I guess Reliance CallHome has become complacent in servicing their customers. I have been facing real problem in accessing local access numbers to call India. I guess that since they enjoy the market leader position they don’t want to take care of newer customer’s issues. I’m going to see if this issue is resolved within a week. Otherwise, I will switch to Airtel CallHome as my colleagues have recommended Airtel.

My documents were collected by monu (Field executive-m/s pase global pvt limited, mahipalpur) one of your local vendor. The field executive providing me a postpaid sim also
After submition of my document there is call from reliance customer care no (011-[protected], mr. Samerer) came. He told that sir your no will be started within 3-4 hours. ).
But yet 5 days spent mine no is not started. I callede his no much time but all time phone no swithched off..
My connection is not started now, hence causing me huge losses and mental tension.
I request you to take immediate action against this ageny otherwise I ll be forced to go to consumer court.

* Uptill 29th july nothing happened.When I started shouting at him, he gave me your customer care number ([protected]).One Shalini took the details.She was very rude in informing that her duty is only to take the complaint.After much of talk, she told she will arrange to send a field person within 24 hours.
* Nothing happened even on 30th july.One Mr Murali ([protected]) phoned & informed that he will send his service person on 31st July.Mr Jayadeva ([protected]) had visited my unit on 31st July & found out that the modem is faulty & had to be replaced.I have sent SMS to Albert.No reply.
* Immediately I called Mr Albert, he didn't receive the call.I called your Customer care Shalini as usual very rudely informed that they cannot do anything & told me take to service center & get a DOA.After this they need 12 days to replace. I told I do not need your service, Please return my money.She told I have to talk to VRITI.
* I called Noida Office & spoke to Mr Vikas [protected]) & requested to return my money, as I cannot wait anymore.There are other private ISPs & I want to go to them.He very politely told that he will arrange to replace the faulty device by 31st Evening & get it activated by 01st Oct.But uptill now, I have not received any communication from anybody.

i purchased data card for my laptop on 15-02-08 under ur scheme of 2months 24hr free connection.it was activated after 2days and worked for hardly 2-3 days.when i complained it was restarted after 3-4 days.then i went to delhi and there i was not getting connectivity so i complained but no result.i returned 0n 25th march and when i complained i was told that the card was not properly activated which they are doing now and it was connected but again after few days i could not connect to internet and it is still not working.please see into the matter and do needful.

Then I visited to local customer care centre on 30.06.2017 and they asked my to
deposit my ID and residence proof again and to clear the dues till date.
I filled a form for same and cleared the dues rs 243.00 on same day. I
have acknowledgment of request letter also.
Now I have received new bill for month of July also.
This incidence clearly suggests and high degree of negligence and
failure to perform duty of service provider despite multiple requests.
Kindly look into the matter and rectify the error . Your customer care
services require a huge improvement so that customers should not suffer.

i am Amardeep ([protected]) from Delhi, Hari Nagar (India) i bought 7 days before 1 data card from Reliance. its connection for 2 day only after that disconnected when i inquired executive said my verification is netgative, after 3 days again we verifying so please make this positive. but after day i heard from reliance center (Hari Nagar) mis Ruchi said we are verifity 3 times but still nagative. its very true from my side executive came only one time. i received my welcome call 2 time from relieance but again my problem is still. know i decideced to purchased any other net connecetion and said relienace center to return my money but they are refusing me.
I purchased a Reliance netconnect broadband +, 3.1 mbps on 7th January, 2017. The person who came to give me device game a two numbers (Nilseh - [protected], Dinesh - [protected]) to contact if there is any problem. I paid Rs. 3500/- cash to that person. He said that connection will be activated in next 24/48 hours, but it’s not so I called on both the numbers but are not picking up the any call. They haven’t picked up the call for a single time and worst of it both the numbers had disconnected the call many times. My connection is not activated till date. I called this person serveral times he did not picked my phone and so did his supervisor Harinder (phn no.:[protected]) then I called customer care and they told me that my documents are not submitted so please visit Reliance Web World so I visited Reliance Web World and they told me that this data card was issued on some other person name Puspendra. Now, i was somehow able to reach Shyam and this person came on 12th Jul'11 and gave me new data card. Now again the internet is not working and now the address verfication has failed becuase no one came to do the verification and till today i.e., 21st of Jul'11 my internet is not working.

