Hi I am arpit. I used reliance gsm.. There is totally bu froad game is activated on my phone by saying tht I activate it by using r world. For tht more than 100 rs deduct on my card. When r world is not open from my phone at any reason... I see tht to reliance customer care operator he also agree with me to deactivate I visite reliance world still it not deactivate and my rupees still deduct... For tht I call supervisor "shahead". "gunjan" steal my complain not resolve and my balance is not refund to me... Please help I m quality head of airtel... full talktime on recharge of rs33
i heard ivrs 151515, which gave an option about full talktime offer on recharge of Rs33 and i'll get Rs29.92 . after listening that offer i recharged with Rs33. but i did not get any talktime. then i call to 198 and [protected] but no one cooperate with me even they strictly blocked the complain option of the ivrs 198 from my sim [protected] .even till now i did not get any solution on this matter

Since last four years I am a prepaid mobile customer of Reliance India Mobile & my mobile No. is [protected]. My sister in Datia, Madhya Pradesh, has been having Reliance smart cellphone for quite some time. Few months back Reliance started deducting 3-5 rupees every now and then and now they deduct 30 rupees very frequently. Calling customer care was endless waiting and whenever she was able to reach customer care, she was told different things. Sometime the deduction termed as software bug and irreversable, sometime it is termed as charges to some stupid offers which were never requested. Most pathetic thing is that these deduction continues and even after multiple complaints and the reversal of the deducted amount is always denied.

Internet conectivity problem

My name is Venugopal B and i am a customer( User Id: [protected]) for Reliance Internet from June 21st to till date.
Truly, I am frustrated of this internet services because i have faced internet connectivity problems more than 10 times and i have raised the complaints each and every time, but the issues have not got resolved. Also they are closing the complaints without resolving as well as as with out informing the customers, who raised the complaints.
The support guys, who are coming to resolve the issues are not well educated to solve the problems and they are not giving any permanent solution.
The supervisors(Sajan and others of Chennai) also worst to communicate to the customers and not taking care of the complaints.

I had reliance landine connetion since 2004 means almost 7 yrs am the loyal customer of reliance.but the service which i get from your side is pathetic.i had a problem with my reliance landline connection, it is showing only loading message from last 15th september, so i took my phone to nearest reliance centre and the response which i got was shocking 1st they said that no engineer would be provided for home visit, secondly they said that they didn't know the address of reliance LG service station, n they use to give excuses that their server is down but they use continue their billing process for the other customers, do they think that m a fool.this continues for almost a month, so i finally decided to terminate my connection, now the other thing they said they that i had to talk to customer care from only reliance handset, despite of knowing that nor i or any of my neighbour had a reliance phone, n then i had requested them to provide a call from their centre, so that i can make a call to customer service executive, then they bluntly refused.whats this treatment 1st you give us a good service so that we take ur connection n if we want to terminate the phone you people treat us like beggars, is this acording to reliance maintaining a customer relationship.this is not going to be accepted, if you people will not deal fast with this issue..then i have to approach to consumer court.n i;ll see to it a strict action is a taken against you people.iwant my connection should be terminated .my no:020-[protected].

Can't use Mobile TV

this is again highly frustrating, Today i have received missed call from this number:- +[protected] on both of my number [protected] and [protected] at 3:40 PM IST. They have also send me two Configuration Message twice one for rcomWap and one for RelianceMbWorld at 3:41 PM IST. Finally they Send case Closer message at 3:42 PM IST having Case number [protected]. Now my question is how dare you to close this case without confirming it from me and how dare you to say that i have not received the call if you have given only missed call hardly for 4 second.
When called customer service they said we can only confirm that case has been closed and can transfer the call to GPRS team, when connected with GPRS team they said let us look after this and let's what we can do. After 19 days of Subscription you guys are still working on it and finally one of the case has been closed without giving any resolution.
I have Clearly mentioned what exactly the problem is, as i said there is no problem in settings, i have all the settings i can use internet and can play TV using third party Mobile TV Application for Eg SPB TV and everything is Working fine. the only problem is when i tried to open the Mobile TV page it gave me Server Error message on page:

tower makes lot of noise
A reliance tower is at kudlu gate. For the past ten days, it started producing lot of noise. There were no problems before. May be some noise arrestor has stopped working. It makes lot of noise and we can feel the vibration. Im not sure whom to contact regarding this. Kindly help. There are soo many houses nearby. It is very difficult to bear the noise.

