unwanted balance deduction and no data usage
Hello All, I am using reliance gsm perpaid connection and facing an issue of unwanted balance deduction from my main balance since past three days. I have called customer support yesterday and got my refund with the assurance of uninterrupted services and no further unwanted deduction. After all the assurance and the confirmation, I have started using my data again and have lost all my available balance in-spite of the availability of 1.4GB data in balance. Since morning I am trying to reach the support no. (198) and getting disconnected after the IVR instruction. I did not receive any call back of any feedback with this regards. The total balance deducted is Rs. 160. Now its becoming really painful to be with reliance. If I would not receive any proper response and my balance refund and with the proper resolution on the problem, it would be good for both of us. I will wait for couple of hours to get the same resolved. Trust me this kind of pathetic service and worst support will cause you a loss of many old customers. My complaint no. for which I have got the refund is [protected]. Now I dont have any balance to make a single call, my data pack is also not working. Since morning I am trying to call them but not getting connected and even sent an email to the customer support but of no use. Being my all balance deducted and no data, I am facing lots of problem. Would suggest to not to opt for reliance. Please help Worst service in the world...
unnecessary deduction of balance
This is to bring to your notice the unnecessary deduction from my number and which is also faced by most of reliance customers. i am tired with the unncessary deduction and now changing my network provider as reliance is not solving my problem and taking any serious steps.. i dont know how you people earn soo much money by providing such irresponsible services, maybe by deducting unncessary balances from customer account. But at the end you guys will pay by loosing your most of high profiled customers.

This is to inform you that last three months back i received one phone call from one lady Shilpa she told me that she call from reliance India from panajim, she inform me that there is one good scheme on reliance connection you got two sim connection on Monthly rental Rs. 198/- and you got reliance to reliance free and reliance to other mobile @ 50 Paisa. she forced me to take this connection so i just said ok . After a while she called me ask me to sand my I.D. Proof on his E Mail I.D. so i aggried and send my I.D. proof on said email. after few minist she called me and said that she will send my sim card within one week, but my sim not delivered to me, after one months i received one call from reliance India and told me that your bill for the month is generated please pay the bill as earliest, i told her i not received any sim card and nor any connection how you can generate the bill. She told me that no. [protected] is registered on your name and you produce your I.D. proof, i told every thing to her and she told me to he will help to disconnect that connection but she did not disconnect that connect that connection, but now on 29/08/13 i recived message from reliance india informing that this is last date to pay bill otherwise you have to produce for court on 22/09/13 at Pune court.
my reliance gsm activated ptune but do not work properly

I am a customer of reliance gsm (prepaid) , my mobile no. is [protected]. I was activating reliance my tunes service (ajay kumar duttakigyr tune / vas mycrbtdummy) at 11:05:10am in 28/05/2014. but few times this tune is not ringing properly, there are ringing 'tring tring' ring tone only. today I called to the reliance customer care (198) at 9:42 am. but reliance customer care's agent said 'my tune' is working properly. but any body who called me they did not hired this tune. the agent hold me by mobile phone about 25 minutes for contacting their higher supervisor with me. but the supervisor hold me about 3 minutes ant cut the phone call without solve my problem. I am suffering too by them for this service.
so, I want back my tune (ptune) monthly service charge and it's download charges (30/-+15/-=45/-). and I also want to deactivate this my tune service as soon as possible.

hello i am anshul jain in the month of september 2013 i need a cug connection for my business (the hygiene tadka )i have requested for t cug connection but the sales person told me thad it is not possible to have a cug connection with t numbers and suggested me to take f numbers and told me that you dont need to pay the bill of the 2 numbers you will find the bill only for the 3 nubers.but i had find the bill of 5 numbers for which i told the various person of company to stop the service of these numbers they all responded me in a possitive way that thay are solving my problrm and told me that in next bill you wiil find the refund of bill which you submitted and the service will be stop but from last 8 months this is repeted and i have paid them rs 3600 extra so i want refund of money which i paid against the bill of r extra numbers.

