Every time when i call from Reliance India card, I'm not able to make any call. i face this problem many times, worst time is 15 hrs, in which I'm not able to make any call. And the Customer Care of Reliance Infocom. Is so poor responder and give STUPID ans.
ADVISE: don't go for reliance connection plsss...
Reliance communication is very 3rd class provider. Is not many scheme & facility other company is provide many range recharge card & many scheme. But reliance is not good this field.
Fixed line phone [protected] was surrendered in March end, after paying up all bills, surrendered the instrument. They promised to refund the deposit of 1000 Rs within 45 days. Now whenever I contact the customer service people, by email, the pet reply is, ' We are working on it and you will receive attention shortly' After number of such messages, they changed the tune and wrote " The reissuence of cheque is done and you will receive payment shortly" This was some 21 days back. Still no sight of payment. They seem to have been instructed by Anil Ambani not to refund the deposits. Otherwise there is no explanation of such behavior.
So it is my point that it is the main people who are forcing their employees to deliberately refrain from making any refund. So anyone taking reliance connection should be prepared to get his/her deposit or any payment pending with rekliance forfeited.
They are NOT GOING TO REFUND ANYTHING DUE TO YOU!
I had taken my prepaid connection during month of may-june and in mid of june i converted my prepaid connection to post paid in all india 1 rs. scheme. But during my tour i found my roaming was not activated, after visiting so many times in various web world it wont started.
RIL people first inform that they activated roaming but fail to activate STD services, then they activate both but also i was unable to make and receive call during roaming period.
In my second tour i enquired first about services and they ensure me that all the services are active but i again found the same problem...
Web world people informed that all the services are active and they are unable to understand problem. With ril tech. team discussion they give some complaint no. but cant fix the same.
THIS SHOWS HOW THE INDIA'S BIGGEST COMPANY HANDLING COMPLAINTS AND PROVIDING SERVICES THIS WILL BRING NEGATIVE VOLUME IN THEIR BUSINESS THAT IS SURE...
In our co we have taken 60 ll connections n we got a drop box fixed by you at our corporate office bhubaneswar. But nobody comes to collect chqs from drop box n your cunning officials claims late payment fee.
Its not business. We feel pity for reliance coz we can pay every month rs.25/- but dont make tricks to increase revenue by such means, rather try to have a big customer base .
How can a org. can survive without a sizable customer?
Reliance connections (100) surrendered n given to airtel recently due to wrong billing n worst service to a corporate customer.
Still billing n payment is not settled.

1. i have been using reliance mobile since jul 03,one of the few oldest customers. ever since i have been using this phone you have introduced more plans than your customers once. i have recieved best customer award twice - 250/- worth customers free,when my rental itself is 499/-.
2. may i request you to introduce some plan for your faithful customers ,though unknown and silently have contributed to your thumping sucess.
3. my contribution to reliance infocom has been approximately Rs1,40,000/- since jul 03.

i am also one of the suffered customer of reliance mobile connection.I feel the customer service people they should first understand or let them understand that what is the importance of mobile no. of one person.Due to this bloody service i supposed to loose my job ; thank to god i have another mobile connection with me and it was helped me lot.
I paid my bill on 14.03.2008 and the amount was Rs.1000 and your service comunicator informed me my mobile outgoing call will be activated within 3 hrs. My mobile outgoing was deactivated after that i paid my bill.After that i was keep following up with reliance customer service for my activation for last three days.They conveyed me also "my complaint was forworded two times bu them with high priority still it is not activated". My request no. was [protected].
As of now i am keep following up with reliance customer service people they keep telling now also it will be activated with in 3 hrs.
three days over there is no result.

May GOD save his customers, I puchsed Nokia 2505 CDMA, but earphone & loudspeaker quality is so bad, comparison to any other 2000 rupeess mobile, I doubt, Mr Anil ambani use Reliance or not, I top up with 875 sceme for night call free chatting, but after 15 days it s automatically ended, when I call to chennai customer care, every time same response --ALL CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE ARE BUSY ) .how it is possible, 20 days paased no response on my complain .todays it six time when I again complain for the same, they told it will take next 6 days,

Due to poor service, I have closed my reliance landline on 20/10/2007 by paying my complete due. My deposite of 2000 rupees in with Reliance.
My reliance landline number is 020-[protected].
Every time they are saying come after 15 days you will get cheque of deposite. Still I am fighting to get back my deposite amount.
Can any body help me for legal action.

I had a broadband connection which i got disconnected in March 2008. At that time a landline connection was given free. Now despite disconnection of broadband a bill for Rs 505 has been sent. kindly look into the matter.

I bought a new CDMA handset of nokia model no 1255.I am facing problem in it. People calling me complaints of hearing echo of their voice.I am also unable to hear clearly and the handset get switched off often automatically.
