the airlines office in Kuwait confirmed that the refund was processed to Rehlat in September 2021.

Multiple calls and emails to Rehlat was made during these time and they are delaying the refund.

Can anybody throw some light on procedures on how to take up this case with Saudi GACA.

We booked flights for family of 5 (incl 3 minors) during August 2021. When one books it gives you a total price - only after you pay it indicates that per person! So I immediately cancelled- same day. Numerous emails (in excess of 70 ) followed to follow up on status of refund.

During September they indicated application for refund successful and they are attending to the refund. Not true...

This was followed by requests for me to forward my banking details - which I did (TWICE)- one cannot help to wonder where that ended up... STILL NOTHING

Lack of response or irrelevant responses creates the perception that they do not seriously intend to refund the money (understandable, if one considers the amount of interest they gain by unlawfully holding onto the funds belonging to, what I suspect to be, the funds of hundreds of customers).

Many other emails - no response or irrelevant garble.

Khuwait should be ashamed that a company like that operates from its soil. Will have to consider diplomatic intervention, reports to agencies etc etc

The company does not have credibility in the price offer and the company does not refund the money to customers

I booked tickets worth 5263 riyals and got a reference number 3863424, but they could not issue tickets, and when I demanded to cancel the reservation and refund the money to sources other than evasion and procrastination, and so far I have not recovered the amount

My hotel booking was cancelled (RGL713329, 499.49 EUR) and Rehlat promised me to initiate the refund in 1-2 days.

However, it's been a month now and I still haven't received my refund!

I am very disappointed in this agency and the inability to stand in the way of their fraud. Is it possible that there is no way to file a complaint against their behavior. Since February 2022 I am in constant correspondence with them and I sent more than 30 emails because they did not want to return the money from my ticket. I have already sent mail again but no one answers me. This is terrible.this is my booking ID 3456339

I booked ticket on 29-03-2022, but Rehlat not send the air ticket to me after 2 hours they told fare increase you have to pay AED 100.00 more which i refuse to pay and told them canceled the booking and give me full refund

. Same day i got email from Rehlat within 20 working days you will get full refund, Now more than 49 days I didn't get my full refund AED. 589.00 Im sending so many emails to them but no one responded. I called them so many times

but no use. Please process immediately my full refund immediately without any further delay.

My name is Cevaram Abdul Muqthar Ahmed.

On 17 Feb 22, I booked a flight ticket in Jordanian airlines from Jeddah to London online through Rehalat. Reservation number: ‎K5RGEB for traveling from Jeddah to London 03 March 22 and arrival on 18 March 22. I paid 2083.42 AED through my credit card.

Same day 17 Feb 22, I received an email from Jordanian airlines stating that trip status is ON HOLD and I cannot take a seat reservation.

On 18 Feb 22, I contacted [protected]@ Rehlat.com

On 20 Feb 22, Rehalat informed that they are unable to confirm my booking as there has been a fare hike in this itinerary. They also informed that they are trying to get this ticket confirmed but due to the increase in fare (275.00 SAR per passenger) the itinerary is on hold.

They asked for additional payment of (275.00 SAR per passenger) so that we can issue you the ticket as per my requirement, else Rehlat can go ahead and process full refund. Refund for this booking will be processed within 24-48 hrs.

On the same day, I sent email to refund the amount.

On 21 Feb 22, As per my request, Mr. Hafez Shaik from Rehlat emailed me stating that they have canceled the ticket and processed it for the refund. The refund amount of 2083.42 AED will be processed within 60 working days & credited to your bank account within an additional 3-4 days depending on your local bank.

Bu until now I did not receive the refund amount. I sent several reminders and no response.

On 7th May 2022, I received a mail from [protected]@rehlat.com stating that they received my request and a ticket has been created. Please follow this ticket number 1006014 for future communications.

A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response at the earliest.

But as of today many reminders were sent referring the ticket number but no response from Rehalat.

Please if Complaint Board can investoigate and resolve the issue with Rehlat will be a great help.

I had booked the ticket during the pandemic, the flight for cancelled and I been waiting for Refund of 108 KWD since July 2020. Addel Rehman D confirmed the cancellation and processing of refund to me on July 17 2020 (Screenshot below) and I have written to Rehlat support for more than 50 times claiming my refund after that. I have been following up for almost 2 years now and this is not expected from a company like Rehlat. Please refund the amount immediately. Let me know if you need any further details.

PS: If you do not refund the full amount of 108 KWD in the next few days, I will be compelled to file a court case and complain in the consumer forum. I have all the required evidence of all mails sent by Rehlat.

I booked DUBAI to mumbai return ticket in their app, after the payment was done I receive a message that your ok’ing is unsuccessful please contact customer care, when I contacted them they told me your booking is on hold we will do it asap, after 8 hours I received a email that they’ll ticket prices got higher, I have to pay 320 aed more. And when I requested for refund, it’s been more than 20 days I haven’t got my refund. And when ever I call customer care they talk rudely and they just say that we will escalate it to our concerned team you will received response within 24 hours but I don’t receive any response. Please help

Firstly my ticket I'd is 1905180 my name is Ahmed ElSayed mahmoud.. I didn't see before if I want to cancel or modify flight I cannot take any of money I paid.. How come you right refundable then.. I want a quick reply on this problem

I have two complaints in one day:

1- I booked a hotel through the rehlat website, and due to compelling circumstances, I requested to cancel the reservation or amend it to be on May 2-6, 2022 instead of June 2-6 AD, so I was informed of the refusal, although there was still a month left to the booking date.

Why was there no time allowed for modification because the remaining time was long and sufficient for cancellation?

You should full refund me Or at least cut the first night's cost (just like other sites).

Note, the reservation did not appear on the hotel system even after 18 hours of booking.

2- And when the amendment was rejected, and because I was in the hotel at that time, I had to make a new reservation on May 2, and the full amount was paid.

I waited in the hotel lobby for 15 hours, and this reservation also did not appear in the hotel system, despite making extensive calls to the Rehlat customer service number.
