Rehlat booking ID: 1656564. The ticket was booked on April 17th, the ticket automatically got cancelled from airlines but They deducted 45 Dhirams from me. After 100 emails for the explanation, I Accepted the refund on Aug 30 and still I haven't received the amount. Whenever I call rehlat they are saying the refund is already processed & concern team will provide the transaction ID. Since Oct20th I made 10 calls & 5 emails. Still No one responded. I want to escalate this to the manager.
Worst, rude & useless customer service. No one is helping a prompt customer. I have booked several tickets & I was recommending several friends. I loved Rehlat earlier but Very very disappointed now after this cancellation experience...

I had 4 booked air india tickets from New Delhi to Dubai on 1st April 2020 from Rehlat, Due to Covid situation i couldn't use those tickets, hence i requested them to be refunded on 12th June 2020. Now It has been over 5 months and still the Refund has not been Initiated, I had enquired Air India, they have confirmed that they have refunded my Money to Rehlat on 28th October 2020 and given proof for that. I have shared the proof with Rehlat and still same response I get every time that they have requested Airlines and authorization is Pending, This is final warning to you people else I will book a formal complaint against you civil aviation authority and Dubai police for scam and fraudulent activities.
When will this be Resolved. Kindly give me a date on which the money will be refunded. I have shared the proof with your team, that airlines refunded money on 28th October 2020, then why you are holding my money? Ticket refund
I got my ticket cancelled by Qatar airlines two months ago. Rehlat wrote saying the refund will be processed within 10-12 working days. After two months still nothing. All this time I have been writing multiple emails but now they are saying 55-60 days. I phoned the airline company to find out that the money is already with rehlat. Why is Rehlat holding my money for so long? They ticket was paid from a credit card so now every month I pay interest on the missing amount. What sort of scam is this?
I would never use their services again and I would never ever recommend it to anyone.

Refund pending since June
I had booked a repatriation flight of 2 passengers for 19th June 2020. Rehlat failed to arrange the fight due to which the flight was cancelled. Rehlat promised me they will refund the complete amount of 216 KD within 15-20 working days and till date I didn't receive the refund.
I have been sending them emails and calling them 100's of times but they have the same old response (We have send your request to the back office team and finance team and you'll receive an email from our team). They didn't send me any email and there is rude and improper response from the customer care representatives upon contacting them by phone.

I booked a ticket of PIA with rehlat for Dubai-Karachi (PK-214 for 24th May). I requested for refund on 17th of June 2020 and got the confirmation on the same day that the amount will be refunded within 60 days + 2-4 days of processing time (effectively by 25th of August)
I sent my first reminder on 26th of August, then 18 September, 5 October and 14 October 2020 and have been getting a standard reply that we are looking into it and will get back asap.
My friends who booked the same tickets directly from airline got the refund within 15 days of request for refund.
The attitude of Rehlat team have seriously made me regrett my decision of using rehlat.
I need to know about the authorities or department (IATA/ DNATA/ Dubai Consumer Court may be?) to where I can lodge my complaint against such services? Can somebody guide me about relevant department?

Rehlat refund delay
I booked a Kuwait Airways Ticket (Jun 15, KWI to TRV & Aug 17 TRV to KWI) on Rehlat. The flight was cancelled due to corona and I made the refund request on May29. I didn't receive the refund yet. The Rehlat team said the Refund may take time due to the current situation upto 2months and since then Iam following up on the same. The response is just a forward mail from the team stating that "the refund are getting delayed due to corona".
Its been almost 5 months since the cancellation and still there has been no refund yet.

Actually I took 2 tickets, one from Rehlat & one from Kuwait airways for the same day, same time, same flight, same class. But the refunded amount of Rehlat is Kwd 34.5 & Kuwait airways is Kwd 66. I am asking about the difference in amount of my money not from your pocket. Damn sure I am eligible for the one side full refund.
The Supreme Court accepted the Centre's proposal. The court said that if the tickets were booked through an agent for travel during the lockdown period, a full refund will be given to the agent and he will pass on the amount to the passengers.
So I want my money back.

Amount not refunded since the last 2 months
I booked 3 tickets (for flynas) on 8-August-2020, first I received a confirmation email from Rehlat that the tickets have been booked and after few minutes I received another email stating that the tickets are not available in this price and I have to pay more for getting the tickets, I politely asked them for a refund and they said it will be credited within 10- 15 days. After patiently waiting for 20 days I started calling them and emailing them regarding my refund and each time I got a new excuse form the customer care which is listed below:
1. Refund will take 10-15 days
2. Refund will take 20 working days
3. We have forwarded the request to the Finance team
4. We are working on the case
5. We dint get any reply from the finance team
6. It will be credited this Thursday
7. It will be credited on Saturday
And the list goes on and on...
Till date I have send and received almost 30 emails from them and dialed multiple calls to there customer care but no one is able to give me a correct reply as to when the amount will be refunded. There are using the pandemic as an excuse for not refunding the payment. It took them minutes to take the money and for a refund it is taking them months.
I seriously doubt there intention of refunding my amount and I am looking for legal options to pursue my case further.

Since the past 4 months, I'm waiting to receive my refund from Rehlat. However, every time I contact them, I receive the same reply. I'm frustrated to have received 22 emails from Rehlat's team with the same stereotype response for processing my refund from the last 4 months. Several attempts have been made, in order to get my refund which has already been processed from the airlines long ago! I fail to understand what is the reason for the delay? Rehlat is scammed.they are deducing money from credit and debit cards without issuing tickets.and you will not get back these mony. So please be aware these scammed online trave agencies. One of my friend is preparing legal case against rehlat. He will be submitting by next week to dubai police.
