This site is a total scam! Stay far away from it! They try to lure people in with their low costs. Everyone at resume now should stop stealing from honest hard working people. It is absolutely unacceptable! The worst part is that any attempts to try and delete the account are futile. Customer service is unprofessional and dishonest. Resume-Now is using people who are unemployed with no money. I emailed them the day they charged my credit card and received no response! Please do not deal with these thieves!

They have a great set of people making up reviews and posting apologetic responses. Instead they should hire some people to add cancellation to their web-site, and give their support people the tools they need to CANCEL ACCOUNTS. A total scam.
The resume templates on resume-now look professional. I used one since I needed to revamp my resume for a new job search. The website directed me to having the resume reviewed for another $1.95 which I did not want to, however the website would not let me cancel it. This put me off, a customer should not be forced to pay for services he/she does not want. I wanted to cancel my membership before the trial period and again, this website would not allow me to cancel. So I called customer service. After being on hold for almost 15 minutes, I rerceived a bad connection; I could barely hear the person talking to me. He tried to make me stay with resume-now, did not seem to want to cancel the membership. When he gave me the cancellation number, and I repeated it back to him, he sarcastically said: "Ah, you can hear me now." I replied that he does not have to get sarcastic with me. Anyway, I will be watching my bank account very closely because I do not trust this website. I also will be staying away, since customer service does not seem to be an asset of resume-now.

fraud
My son went to this website to get ideas for his 1st resume at age 16. He did not know they would auto change my credit card every month. When I called to cxl they said they will offer a laughable one time 11.00 refund. I'll be reporting them to my issuer.
