. Reliance ke staff ne ye sim card ko april 29, 2013 ko stop ki. May 3, 2013 ko verification ke liye kaha. Par Main es number ka verification nahin kar paya.
Next day Ye sim card apne aap hi activate ho gai. Main surprise ho gaya. Maine may 4, 2013 ko customer care 198 par call kiya. Aur detail batai. Maine yah bhi kaha
ki es number par maine koi document jama nahin kiye hai. aur na hi mudhe es document ka address janta hoon. Aur es sim card ko stop karne ko kaha.
Kyonki Main es sim card ko use kar raha tha. Mudhe yah sim card ek palace par mila. Maine es sim card ka use kuch time ke liye use kiya. Par main kisi ki sim card use nahin
karna chahta tha. aur customer care 198 par call karke es sim card ko stop karna chahta tha. par customer care 198 ke staffs ne meri baat ko ignour kiya. aur ab ve es number

Meri aapse request hai ki es number ko stop kiya jaye. kyonki yah number missing ho gaya hai. Kisi aur ki sim card ka main use kar reha tha. Agar maine es sim card ka fraud
use kiya hai to mere against case kiya jaye. Kyonki kisi aur ke document par without jane use karna garkanuni hai.
Agar maine es sim card ka fraud use kiya hai to main punish ke liye ready hoon. Par yah mistake customer care 198 ke staffs ne bhi ki kyonki main es number ki verification
bhi nahin kar paya. aur ye sim card activate bhi kar di. Jab all matters ko customwr care 198 ke staff ko call karke bataya gaya. to es staff ne koi action nahin liya gaya.
Es fraud mein customer care 198 ke staffs bhi puri tarah se involve paye gaye hai.Kyonki verification na kar pane ki condition mein ye number apne aap activate nahin hona

Mr. Kamal Ne mere saath Abuse Language ka use kiya. Aur call disconnect ki.Fir Maine customer care 198 par call kiya. call manju ne receive ki.
Fir maine manju ko sari detail batai. Manju ne kaha ki aap kawrong charge deduct kiya gaya hai. Main complaint na bana pane ke karan call senier ko transfer karti hoon.

mention karne ko kaha. en two person ne kaha aap police station jao. vahan complaint mention karo. Aur abuse language ka bhi use kiya gaya.
Aur call disconnect kar di. baad mein maine fir call karne ki koshish ki par call reject list mein mentuon kiya gaya.
Yah staff kitne fraud and cheater hai yah to ese react se proof hai. Ab reliance ke agent kitne ani mein hai.Yah agent to apne fayde ke liye record ko gayab bhi kar sakte hai.
Yah Call mere es no.aur dusre no. se ki gai thi. Mere Es number se bar bar call karne par customer care 198 ke staffs ne Rs 14 ka balance four times deduct kiya aur

Tab Mr. satish se last time talk karne par kaha ki maine aapki complaint ko mention kar diya aur kuch time ke baad message ke dvara complaint nol. aa jayega.
Aapka jo rs 61 balance aur rc 58 packs bhi vapis refund ho jayega. Maine bhi vishvas kar diya. par mudhe koi complaint number ka message nahin aaya.

nahin bani hai aur na hi customer care koi call ki gai hai. aapke es number par koi rs 60 ka recharge nahin hua tha. aur na hi koi balance deduct kiya gaya hai.
Aur es agent ne call disconnect ki gai. Main yah sunkar surprises ho gaya ki yah kese ho gaya. Main heran tha. tab maine gaur kiya customer care 198 ke staffs ko
call karne par pahle balance deduct kiya gaya. Aur baad mein call receive nahin ki gai.
Aur ab es staffs ne Mere es number [protected] par Balance ke record ko gayab (delete) kar diya gaya. Aur ab mere sath dhokha kiya gaya.
Customer care 198 ke staffs ne yah sab mere sath dushmani nikalne ke liye kiya gaya. Kyonki etne staffs ke person se baat karne par proof ho jata hai.

Jab yahcomplaint comment ke liye reliance customer care 198 ki website par sent kiya jata hai to reliance customer care ke agent badi clever se number aur address ko delete kar dete hai.
taki yah pata na lage ki complaint kahan se mention aur kis number ki hai.
TO mere number ka record ko gayab karna es staffs ke liye mushkil nahin hai.Kisi ne sahi kaha hai ki sach ko sabit karna mushkil hai.