I have purchased CDMA Data Modem MG 880 by ZTE. It is very slow and not open any site quickly, its take so much time to open the site and when we open the page there is always some error and we are not able to download anything. So, kindly sort out our problem.
I had purchased Reliance Netconnect's CDMA Data Modem MG880+ with unlimited monthaly plan in Jul 2017. Upto 12 Sep 2017 it worked properly, but thereafter it stopped working and show the msg "The Remote computer did not respond". on contacting the costumer care, i got the reply, but not satisfactory. I recharged my connection on 05 Jan 2017 for next 3 months on paying Rs 1499/-. and contacted costumer care but still no connection. It is sheer disappointment and frustration. What should i do now.

I am Ashok kumar using reliance Net Conenct (Card number – [protected]) I have a problem with my reliance netconnection since dec-14.2017.I was initially using postpaid wireless internet services, on dec.14 i placed my request asking for a change of plan from post paid to prepaid.i was responded immediately by an official who accepted to change the plan and also i was offered a scheme which said i will be given 5GB downloads per month for rs.1150 for 3 months together.but this did not happen.when i went to pay my bill i was shocked.they dint change my plan( postpaid to prepaid) due to certain issues and they had charged me with the normal charges for every GB used.they dint give me the scheme i was offered also(ie free 5GB per month).in return i was asked to pay rs.1800 extra. wen i asked about it the officials requested me to handover rs300 and agreed to tally the remaining amout rs1500.again i was offered a scheme where if i pay rs.2200 i can enjoy unlimitd internet for 4 months.i paid rs.[protected]+300).they provided me unlimitd for only 2 months ie.till mar14.2017 and after which my connection was resumed.when i asked them about it they asked me to settle the amount of rs.1800 only after which my connection will be made active.i have called customer care several times and spoke for more than 40 min, i ve rushed to all the reliance offices in the city and finally the head office at byepass road, madurai. i was answered rudely and ignorantly.am totaly frustrated.kindly help me out please !..

I am writing this to report harassment done to me by your agents.
It began like this:
on 8th may my connection was disconnected. I call reliance customer care for complaint.
They told me that my bill is 3500 rs .I asked them how can it exceed the 1800, as the credit limit is 1800 and it is supposed to get disconnected once it exceeds the 1800 rs. I asked the representative to open a complaint, on this he said that he cant open the complaint as the server is down. I called it again after 2 days and I was shocked to hear that this time bill has reached 4200+. I explained all the story and asked him to open complaint and on this again he replied that servers are down he cant raise request now.
After this I called 2-3 times but seems like reliance had issue with their servers during that period. Then I started getting call for making bill payment of 4200+. I told them I cant pay beyond 1800. If they want the payment they should better resolve the bill dispute and come back. I got many calls after this and every time I had to explain the same story. On this every time I used to hear we will look in to and get back to you. But every time I had explain and no response and then on ward stop responding to their calls. I told them to resolve the dispute or I will not pay you anything.
And now I am getting the calls from person telling him self as policeman and harassing me and even abusing me and he is negotiating with me on bill amount. From 4290, 2800 and now to 2500.
I can pay 1800 rs and finish it.
I am so frustrated with reliance that I will never recommend any one to buy reliance.

non-refund of security amount against surrender of landline fixed telephone
Dear sir,
I had been using the fixed line telephone whose connection no. is [protected] of Reliance Telecommunications till october, 2008.After that clearing all my dues and telephone bills, I withdrawn the above connection and surrendered the instrument in one of the franchisee of Reliance Communications, i.e.M/s J.D.Communications, Naubasta, Kanpur in the october, 2008 itself. I approached to Reliance Communications and J.D.Communications for the refund of security amount against the surrender of instrument worth Rs.2500.00 approx. Almost one year is going to pass and inspite of mine too many visits and verbal communications, I have yet not recieved the security amount till date and neither any firm assurance been given to me by the Reliance Communications officials. Sir, please look in to the matter and help me out any getting my security amount back at the earliest.

We fail to understand as to when official receipts have been issued on your letter head by your authorised personnel how you can disown the payments made. This is to launch a complain against Reliance Smart(prepaid connection). I am a user of Reliance Smart connection (prepaid) with the mobile no- [protected].
I had asked to activate my caller tune service (song sonio from the film Raaz)on 20th of July 2009 at 15:30 hrs. After 48 hours when the service did not get activated I had logged a complain on 23rd July 2009 with the complain no- [protected]. The service was not then also activated, then I again logged a complain on 26 th July 2009 with the complain no- [protected].
The customer care executive(A lady) who has logged the complain for me on 26th july 2009 9:30 am, did not responded to my quarry and disconnected the line. She also reffused to provide me the contact number of their seniors with whom I can speak.
The downloading charges has also been deducted and the 30 days span according to them shall be counted from 20th July 2009.
I service is not yet been activated in my number.
The complain is regarding the harassment and misbehave from the customer care executive on 26th July 2009.
I belive you will look into the matter and take necessary actions.

