I was charged by CCI Hotel Reservations double the room rate they initially showed on the hotel website (I don’t know how they managed to make the reservation from the hotel site). When I searched their site I found no cancellation link. The hotel didn’t find my booking. Unfortunately, the reservation page disappeared before I take a snapshot or copy the fake confirmation number.

I booked two hotel rooms through CCI hotel reservations. The stay was supposed to be at Americas Best Inn and Suites Macon. When I arrived there were no rooms available. I called CCI and was on the phone with them for 3 hours off and on. They referred me to their relocation specialists who spent two hours trying to find me accommodations. Finally I was told...

On June 1, I booked a room at the Super 8 in Peru, IL for June 15, 16, & 17. When I got to the motel, I was informed CCI declined my card. I had no way of contacting them because the motel did not have any information who I went through. I did not have access to a computer, as I was on vacation. So, I booked the room through Super 8.
When I got my card statement, I had been charged by CCI even though they had declined my card.
Desired outcome: A full refund, please.
Added charges
I accidentally booked a hotel reservation through CCI, when I realized what happened and the added charges I tried to cancel. They would not allow me to. So I filed dispute with my credit card(Wells Fargo.) Which after 2 months I lost.

I had the following experience this weekend. I was driving during the storm and used Google voice to find the number for Hampton Inn in Lehi Utah, these people know how to manipulate the SEO from Google to come up on front. I was driving and using hands free so I was not able to confirm if I was on the Hampton Inn number, I trusted Google (Which in my honest opinion are accomplishes of this people since they get paid) I called the number that was given by Google which was not the Hampton Inn number, but the Indian lady that answered the phone did not identify herself as working for CCI and she pretended (Dishonest miss representation with the intention to defraud) to be the Hampton Inn front desk. I was convinced that I was talking to the front desk and made the reservation under that premise, the rate was $93.00 but when I checked into the hotel front desk clerk told me that I had made the reservation via Priceline and not the front desk, this is when I realized I have been scammed. Later I got a text and email indicating that my total bill was $146.57 which included a $53.34 for taxes recovery and for a membership that I did not agree to buy.
This people are crooks that need to be put out of business.
I will not bother to call this people since it will be waste of time (they know this) and I will end up irritated and accomplish nothing.
Beware of these crooks, I am sure they based in some [censored]ty open sewer place in Chenay India.
Desired outcome: Make people and Google aware of the practices of this people
Overcharging on bill
I booked a room on-line through CCI Hotel Reservations at the Hilton Garden Inn in MERRILLVILLE, IN for 12/4/21. Reservation #R2937669554 The room price was $125.80
STATE SALES TAX $8.81
COUNTY OCCUPANCY TAX $6.29
Total Price $140.90
CCI charged me $189.02 and overcharge of $48.12 I called on 12/14/21 to dispute the charge and they will not reimburse.
Desired outcome: Refund $48.12 to my credit card

I was convinced that I was talking to the front desk and made the reservation under that premise, the rate was $95.00 but when I checked into the hotel they told me that I had made the reservation via Priceline and not the front desk. Later I got a text and email indicating that my total bill was $146.00 which included a $50+ for a membership.

Fraudulent third party reservation practices
CCI Hotel Reservation misleads consumers to think they're booking online or via phone directly with a hotel. They promise a great rate then charge one's card and then slap a hug fee (often same cost of rooms). When you try to reject purchase, they will fraudulently claim the consumer agreed to the fees and non-refundable. Here's the kicker: you don't even...

I reserved 2 rooms at LaQuinta Inns in Kerrville TX for the night of November 25, 2021. I made these reservations the evening of October 5, 2021. The following morning I called LaQuinta to verify the reservations & they indeed had me reserved for that date at a cost of $95 per room, which was what I expected. I then checked my Discover account to verify charges. It was then I discovered that a 3rd party, CCI Hotel Reservations had somehow booked these rooms. They charged me $140.62 per room. I tried, to no avail, to reach CCI, but you cannot reach them by the [protected] number listed. They also provided an online form for contact, which you cannot pull up. I have since read on Google that this is a scam. I'm now working with the Discover Disputes department to get these charges reversed.
Desired outcome: Have this website removed & money refunded.
I made a reservation with Red Roof and found out, when I had to cancel due to a family emergency, I had the reservation through “getaroom”, which had gone through Agoda(?) then some other company. I am still out $885.00. Red Roof said the BEST thing to do when looking for a hotel room is call that particular hotel and stay off the internet, there’s too much misdirection happening.

This 3rd party, CCI Hotel Reservations, is a scam,ie, a criminal organization, I booked a room for July 7, 2022 with (what I thought was La Quinta Meacham Blvd. Ft. Worth) on-line. After I picked a room and gave my card info and I received a conformation email, I saw the charge of $79.00 for room AND $71.21 for cleaning charge. I did call CCI and was informed they had a non-cancellation policy, I believe them to be an off-shore group. Still disputing the charges with Chase as of now, these people need to be behind bars.
This site is a sham. I erroneously made reservations for a hotel stay for the incorrect dates. I then immediately called back to explain the dates were incorrect and wanted to change them. Of course this was not going to be possible - so I was informed. I also contacted the hotel where the reservations were made for the incorrect dates and the manager stated there was no problem with changing the dates on their end - or even cancelling the entire reservation!
I then contacted Discover Card to open a dispute regarding the charge. I "discovered" that apparently I was charged for the incorrect days I remained at the hotel.
Thanks to CCI reservations and Discover. I find this behavior despicable.
I reserved a hotel at Hampton Inns & Suites in Augusta, GA using what I thought was Hampton Inn reservation services. I had to cancel my reservation 6 days prior to my arrival due to an illness. I contacted CCI and was informed per their policy that Late Cancellations were non refundable. I don't consider 6 days prior to my arrival as a Late Cancellation. Total was $486.26 which my credit card company Capital One has just informed me after 2 weeks, that they will also not refund the charges, as CCI Hotel Reservations has refused my dispute. I will pursue this further by posting on every forum available, filing a consumer affairs complaint in Georgia as well as my home state of Florida, plus my community Face Book page of 850 home owners. Hampton Inns ( Hilton) also shares some culpability as they accept reservations from this company which allows their customers to be cheated. In response, I will no longer stay at any Hilton company property. The principal matters more than the money at this point. I really hate companies that rip people off.

We got a hotel reservation for one night in Scottsdale AZ. Allegedly at a 3 star hotel, but the price seemed high for that. I was charged $142.34. I called them three times which they put me on hold three times to call the hotel. Unable to obtain a duplicate receipt with joining their assistance tech's purchase of policy protection
Trying to obtain a duplicate receipt from this company any phone assistance only puts you in the reservation queue. the help desk is totally useless and all I have been aggravation to the max. they want you to buy in to get assistance from their help desk. I found out that my original reservation went through their website being misleading that they were Hilton Hotel Reservations. The page displayed was identical to the Hilton web page. This is totally misleading and overcharging any consumer .
My debit card was skimmed and I was notified by my bank of a charge from CCI. I tried to call the number and got no person; just a loop of press 1, 2, 3, and if you want to talk to a person, call the specific hotel.😳🧐🤯So I'm having to go thru changes to get my hard earned money back when I sheltered in place almost 5 weeks but am getting charged for a reservation I didn't make and can't complain to them about .🤬