wrong charges of rs.120 not fixed yet
I have got charged Rs.60.10 (Sixty rupees and ten paise) on Saturday 25-May-2013.
I had registered a complaint, it was network issue - no signal between 5.30pm to 7.41pm when signal came on, my amount wasn't there I called and registered complaint.
I spoke with many people and no use.
On Monday 27-May-2013, I got another immediate charge after I recharged Rs.60 within seconds of e-recharge amount was taken. I tried my best to explain these reliance people and they understood their issues and said complaint has been taken and I will get my total amount of Rs.120.10 (Rupees one hundred and ten paise only) in two days but still no resolution.
I am waiting for money and I got missed calls from [protected] & [protected], when I checked it was reliance and I am registerding the complaint once again.
My active complaint number for the refund is [protected].
I spoke with 27 people 63 calls made till this morning but no resolution.
Bloody reliance idiots are acting like they are giving me money of charity.
I want to register complaint against agents Chandresh, Balvinsh, Monica & Supervisor Bhumika Thatkare, Bhumika, MOnica and Team leader Hardek Shah who promised credit but no reply.
I spoke with Supervisor monica 3 times, Bhumika 6 times and Hardek shah twice and Bhummika thatkare twice.
Bhumika Thathkare and Bhumika kept no notes in my account and also disconnected my call 5 times when I was asked to be on hold.
Very poor management.

illegal recovery on postpaid mobile connection
i had a postpaid mobile connection of reliance mobile . i cleared all my dues and converted that connection to prepaid about 6 months back.i also got no dues certificate from reliance office.but still they call me for payment of dues and harras me by threatning me of legal action and making fake calls under the name of lawyers.

My name is sawaliya prasad k. Srivastava from mumbai. I have taken reliance mobile number [protected] (Billing) since reliance came in mobile field. Time to time, I had changed the plan etc but i, my number and service provider is same. On 8th april 2013, I had converted this number from cdma to gsm and submited required documents. On 15th march, 2013, reliance had deactivated my services without any infomation, call or sms. When I inquired on customer care, they advised me to submit the documents again at any reliance web-world. I have submited 1) photocopy of mahanagar telephone nigam ltd bill, 2) photocopy of reliance energy bill, 3) photocopy of pan card and 4) photocopy my of passport. But till today i. E. 19.03.2013 at 3.030 p. M. My services is not working. Rcil will charge the full monthe plan rental, internet rental and otheer pack rental, wherein services are deactivated for a long period. This is the cheating of the customer by the company. I am suffering from a hug business loss because of this service provider's mistake in the month of financial closing month march. I request to concerned authority : (1) to take appropriate action against (A) reliance communication india ltd and (B) that fellow (Employee) , who has deactiveted my services without any informataion showing individual interest. (2) to wave my all rental for this month. As I have made several chargable calls, expenses and labour for this nonsence activity.

Hi i am Naresh, I Purchased Reliance Net connect dongle from my company ICICI Bank in the month of November, My MDN Dongle no is [protected].
I Purchased Reliance Net connect from Shoiab(Mob No:[protected]). It was an corporate plan of 199 of 3g 1 gb usage free usage, but however my plan not got activated at that time, So I approached Shoiab that why i plan not got activated, So he replied me that you approach to Ashu Agarwal his mob no is ([protected]) for the activation of 3G 1GB plan, So i contacted Mr Ashu Agarwal to activate my corporate plan so he addressed me to mark an mail to his email id: ashu.[protected]@relianceada.net, So i marked an mail and he sent an confirmation mail to me that your plan has migrated to special corporate 199 1 GB Plan, but however plan not migrated he made a false promise and i have an confirmation mail also sent by him,
After 2 months ie in the month of January my plan got successfully migrated to special PPM 1gb corporate plan
Between that duration i used net connect services but the connectivity is very poor, but however my plan successfully got migrated to Special PPM Plan in the month of January so its really pathetic service from them. I used only 25 MB plan from my end but the bill amount is reflecting as more than Rs 2000, But according to the plan i have corporate( RG SPECIAL PPM 199 PLAN). So I contacted to Mr Ashu Agarwal and told me to contact Miss Nupur Sirsat (Account Manager) her mob no is: [protected], her email id is: (nupur.[protected]@relianace ada.net),
Without my knowledge the corporate plan got migerated to again simple ppm 199 plan i was not aware at that time they generated an bill amount of more than Rs 2000 for the month of december and january and my outgoing services were barred.
So I approched Nupur for the waiver of bill in the month of december, she promised to she will make an waiver of bill against which i have not used any VAS Services, I only consumed 25.24 MB usage, but without my knowledge they charged me more than rental of 2000, So I contacted Miss Nupur for my waiver of bill, so she promised me that i will be getting the waiver of bill within 20 days, and also my issue will be fixed with in the next billing cycle. But however i want to lodge an complaint against Nupur & Ashu Agarwal because they are unable to provide me waiver of bill as per the commitment given by them, I am following the case the case from more than 60 days but till now i haven't got any resolution from their end.
Also Nupur is not responding my call also after following the case more than 3 months she is claimed that she wont be able to help me because she has put down his papers so now she told me to follow up with Ashu agarwal after 3 months follow up case with her backend dept she is now suggesting that she cannot help me in getting the waiver of charges, So i am really frustrated and irate such worst service & pathetic services are rendered from your end.
Also I have escalated this issue to their senior management, but there is no response from their end. I am not getting any help from Cust Care too.
Also I need to ensure that strict actions should be implemented against Nupur & Ashu inorder to get my waiver of my bill, I think they are really very careless attitude towards their professional goal, such ignorance and tolerance is not acceptable in the future. They are in the senior management dept but they are unable to resolve my issue, To my extent such senior managers should be rooted them immediately in order to provide customer stisfaction.
I hereby want to lodge an official against Nupur & Ashu as they really harassed me a lot and also wasted lot of time in resolving my issue, but till now issue is not fixed and also i have been constant follow-up for my waiver of bill since more than 3 months but there is no satisfactory answer by them. I am warning you that if my isssue wont get fixed i can lodge a complain in TRAI complaint portal also leading to severe consequences from
my end.
I would recommend everyone not to buy Reliance Net connect Dongle to anyone
Kindly note down it as an serious issue, i am looking forward for the waiver of bill. I will not pay bill my against which i have not utilised the services.