Your mob. bill date has been shown as 9th-Jul 2009. Now my monthly bill generation will be 9th of every month instead of 7th of every month previous. I have requested many times verbally to the reliance tele that I am a retired person and Sr Citizen of India. My pension comes in the bank in the last working day of the month so the due date for billing payment should be accordingly so that there should be no late fee charged but now again monthly bill generation has been changed while due date for payment has not been changed. Please reconcile. Late fees waiver of Rs.50 may be given.. If you do not accept my request, please convert my mob. connection from billing to Life Time pre-paid c onnection. I am doing the follow up since last 4 to 5 months for resolution few queries raised earlier, but the customer care is providing vague responses (3 times) without addressing the actual issues and itself marking the statement that “All issues are closed”.
I have also done the follow up with RCOMNODALOFFICER.MH for resolution of the queries, but I think he/she is also keeping mum about this and there are no responses/action on the raised long pending concerns. The SLA time as agreed in the mail i.e. of 2 Days is also not followed/met.
The subject line of the mail is "RE: 'ADAG=[protected]'Reference your mail". Request you to take appropriate action for the resolution of the queries raised/listed in the mail (Pls. go through the entire mail for proper understanding).

service termination problems
I used reliace WiMax connection for 16 months. I was facing intermittent disconnections which was causing the probelms to my work. I requested for termination of my connection on 24th March 2009. The referece number that I got was ADAG=[protected]. The service provider has collected their devices from my residence within 10 days. However they were sending out their bills followed by several calls for paying the bill. I requested them to send me the final termination letter and the final bill so that I can pay my outstanding amount.
I had logged a case with them for getting the bills even after the connection terminated with them. The reference number they gave was [protected] and informed the excess amount would be absolved by the system. However I was not given final amount that I have to pay. Now they are asking me to pay for 2 months bill.
When I checked with them I found out they had terminated my connection at their end 3 months after my request.
I advice everyone who opts for Reliance services think 10 times before registering with them. They just think and implement how to make money from the air to become rich.

due to the misinformation about a s.t.d. offer provided by the customer care representative, a wrong recharge was done by me. i came to realize the recharge was not right when currency was cut for my first call. when i first contacted the senior supervisor, the accepted the mistake and said that the recharge could be reverted. but when i went for the revert, the reliance web world said that the revert can be done only if the amount used is less than 10 rs. the next day when i contacted the customer care, they say that they never misinform ever... they are not ready to accept a human error even though i insisted them to trace back to the recorded call i made to the customer care!

Please do something about the retailer who never submits any forms of customers who buys phones from him. His name and number is: Metro Watch Company, [protected]. Due to this reasons approx 11 reliance phones per month remain disconnected as he fails to submit consumers' documents at reliance office. We are really fed up of his misguidance & fake promises. Reliance needs to be a little alert upon the retailers that he chooses for his products.
Poor Customer Care and Worst attitude towards problem solving
I am facing the poor speed and frequent disconnection from the 1st day. I had taken the reliance netconnect 3.1 Mbps connection. They had come up with 7000 Rs bills after 10 days and disconnect the service without prior intimation.
I am not going to pay the bills untill they will send me in written :
1. Why they had disconnected my connection without intimating me.
2. Timeline to solve the problem
3. Whey they are not providing the speed they offered.
4. Whey they will not take the device back and give my money.

We are using connection of RELIANCE BROADBAND since last more than 2 years, but since last month we are facing the problem of VERY VERY POOR connectivity and we complaint regarding the same to localk office as wel as customer care, but we regrate to write that we are not getting proper solutions.