reliance big tv not working
Hi,
I tired calling the customer care number [protected] and waited for more than 30mins still not connected tried all languages nothing worked out. Big time problem with the service engineer. The person fixed the dish on the floor on our terrace and we are having big time trouble with our house owner. I tired communicating the same but irrespective of me saying that he needs to fix on the terrace side bar he did not listen. Since I was not there during the installation and only ladies in the family couln't check what he has done. After we came to know from house owner that the service person had messed up even after continous follow up. The next time when we called him to fix the problem he asserted he will come in the evening to fix the issue but now it is more than 15 day that we been following with him. Every time I call he give me alternate day for fixing the issue and most of the time he doesn't pick so i need to call him by 9pm s he pick and say call me during office hours and disconnect. Even today he promised by morning he will come and fix the issue but still he is not responding to my call. Either I need a solution for this or I need my entire money i paid for this connection since we are not using it. I want an action o be taken on this service engineer. His name is Krishnan. This is about very shame full and poor services provided by big alliance like reliance which is known all over world for best services is unable to fix our problem.
We tried to register the complaint related to non working of reliance digital tv on 1 june but due to sever problem at their end we were unable to register till 4 june the finally complaint was successfully registered on 5 june 11 but without any engineers visit and without taking feedback from customer complaint was closed on their end. Then again a fresh complaint was registered on 8 june 11 after huge discussions with their incompetent customer care your engineer finally visited on 9 june and insted of trying to solve the problem he said that the dish is damaged and there will be no signals so new dish is needed to install but again without solving complaint and without any comments from their engineer and without customer feedback problem is not fixed till date.Daily charges are continuously deducted for services and without fixing the complaint company also deducted their engineer's charges twice and above more customer support executives specially working on position of Team Leader are also not behaving properly.
From 1 June 2011 till date my problem is not resolved.every time when we remined customer care for old compalint they filed new complaint and again ask for 48 hrs. time.
So, now I want following actions from the company
1. Digital tv is not working inspite registered complaints so many times so this time I need my money back through cheque and termination of their services.
2. Refund of all money which is deducted unnecessary.
3. To pay penalty for non supportive and misleading behaviour of customer care.
4. To pay penalty for mental strees caused by their services and wastage of precious time in communicating with the organisation.
This is my request to pl. Forward this complaint of my to sr. Management people in reliance digital tv and reliance communication by any channel or give me some link so that I myself forward my problem to sr. Management.
I would like to advice companies like reliance digital to please shut down their customer support centers as these are not helpful for customers but only added the value of final product which is a big slap on both side of customer face one is in form of increased cost of product and other is mental stress and loss of money which is spent on buying these services and then cost to switch to new product and feeling of insecurity due to the use of product offered like by reliance digital.

My relience Big Tv which is purchased 20 days back got down, we r complaining from last 5 days but no 1 is attending. only saying it be completed. local engineer called after 5 days when asked the reason for delaying he cut down the phone.
your product big tv doesn't has anything it does not have tv channels like
DISCOVERY SCIENCE, DISCOVERY TURBO, ZEE SMILE, CBEEBIES, REAL AND MANY MORE.
Your digital tv are not giving discovery science which is available in hindi too and other channel which are listed in this complain. Please add the disc. science and disnep junior and cbeebies channal and some more music channels as soon as possible

closed same day and then again the same day I lodged complaint No [protected] which has not been redressed till date and my line is dead. No one visited my premises to rectify the defect.
I am really amazed how reliance is closing the customer complaints without resolving them and without confirming from the customer. broadband taken in the name of my son Vivek Tiwari is having frequent outages and is not working for more than 15 days for which I am paying the bill.

erronours postpaid bill for the month - apr 2014
My Post Paid Mobile No#[protected] and bill plan is Rs-599/-.
Today I received the bill and to my surprise I was charged for that 399 PACK for amount of about Rs-400/- and billed amount is Rs-1108/-.
Who is responsible for this erroneous bill?
Today I called customer care for the same.
The guy-Ashwini don’t know English properly and said that the bill can’t be corrected.When I asked to log a ticket she told it is not possible.
Background Behind this problem-
I used to receive SMS “Enjoy unlimited STD calls to reliance @399/Month only”.
I sent for activation through SMS on 4th Apr 2014.
Received a message saying It was activated on 6th Apr.
After I got to know that 399 PACK is nothing but a subset of 599 Plan.
Hence I requested to deactivate on 10th Apr.
I received a SMS saying it will be resolved in 2 days-SR NO#[protected].
After few hours I received a message saying yours request for SR NO#[protected] is processed.
I cross check the same as ZR Communication, Reliance Outlet, Marathalli, Bangalore.Contact Person was GOPI.
He confirmed that it was taken acre.
Request you to check all the recorded voice for the same.
Such a bad customer service and error bill, can’t be expected from a branded organization like Reliance.
Request you to correct the bill by debiting the 399 PACK amount.After that only bill payment will be made by me.
If my problem is not solved by customer care then Nodal officer then I will approach the Consumer Court with all the proof.
I will not entertain this kind of malpractice by Reliance.
NOTE:
1-I requested for activating the 399 PACK then my 599 plan should have deactivated on immediate effect.
399 PACK is subset of 599 plan.
Even with 599 Plan I can make unlimited STD calls to reliance.
What is use of activating 2 plans?
More over check what service I used for this during the period it was in active state i.e 6th Apr to 10th Apr.
2-I requested to deactivate on 10th Apr 2014.
Why it was not taken care although I received the message saying that yours request is processed?
I should be charged only for 6th Apr to 10th Apr 2014.

