Myself and 4 other people went to Japan for 3 weeks, Naturally, booked our Airbnb's ahead of our departure date, we had 3of them for the 3 cities we were to visit the longest in. However, our 2nd week there we notice a overnight gap between our second and last Airbnb. We were in Kyoto Japan. We found a really nice hotel we wanted to stay in Anne Crowne...

CCI Hotel Reservations fraudulent charges on credit card

I have never dealt with this company or made any hotel reservations. July 30 this company charged my card $365. I called the bank immediately and got my money back but had to cancel my card due to Identity Theft. This company is a huge scam and has made my life miserable now having to call all my merchants I pay using my credit card online to pay bills. Don't trust these people they steal money from you.

This Company also ripped me off to. I was doing a price check for Holiday Inn Express Hotel for the estimate for a room for two nights after they advertise a room for $158.00 for a room. Well they were rude and very nasty to me over the phone. And I called the company that sent me my credit card and I had to fill out a lot of forms and write a letter explaining what had happened. I was told by my credit card company that says now I have to call this ripped off CCI*HOTEL RES and tell them to refund my money. Which I also stated that they refused to refund me my full amount of the two nights at Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Prince Frederick Maryland. But when I call them people about the mistake that happened they totally gotten seriously nasty with me. Now my credit card company said that I have to call these people back and get hostile with stupid foreign people who CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH LANGUAGE CLEAR AT ALL. And I bet they will give me some stupid excuses that they won't give my full amount of my money back, $418.60 was the balance of the two nights. I want all of my money back.

Beware- CCI res is a scam! I thought I was making a reservation through Holiday Inn Express in Auburn CA, in March 2022. When I asked for a receipt from the front desk upon checking out yesterday, May 8, I discovered I didn’t book through Holiday Inn’s official website after all. When I saw what my hotel room cost, I realized CCI res tacked on a $100 fee! I was shocked! Beware of their deceptive practices!

Greetings Rita - I experienced the same with CCI & our Credit card company. I went as far as reporting them to the BBB, as well as filing a complaint with our State's Attorney General office. It worked, I highly suggest you do the same.

Hotel reservations were made and charged on our account, we were told we could cancel, but when we needed a different date CCI would not help us and Citibank credit card would not either.
After months of trying my husband just gave up...
DO NOT BOOK WITH CCI A SCAM ...JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY...CROOKS

CCI Hotel Reservations charges to my credit card

On July 16 2019 I made reservations through you for Las Vegas. Checking in on July 16 checking out on July 18. I was quote $35.00 per night for each room. Had to give me 2 rooms as there were no rooms with 2 queen beds available. They asked me for my information, so the room was booked in my son-inlaws name and I used my credit card to hold the rooms. Reservation numbers R1575793620 and R1575792034. When we checked into the hotel I did not go in my son-inlaw went in and registered and used his credit card. Then when we checked out on July 18 he paid cash for the bill. I got my crdit card statement and there are 2 charges of $95.97 on it, submitted by CCI Hotel reservations. When I called the phone number on my visa statement I was told that they did not do it that would be the hotel. That is hard to believe as it was processed by you. I spoke with the hotel and was told that the bill was paid by cash and we have the receipts to verify that. Therefore I want to know why I was charged and I want reinbursed for the charges.

I was charged twice 5/25/21 and 5/24/21. Taken twice on my bank acct.

Trying to reach an agent on cci.

They just scammed me out of USD 835. I never made any bookings through CCI*Hotels. They managed to get hold of my credit card details and just charged me. I am reporting this matter to the Police. They are just crooks! They tried with another of my cards several times, but were rejected because my other bank had added security in place. Bandits! They will pay!

I made a hotel reservation on Sept 5, 2021for my daughter to stay at the Hampton Inn and suites on W. County Line Road in Highlands Ranch, Colorado and CCI Hotel Reservations made it at Hampton Inn on Shaffer Rd. Then they charged me 162.39 for a room that she didn't stay at. I would like my money back but it seems like I have been scammed.
Do I have any recourse?

HUGE SCAM! At 4:00 pm on 8/26/21 I did an internet search for Holiday Inn while we were driving the site came up looks exactly like Holiday Inn website says book now and I did soon realizing we were not going to drive as far as anticipated because of weather and traffic. I called Holiday Inn to cancel the room and was told they cancelled it but for a refund I needed to call CCI. I was told I would not receive a refund because I didn't call before 2:00pm August 26th which I replied how could I call before that time when I booked the room at 4:00pm WOW! I have filed a dispute with credit card hoping I at least get some of my dollars back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My husband and I booked a room on March 13th and they told us how amazing this hotel was and how we had pool side and all and when we got there it was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen and there was no hot water and it definitely wasn’t pool side and the pool was freezing also, well our card was charged the day we booked it and then a week later TODAY they charged our card again and I was on hold for 40 mins and as soon as I gave my confirmation number they hung up so I had to call back two more times. This is [censored] and I want my money back!

I called to book a certain hotel and was booked at a totally different one. I was suppose to be on a beach in Fort Lauderdale. And instead was booked into a hotel in a not too nice area and no beach at a higher cost also. I had told the person the name of the hotel I wanted and asked her to make sure there was a free shuttle to and from the airport. We did have a slight language barrier but I thought she understood. She put me right they to the shuttle department and they advised me where to go. At this time I still didn’t realize it was the wrong hotel until the driver dropped me off. I then called right away to tell them of the mix up and they advised me that they couldn’t do anything about it. I had to call back several times because they kept putting me on hold once even for 20 minutes. I will never use this company again and I will make sure none of my family or the very large singles group that I belong too don’t either. This company is a SCAM.

That true is scam. I booked today for one person and they taked money from my card for two people then I couldn't even check my booking, is unable, to get my money back is not possible too

CCI Hotel Reservations is a scam! 1.800.468.3578 took my reservation for a Comfort Inn in Chambersburg, PA. When I arrived I was directed to a Super 8 Hotel. The hotel itself was dingy and in poor repair. The room was filthy with a filthy toilet and lights not working. I complained and the hotel canceled my reservation. Then I was able to stay at the close...