I have been facing the issue of incorrect bill for past few months. The last month I was charged extra of rs 113 and this month of rs 528. I havent used any internet or premium services as myphone doesnt support internet. I am not willing to pay any single amount of money for the services I havent used and I wont pay the amount charged in vas. I had logged a complain regarding network issue last montmonth but till no action has taken. And now they are saying that it will take 3 to 4 month to solve the issue i am facing problem due to this issue it interrupt in between call aevery time call lost in between calls I hardly use internet in my circle
I don't liked the service of reliance Broadband uptill now. As in a month the connection does not works more 20-22 days, in which we have to make complaints daily with no resolution done by your side. I'm M.Dileep from hyderabad. My Father (M.S.M. Raju) is using reliance cdma (prepaid) from the past 6 years. Recent times without any prior intimation he is being charged for various value added services which were not activated by him. Many a times we asked to the customer care executives to deactivate all such services but in vain. Yesterday (11/07/2017) also my dad's balance was again deducted. This is Gangesh from Chennai. I have started using reliance broadband wired connection from mid April 2017.
It worked fine for one month and on 14th of may it stopped working. That's when i made my complaint to reliance on 14th of May 2017 {comp no : [protected] }.
That was the beginning of the series of complaints, I used to call them every day at least to know the status of the complaint for which i received the same response that a technician will visit your place or will give you a service call. I received no communication from them. Two weeks passed by on the course of which i received the following complaint numbers : [protected]; [protected]; [protected] and [protected] and more.
I even tried the reliance secretariat of appellate authority who boasted of solving any problems within 4 days. I obeyed their response and waited and i got no response . Tried the same thing again and got the same result. This went on until 17th of June when i received a mail from Reliance Communications which turned out to be the bill for the month of mid may - mid June ... the exact period of my Internet blackout. I got disappointed and called them to explain the reason ... the guy just told me that i should pay my bill and wait until the complaint is closed and then claim my waiver.
Its really unbelievable from reliance.

On 27.3.2017, all of a sudden, ### messages started going out from my mobile No.[protected]. In spite of my all efforts, they could not be stopped. The mobile was switched off to stop out going SMSs that had no meaning.
On 28th March, 2017, I lodged a complaint with the customer care centre at Jail Road show room where from the instrument was purchased in the month of February, 2017. It was switched on and the messages started going again and again with out stopping. Mr. Praveen Kumar, the in charge at the customer care centre (Ph. No.[protected], [protected] & 011-326 33331obserbed the problem and retained the instrument for repairs. A stand by instrument was provided to me for a day.
After I returned, the same problem of automatically sending SMSs from my cell started. They could stop after the mobile was switched off. This was with the instrument which the care centre had provided me as a stand by for a day.
By automatically going ### SMSs from my No. [protected], about Rs. 350 were debited from my balance. It was not because of a defective instrument but due to some problem in the Reliance system. Change of instrument could not stop sending messages.
In spite of repeated requests by mail and phone and in person to Mr. Praveen Kumar of Jai road, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi, the money debited from my account could not be refunded.
This is jitendra sarathe .i am a postpoid user of reliance cdma service.i am using reliances services since to many years . but the problem is that now i hav subscibed for reliance crbt service.but the service is not activated on my no.actually it was activated but not working in my no...they charged for the service.
i have raised a complaint for this n complaint no is [protected]. but there is no resolution for that. the complaint was resolved at there end but the service still not working on my no.. while i contact to customer care center they didnt provied any setisfactory solution...they hav no resion to give why its not work.also the behaiveor n the way talking to me is not good.

Reliance has a STD tariff of Rs. 37.00 for 30 days in which for first 200 minutes will be charged at 25 paisa/min then 40 paisa/min, this is auto-renewal pack which activates after 30 days. I activated this plan 2 months back and used first 200 mins for 25 paisa/min then for few days it was charging 40 paisa/min as 200 minutes were finished, on 28/Oct/2017 it got auto-renewal for which i should again get 200 minutes with 25paisa/min but when I called the first std call after auto-renewal it was charging 40 paisa/min.Then I called at customer care, and first he said to me that your 200 minutes are over and benefit is activated on your number but after checking "he agreed that their system is taking previous data in which previous minutes (in which 200 minutes were over) of previous tariff(before auto-renewal) are added" and logged a complaint. After 24 hours, in resolution they said that you are already using benefit of this pack as it was charging 40 paisa/min. but I dint used first 200 minutes of this pack in which charges are 25 paisa/min but according to them I have used it and 200 minutes are over now. I have used this plan a lot of times and each time after auto-renewal, I face same situation in which they say that your 200 minutes are over and after calling customer care they gave benefit to me in which first 200 minutes are charged at 25p/m but this time they crossed all the limits. I called at customer care around 15-20 times, a few of them agreed that previous minutes are added (not updated to used minutes as 0-zero) due to their technical problems. What their system is doing is adding previously used minutes to benefit and is not updating to Zero used minutes when pack is reactivated.
for example, I activated pack on 29/Sept/2017 and got 200 minutes a 25paisa/min which got over on nearly 20/Oct/2017 after that 40 paisa/min till 27/Oct/2017 (nearly 200+50 minutes were used). then on 28/Oct/2017 it was auto-renewal so deducted Rs 37 from main balance. now first [protected] minutes) should be charged at 40 paisa/ min but at the first call itself I was charged at 40paisa/min. till now I am calling them but they are saying the same thing that your number has been benefitted from this pack and your 200 minutes are over.
I have called them so many times on the same issue but this time they crossed all the limits as I have wasted my time in talking to them and explaining my problem. Each month i have to call them on same issue.Now i am not able to call at customer care as it automatically get cut. and this activated plan will be over on 26/Nov/2017 and i will not get the benefit as per tariff.