Illegal mobile tower installed
I want to register a complain about unauthorised reliance mobile phone communication tower being installed in my nearby house.
This tower is been just installing machines are left installed in ram nagar colony chas which is a highly populated residensial area. In this colony and nearby there are 4 Schools, 2 Hospitals and 1 collages. this tower will affect the health of all of colony people, students and patients. this tower is being installed in the house of shivnath pandey near view point school. non payment of monthly lease rent of telecom tower
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am writing this on behalf of my mother. We have given one of our land on lease rent to Reliance Telecom Limited to set up telecom tower. As per the agreement with Reliance Telecom Limited dated 3rd march 2007 monthly rent @ Rs. 2200/- will be paid on a monthly basis with escalation of 10% in every three year. Upto Jan 2010 we got the rental . But since february 2010 to till date we have not received any payment for this. We have not received any communication regarding this delay also. We have to received approx 1 lac from company. Because its too late and companies personal or management ignore it always. Now what i do lets watch. Network issue

a NETWORK COVERAGE issue due to this I cannot use my netconnect properly. I had approached the
customer care ([protected]) but they could not provide me with any satisfactory reply apart from reading out the
response from their system "The issue would be resolved soon". After 5-6 days of following up with them, I
approached the appellate authority number they said “this issue will resolve by with 2 days”
and I have waited for 5 more days there is no responds form your side, then again I have made an contact with your customer care and they said “ sir, your issue is resolved” like this they are said but still I am facing network issue on my place.
I was
assured that someone from the concerned department would call me and the issue would be addressed
immediately.
If I do not receive any response still, I would have no choice but to consider
changing my service provider.

Extra Data on recharge not credited
I, Dr. Shrivardhan Kalghatgi. I own a reliance netconnect+ data card with no. [protected]. Recently on 06/12/2013, I recharged online on Reliance Myservices webistes with INR 3000 using Debit card. The offer at that time was in INR 3000 i will be getting 30 GB + ^ GB data. And after recharge got 30 GB data immediately and waited for 24 hours for additional data to get credited. But since it was not credited still after 2 days of recharge, I contact toll free help line no and lodged a complaint for the same. That time helpline executive asked me to wait for 48 hours to get resolved. That time my complaint no was [protected].
Again after 48 hours of wait contacted toll free number and then again i have been asked to wait for 48 hours more. Like this i wasted my 6 days just to get what i was entitled to get for the money i paid.
I been using reliance network since many years in many forms, but this is the first time i came across such a problem for which i am suffering. From a very renowned and well established company like reliance telecommunication never expected such kind of delays.

Cheating by customer care & Web world on cancellation of service

This is Purnima Vyas from Karnal Haryana and i am the user of Reliance Data card Netconnect post paid service. For past 6 months i am not using my data card and requested Reliance Web world & Customer care to cancel my connection. Last month of i have submitted my ID's for cancellation to Reliance Web world & also submitted my complaint against the Web world on cancellation of Datacard. But till date my data card is not cancelled by Reliance and sending me the bills which i am not using my data card from past 4 to 5 months. Last confirmation i received from Customer care that they will not send the bill but they have send the bill and still saying cancellation under process. Data card number is [protected] & User name is Purnima Vyas. I am not paying my bill of 438 Rs because i have paid last 3 bills without any usage. Request kind take action against the Karnal Web world reliance & customer care for cheating customers & not supporting.

[protected] and recharge with rupee 50 on dated 25th may 2013 after few days they cut sum amount every month for USSD plan which i don't activate. many time i call in customer care but they don't give me satisfactory answer always they told me that no plan has been activated on my no. but on dated 4/7/2013 again they cut sum amount for continuing same plan. now whenever i call to customer care no. they didn't respond me at all, so basically i am fed up with their service, please take some necessary action against them and replay me on my no. that this complain get really work.