Regarding the net connect,its speed & the network
There is continuous interrupted net connection problem, i.e, the net gets disconnected every 5seconds even after the network is showing full signals & some times the network itself is lost completely. Many times it had been observed that when we call to the customer care the phone is kept busy for near about an hour, after an hour the phone is being picked up & the problem would be solved early is the response, the complaint is booked by us but there is no response from your end also the very next day the complaint is closed with any intimation to the client.

i was using reliance sim card [protected] from last two years. During ban on prepaid in kashmir i convert it in postpaid and after resuming the prepaid service i convert it in prepaid. now the same no. was terminated on 02-05-2011. then i recieve call from reliance n they asked me to convert it in postpaid. I submit the documents and Rs 500 as security deposit and the told me that no. will be activated in upcomming two days. now today is 18-06-2011 number is still terminated. they want Rs 5, 000 for reactivation as i m not able to pay a huge amount.
now they are telling me that this is a vanity number we will give you any other number. But i want the same number this is totaly a fraud company. i have registered more than 55 complaints but they are not giving me any respond.

And this is again here. Refer to this message which I got from 51234 today at 08:13:18 timing. Its says that " Dear customer, your monthly sms pack is due for renewal. To deactivate send sms deact pack39 to 53739." Now I shall again describe you this for your information that I don't have that pack in my mobile number. I have a pack19, which facilitates me to send sms at 1 paisa and it is getting renewed since last 11 months (approx). So what the hell is this? I m getting really sick of this now. Is this happening to me only or many? Let me say you again that I have 1 PAISA pack since many months but not this 39 pack ever. Then why have you deducted this money or put this pack? O my God, I cant figure out what is happening with Reliance Telecom! Do you use to deduct money and take it into Reliance Telecom's pocket by this false and forceful withdrawal of balance of customers and than say that "No sir, the pack has been activated by you. The system shows us here"? Please have some fresh air and get little broader without fraud. This is totally fraud in your part.

I have sat down to write this letter to you after passing through a really frustrating and pitiful situation while tackling a telecommunication issue regarding a prepaid mobile connection complaint, which I m using since the time when Reliance Telecom was started in the district of Sivasagar in Assam. Getting no any slightest satisfactory feedback from the customer care service I am hereby compelled to convey the matter in written. To summarize the whole issue, though it may seem very negligible or unwanted for you, the customers are fade up with false deduction of balance and indirect mental harassment while keeping a connection of your Highly Valued Company, both technically and logically, I would like to describe my hardship this way in as short possible way as I can with the hope of your valuable patience —
Firstly, I am a prepaid consumer of Reliance Telecom. Few days before, in the morning hours, I received a message from Reliance Telecom mentioning about a CRBT service, about which I have no any idea ( don’t know the abbreviation also) and nor I have requested for the same in any of my conscious state of mind, and Rs. 2 (two) has been deducted for 2 days. When I called up Reliance Telecom customer care service and said about the grievance I was well assured that the service will be deactivated and I will given back my deducted balance within 48 hours, which till this date didn’t happen.
Secondly, on 11th June 2011 at 18:30:37 timing, I received a message (52345) from your esteem Company describing about “Saibo” and Rs.10 has been deducted from my prepaid account, regarding which I have never ever communicated Reliance Telecom for any kind of such activation and nor do I know anything about the term “Saibo”.
Thirdly, the same night when I tried to contact the Reliance customer care service to give the abovementioned grievance then I have been told through the IVR that I have been barred from contacting the customer care service. I have tried *333, 198 and [protected]. Same is the response from all the three numbers and here I have mentioned you my every move towards getting out of this irresponsible and unfriendly intention of Reliance Telecom towards its customers, so that you can get the exact idea of a person who goes through such unwanted and time consuming task, which we are getting in our daily life without causing any harm to Reliance Telecom. Does your Company bar a person in any personal ground for which I have been barred to contact customer care service? I have never seen such scenario towards a Telecom customer! May I know genuine reason behind this, Sir? Still I am pretty puzzled here to find out any reason myself.
Lastly, but not the least, I received a message again from RTMSSCH on 12th June, 2011 at 09:57:42 where it was written that Rs. 30 has been deducted for the subscription of CRBT for a period of 30 days. This deduction is directly connected with my first description I have elaborated above. But keeping all the things of this world as witness I can just say you simply that I have not requested for any such service. What for all these happen to an unknown customer repeatedly, Sir?
Wrapping everything I intend to put my real status before you with reverence that i m totally frustrated by all these false implementation and urge you to kindly intervene into the matter taking it in a slight serious manner, as this is the concern for your Highly Valued and most popular Telecom Sector of India. Sir, may I ask you genuinely about all these deductions, without customer’s knowledge? This is not the first instance that I have faced, there were more before but I won’t make it lengthy. I fear something fishy is going on somewhere in the internal process which needs to be wiped out to retain the love of customers and goodwill of the Reliance Telecom Ltd. I hope you have got a better idea of what I wanted to convey you. Your utmost action and satisfactory feedback will be highly appreciated by genuine customers of Reliance Telecom. I m also planning to change my network service of my mobile phone number to keep my money in my prepaid account intact and useful other than these cheap and illogical deduction in today’s costly world. A single Rupee means a lot to me.

