Re/Max review: Unethical remax agent

This complaint is against Realtor Ponny Dann . On January 26 I saw a property on 93 Pump Hill Calgary listed by the realtor Bonny Dann and in the same day in the evening I sent an offer .

The next day January 26 at 11 am I received a text from my realtor with a contra offer at 11 pm. I told to my realtor Rita Babaganov that I accept the contra offer and to go ahead and that was communicated with Miss Bonny Dann and she told us that the lawyer left and we will continue Monday.

From this point neither myself nor my realtor had any communication and Sunday morning my realtor received an automatic email from remax that the house was sold without being even announced personally as .

My complaint is against Bonny Dann who didn act shady and unethically in this situation and after accepting verbally my offer she used it to get an higher one without even communicating with us that there are multiple offers. An honest agent would connect with my realtor in the same day and announce that she received another offer and that she will let us know the course by the end of the day Saturday . She used my offer to manipulate the other buyer to offer more without communicating with us and after she accepted our offer .