I want the service to be terminated from your end and also i want the waiver of billing disputes I have been following up the case with Mr Ashu Agarwal from 4 months but still my issue is not fixed nor he is not picking up my call i want to lodge a complaint against him for all sorts of mental harassment given by him.
My waiver bill amount is Rs 1900 against i want this waiver request should be processed on a priority and urgent basis from your end otherwise it will lead to severe consequences from my end.

On January 28th, I tried to buy a calling card to call to US from India. I visited the relianceglobalcall website, and registered. In the registration page, there was an option to make the payment and based on an ongoing offer, I selected to pay INR 500. After processing the payment and a successful debit from my account, I was shown a blank page that remained so for well over 10 mins. I DID NOT receive any emails that would provide me the details of my user account/registration information.
My repeated attempts to contact the so called 24X7 Customer service was a failure as it would connect but NO one ever responded. Instead all I get to hear is a background noise of calls being answered, and people talking, BUT NONE bothering to answer the call.
This is one of the most disgusting experience and I should've ensured that I checked before opting for their service. It's a lesson learnt, and a request from my end, that DO NOT EVER deal with Reliance telecommunications. It's the most hopeless, consumer-unfriendly and deliberate cheating practice and unfortunately they are the ones who are flourishing! But then its really not a wonder, given if they keep siphoning off money like this. Shame on you Reliance Global Connect.

I was using reliance combo pack for my connection and was paying 1234.84 (with tax). I am living in Anayara Trivandrum. You are telling that you are the no 1 in India, but my connection is the worst. I took Reliance Broadband post paid USB connection on 7/03/2011. It is worked for 10 days inbetween verification also over. Suddenly it is disconnected. When I called over phone to service provider Mr.Bibu of Sahidnagar, Bhubaneswar (Orissa) but he dident responded. in between 25 days passed and asked in the reliance service centre they answere is due to non use it has disconnected. how sily? answer. It is Post paid one weather use or non use we will pay the money. So I requested to convert it from Post paid to Prepaid. for that I pd renewel fees 99/- and recharge charges Rs.299/- . So my suggestion is dont take the Post paid USB connection before verification.

I am facing big network related problem in koramangala one of the posh area's of bangalore. I am facing this problem from the time I came to this area means feb2012. Here is no indoor coverage I am using two reliance number [protected] and [protected]. Right now I transferred my calls to another operator because of bad service of reliance. I made complains atleast 15 times to reliance customer care I also mailed them many times but they never gave any resolution in last 10 months. All the time they just gave a stupid diplomatic answer that your network problem will be resolved as soon as possible. I don't understand what is the meaning of as soon as for them. Sometimes they called me I picked phone, nobody responded from their side and those liar reliance employee made a note on my complaint that they called me thrice and I didn't picked phone and they closed my complain. Once a guy came to my home 4-5 months back just to check network who even don't know on what frequency reliance work. I don't know why reliance is having such an unskilled engineer. I am suggesting here nobody ever buy or use reliance telephonic services. They are the biggest fraud in town. Reliance is having such a team who cant resolve a single network complain in last 10 months. SHAME ON RELIANCE.. NEVER BUY RELIANCE..

its very normal for air china to delay flights. they dont care about passengers at all and never think how troublesome it is when flight is delayed. look at me, i started from mumbai to shanghai via chengdu on 6 th sept. 2012, flight delayed in chengdu for 2 hours and due to this, i was about to miss my connecting flight to qingdao. time was so short bcz of delay and have to reach to terminal 1 to catch connecting flight. huhhhh...tiredsome and tensed...! so i request air china passenger attendant to take care of my bagagge and send it to qingdao. he agreed to do so. and i catch my flight to qingdao. today is 11 th sept. no news of my bag. called many times to shanghai but all r madarchod ppl. with thick skin. i want to request to all internaitonal flyers not to take AIR CHINA.

I have purchased reliance datacard no.[protected] through agent at vijayawada and activated on 21st january 2012 with a payment of Rs.2300+ three months unlimited package(Rs.750per month) with effect from 21st january2012. Later paid an amount of