Another deduction of sms pack39 automatically, whereas previous sms pack is there in [protected].
And this is again here. Refer to this message which I got from 51234 today at 08:23:02 timing. Its says that " Dear customer, your monthly sms pack is due for renewal. To deactivate send sms deact pack39 to 53739.
when i was going 2 deactivate pack39 then it shows message retries is over..what the hell r going on with reliance today i got the mesg 4 deactivate pack39 of messg and when i go 4 deact then it shows message retries over.

Reliance... "The University of Fraud".
I have broadband connection from Reliance (Reliance USB BroadBand) for last 5-6 months I am not getting broadband services on this. I have registered several complaints with them, but every time getting same answer Engineers are working on this and it would be resolved ASAP. Finally I asked the definition of ASAP and got the answer is Aug 2011. So I am paying for BroadBand but getting service of Hybrid (dont know what is hybrid tech in India, May be Jugad). Now best part if their online payment is also not working and for that their excuse is pay it on phone coz that may again take time. Don't know how much time they ll take, another 5-6 years. When I asked to register my complaint and provide me complaint no- then the answer is as this is known issue we will not register your complaint, it was funny moment for me. :)

I got problem with setup box and the following is the summary of how Relaince Big TV Customer care troubled me.
1. On June 4th 2011 I gave a complaint about my setup box and Service Request No is [protected].
2. On June 6th 2011. No one attended to my issue and it was not solved.
3. On June 7th 2011 at 10:00pm i gave complaint about the same.
4. On June 8th 2011, I called customer care and they said it was in process.
5. On June 9th 2011, I called customer care and they said it was in process.
BIG TV customer care gave lot of pressure, tension and charged the amount without providing the service and also deducting my account every day with out watching or using your services or channels.
and Still the problem is not solved and can some one help me out how to address this issue. Can I goto consumer court.

I am a proud customer of Reliance Big TV with south Bonanza. My smart card No. is [protected]. I did a biggest mistake to go in for Reliance Big TV which I realised after encountering frequent fault with set top box going off frequently. When I contacted the toll free No., I was told that the service charge for set top box would be Rs.500/-. I failed to understand whether it was a pre planned step by Mr. Ambani to extort Rs.500/- from the customers merely by importing cheap quality of set top boxes or to deny the customers the viewing the channels even after charging money on annual basis?
Please follow business ethics Mr. Ambani or else you will be reduced to street vendor again.

I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh outlet, Akash Kalsi Tower, Mango, Jamshedpur - 831018. There was a big hoarding near at road side of the entrance for this store Avail the scratch card offer for any purchase beyond Rs. 300/- and get a minimum guarantee cash back of Rs. 25/- When I finished my billing where total amount was more than 300/- Bill No. -0098 dated April 20, at 17:58 Reliance card No. [protected]
I was told that scratch card is out of stock. Then I asked whether I can avail this scheme when the card comes back, he said no it is not possible. That time again you have to do the fresh buying. When I complain to the irresponsible manager, (Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Mobile No. [protected]) he said that he can not help and asked me to contact customer care. When I insisted him to remove the big banner and hoarding near the entrance, he said no once the scratch card comes, this scheme will continue. When I failed to contact customer care thru the toll free no. given by Mr. Sanjeev, no response was there. I insisted him to connect me to customer care to lodge this complaint. After He kept me waiting more than 45 minutes for the entire episode and end result was the routine reply "We will get back to you within seven working days."
Very irresponsible, cheap, pathetic, uncultured and shocking. Such is the behaviour of people that work at Reliance Fresh.
This is not happened to me first time. I had experienced the similar situation during Deepwali Silver Coin offer with same reply "Coin is out of stock" Reduced rate tag is there on the article at rack. When you pick it up, go to the billing counter surprisingly they will reply "Sorry this offer was available till morning"

And i noticed that thing after 15 or 20 days. so there were not good response. Totally Not Satisfied...
The Reliance Fresh store located in Virugambakkam, Chennai-92, is offering the customers rotten; especially tomatoes, while they keep the fresh stock boxes at the bottom. Even after repeated suggestions by the frequent customers of reliance fresh, the staff continues such kind of cheating and moreover, the prices of everything over there is more by one or two rupees.

i m with reliance frm 10 years but one man has changed my views to reliance this man is like black spot on white paper for this company.
i want to convert my data card frm post paid to prepaid this man amit sethi came to my office i paid him all dues and he comitted to convert my data card within 24 hrs. but it is now 4 months the bills are regularly genreted through company and he always says this is normal process and i m going to giv u new data card but after attendig 100 of calls he started abusing us and misbeheaved toomuch.