cheque encashment without consent
On 17th June 2013, two girls visited our house saying they represent reliance and asked permission to sit and explain about the net connection.
Hearing about the name Reliance, I allowed myself to listen. They said they are authorized distributors of reliance, called Mahati enterprises, working on behalf of Appco channel distributor of Reliance. Hearing all the two big names, it is but natural for a common person like me to believe the words they said.
They made me to believe them strongly by saying that it is only cheque which they will be taking in the name of the company and only after a verification call from Mumbai, my cheque will be presented in the bank and I can discuss with my husband and other people and decide before the confirmation call and decline the cheque payment.
I was surprised to note that the cheque was already presented and en-cashed. It is a clear case of duping and I would like to cancel the whole thing and get my money.
It is actually a big surprise to note that an organisation like Reliance is not bothered to take care of their image from so many consumers and their complaints which I saw on the internet(compalints dated in 2012 also).
Appco which boasts of its reputation and high profile clients, is having a distributor like Mahathi enterprises, whose executives go in to market and dupe people
May be a case needs to be booked in consumer court asking what action Reliance and APPCO have taken to alert people or intrnally what steps have taken to curb their temporary fly by night marketing executives duping innocent people to sell the connection with false promises and lies.
Now I am in a state of doubting everything.
Is it really RCOM company person or some one else not related to Reliance or APPCO Marketing using the word RCOMCARE?

My name is Ramadevi Gindam. I gave SBI cheque (No.816131), Narayanaguda Branch, Hyderabad, for amount Rs.1300/- in the name of MAHADEVI Enterprises, a C&F/subdistributor of APPCO Marketing who are the main distributors to Reliance, as told by the girls who claimed to be executives of the same, for wireless Reliance high speed internet connection.
I was persuaded by the girls that I will have time to think and decide since it is a cheque and even after giving the cheque I can cancel the order and only a cheque will be wasted for me, since cheque will be presented only after my consent from the mumbai head office.
Now it is a question Whether MAHADEVI Enterprises has any direct or indirect link via APPCO Marketing Ltd. If so, what is the liability of Reliance /APPCO Marketing when MAHADEVI Enterprises or any other agency is acting in a way damaging the reputation of Reliance.
Internet gives so many grievances with the same name, "MAHADEVI ENTERPRISES". What steps Reliance and APPCO Marketing have done to stop people getting duped, like publishing a public notice in local telugu/english newspapers etc.
My concern is,
1. hearing the name Reliance I was convinced to give cheque.
2. The claiming executives told that cheque will be presented only after I give an explicit consent over phone called verification call.
3. Without getting the confirmation call and giving my consent the cheque has been encashed.
4.Reliance and Appco would have taken due care in appointing reliable dealers/distributors/C&F agents who would not have so easily duped people like me or made false promises.
Now what do I do? What will be given to me for 1300? What are the conditions? I was told that I can use it for desk top computer or just keep it with me without using it immediately(Right now we have BSNL broadband connection)
I will most happy to cancel all this dealing and get my 1300 back.
It is painful to note that marketing has taken the meaning of hooking the innocent by false promises or anything convenient to the executives since the employing companies are just bothered about the result and not the means to achieve the target.

Reliance Netconnect Cheats with customers
Hi Sir or Madam:
I am very old RELIANCE Netconnect User.
In the month of April I have got Rs. 1322 as a bill where as my Monthly rental is Rs 500. I was sure that I have not used the extra GB. So I have given the request of Itemized Bill and customer care executive told me that you will get that bill within 48 hours But After waiting more than that I have again asked for Itemized bill this time also I was sure that I won’t be getting that bill and same thing happened. In the meantime my due date got over then also I have given complaint of not getting the itemized bill but it again didn’t work. So I have told to customer care executive that if they will send me Itemizes bill then only I will make payment. One Month over Then also did not get any Itemized bill and in the mean time I was getting call from collection agent to make the payment and I told them you send me the bill I will make payment. Then they have sent me bill but I was not Itemized just standard. Every alternative day I was getting call and they were kept on sending normal bill. And on top of that one of executives told me that they will charge for Itemizes bill.
So I have the bill of May also but it was fine. But they have barred my connection for some days. They again executive called me for the payment and this time I told them if you gonna send Itemized bill then I am gonna pay bill strictly. Then final I got the bill and trust me it was totally manual work, human has prepared that bill. I was entirely disagree with the uses but after explaining everywhere I did not get any weaver. I thought of not making payment as Reliance has cheated me. But final don’t know what has come to my mind I have made the payment.
But this month June again I have got extra bill that is 683 where as my bill comes around 561 (including taxes). Now this they have new funda that on prorate basis I have used extra as for few days my connection was barred so they have made prorata to fix my monthly uses.
Last time I have not used that much so I got huge bill after struggling a lot for more than one month to make a payment. Reliance has made the delay and I had to pay late fees and not used amount. Instead of sending itemized bill they have barred my connection. Because of barred connection they are making prorata and making my bill extra.
I have JUST one QUESTION………..
WHERE IS MY MISTAKE? WHY I SHOULD PAY EXTRA BILL ALL THE TIME?
I am just frustrated with RELIANCE.
RELIANCE stands for TRUST. If the same things will keep on happening then trust me "NO ONE WILL TRUST ON RELIANCE"