on 9th july i got a message that, if you recharge Rs.288 u will get talktime of Rs.255 and all local calls 50ps.
so i recharged on 10th July and i got only Rs.200. then i called to cusomer care asked about the remaining Rs.55.they said this promo balance will be added within 72hrs.
Now today is the 5th day, when i called to customer care they said u hav not received any message from reliance.
Now i have to give a complaint on them. please if any one knows their email or number please send the reply.

i have recharged for Rs 51 to activate 50ps/min plan. But couldn't get activated as the cusomer support of reliance told that you have done a wrong recharge, you should have done Rs48/ instead.But the Reliance flashy website will say you to recharge for Rs51 to vaila the offer.
Anyway my mistake to do the wromg recharge, but how their system has accpeted and sent a return message saying, now you can enjoy 50ps/min calling. But i came to know that after two days since it is deducting rs1.50/min and they don't have a policy to return the wrong amount you have recharged. once you recharge a wrong amount that will go to charity with no clue by the Reliance system!

I want to submit that from balance of my Reliance CDMA you you Deducted approximate Rs. 90/ f without any authorization from my side. Some service has be activated with out my consent and are being charged. I am really not interested to avail such services and of course I am not using these services . I suggestall of you not to got for reliance wi-max connection because the support provided by them is worst. It's worst than government support.
i terminated my connection on 22-02-2009 i hv terminate slip for this.
After that this fraud company is sending bill till now . i also got a bill 27/6/09. Last time when i was
checking my all paid bills i saw bill paid to Reliance after that i complaint to Reliance and complaint no. is [protected] on date 16/6/09 for refund my old bills. Customer care say me after this you will not get any bill and we will refund your money now this time i can't check because system is down.Today 27/6/09 i call again same line "now this time i can't check because system is down" compliant no. is [protected]. If your system is down what can you provide us. First manage yourself and then provide services to people you f***cing company.
But still i hv no refund also bills are coming what a F**cing company. If the person infornt me i will beat that ### who is doing so.

week of June '09 I had Rs.99.11 in my account. On 12
June '09 when I checked my account, to my surprise I
saw that an amount of Rs.30/- had been deducted from my
prepaid account and the balance left show as Rs.69.11.
On 13 June '09 at about 08.30 hrs I called your call
center (*333) and enquired about this and was informed
that Rs.30/- had been deducted for job alert facility.
I was surprised to see when I did not opt for any such
facility nor I sent any SMS to opt for this, how can
you deducted Rs.30/- towards job alert. A complaint was
registered on 13/6/09. Every time when I contacted
your call centre (*333), I have been giving a standard
reply saying that action will be taken to revert back
my money within two hours. Till date no action has been
taken to rectify my problem.
Your inaction leads to believe that some kind of
malpractice is going on.
Please look into this problem immediately and rectify
the mistake and confirm. If you fail to take action on
receipt of this mail, I will be constrained to take
appropriate action against you for which you will be
held response for cost and consequence.

Ya, this is very true that activating call tunes and such options which company gives to a costumer is actually company own way of making money. They with their wish, detect amount and we costumer like fools know that we lost the money for no reason.
But what is the solution, no way to solve all this. One no in call center gives damn to customers problem.
Many times they don't even give us the complaint no. and after requesting also they don't even discontinue the call tunes.

money deducted without subscribing callertune
Due to working in the border of Punjab and Haryana, and there is no indication of entering into the Roaming area, I have maintained a Zero Balance in my lifetime prepaid card([protected]), but on 10 December 2008, I have gone to Rs. -5 and subsequently to Rs. -16 on 04/01/2009.
Upon enquiring the Customer care I have been informed that I have been subscribed for the caller tune and is acitve since 10the december, Which I have never ever subscribed. the first CC executive has refused to take the complaint and neither made me talk to their superior.
Upon calling next time although a complaint has been lodged vide [protected]. On 5th I have recived a SMS stating that my callertune services has been unsubscribed but the deducted amount could not be waived off as they have confirmed that the services has not been activated by RCOM.
Now the problem is that although I have not requested for the callertune and neither Rcom has initied the service then how could the balance can be deducted?
Sceondly, although I have several mails to customer care ([protected]@relianceada.com) with several reminders along with the rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relainceada.com, but till the date I have not received the deducted amount nor any response.
Even i have a similar experience. I do own a RIM postpaid as well as prepaid .
Once i subscribed to the mobile radio pack on postpaid which was supposed to offer me some free minutes after which i were to be charged but after the subscription i could not access the service at all not even a single second i lodged a complaint regards to this 8 times everytime i was told that its been escalated to higher authority and even i was promised that i'll get a waiver on this which ultimately din't happen.
problem with the prepaid sim ( which was switched off for two months ) the money was deducted and a caller tune was activated automatically and daily rental was also deducted for the same until i came to know when i switched it on after two months and was shocked to see 80 rs was down to 25 rs i lodged the complaint regards to this also but in vain again i was promised the same thing which din't happen finally i was told that the activation was from my side (on 26th march 2009) .
Reliance is a big fraud and i'm damn sure that these kind of problems might have been faced by many.

I had applied for reliance broadband on-15 december, with app. No. -[protected]. But from there side some tech. Issue than they had not activate my connection now I m using other connection, I had many time forword my req. In chandigarh reliance head office for refund my advance activation charges but till today thay r nt getting me proper response, I m waiting from last 3 weeks, pls refund my money...

They took 500 rupees for installation charges and promised that connection will be given within week max. Executive has collected the money in mid May month, after two weeks they said that they have some problem with the connection and there is no facility to give me the connection and said money will refunded after 45 days. By now it has been more than three months I did not get my refund. I called them many times for my own money but always keep telling you will getting the money with in week and now they are not lifting my call itself. The person who has taken my money is Mukesh (mobile# [protected]) and he is in charge for my area.
They have given receipt/acknowledge for Rs 500 and its number is [protected].
I have found this site as last hope to get out this junk reliance. Can you please help me in getting out of this.

Dhirubhai Ambani's Reliance communications Ltd failed to resolve complaints even after 41 reminders at [protected]@relianceada.com, failed to provide services even after 27 days of sale of mobile phone Sim Card.The complaint is related to the sale of a fake Sim Card by Reliance Communications Ltd through its dealers in Varanasi on 14.11.2008.
It is now 28th days within which Reliance Sim Card service to another connection [protected] sold on 19.12.2008 is even not activated. Whereas the documents required to activate the referred connection was submitted twice with the authorised dealer under documentary evidences on 14.11.2008 and 19.11.2008.

failed to notify or reply the customer in connection with the complaints registered at their end on 21st November 08 vide Service Request ID [protected].

But the Mobile phone connection was not activated due the faults on their part. Reliance Communications Ltd failed to inform me in connection with my complaints e-mailed on 19.11.08, 06.12.08, 07.12.2008, 08.12.2008, 09.12.2008 and 10.12.2008.

no to deactive the pakages we does what they said but the pacakages does not deactive and a reply had camed from there server
that there is no package active on your mobile phone no to deactive. So, I think that there all Employees are fraud also they
are saying that you can complaint on consumer forun of india or in trai. Sotherefore please take legal action Reliance

dear sir i have a postpaid connection of reliance cdma([protected]) in up east, kanpur . it was a prepaid connection before 3 months & i have converted it now in postpaid.after conversion, i have taken plan for for rs.199 for free unlimited calls in all over up. we have already selected an another plan of free sms for rs.60 per 1000sms... and they have given us an another plan of rs100 for 300mins. free for other phones in east up...& i have diposted rs 500/-security money and last three month my bill is never cross the limit of rs500/-.but after activation of postpaid connection, the co. (reliance) is always warning me that my billing is exceeding the limit & it will be suspended if i could not deposit Rs.500?400 Extra...
before a week they always de-activate my connection when i ask for billl then they said that my bill will be generated after 5 th day of every month...and further they added that till i not deposit some amount to them, , they will continue the de-activation of out-going on my phone...
i requeted them that our billing amount is not so high, , so plz do not de- activate your services...
every time when generate our bill, , , , , it is proved that our biling amount is not exceeding the credit limit of rs.500/-
Instead of all that we are facing the deactivation every month without any failure for near about 10 daysss... so plz tell us what next step to take...
