I booked two hotel rooms through CCI hotel reservations. The stay was supposed to be at Americas Best Inn and Suites Macon. When I arrived there were no rooms available. I called CCI and was on the phone with them for 3 hours off and on. They referred me to their relocation specialists who spent two hours trying to find me accommodations. Finally I was told by the CCI representative Alvin that the hotel was overbooked and that I needed to look elsewhere on my own for lodging, which I did. I immediately disputed the two charges of 1291.72 with my bank. Now I am being charged for both rooms a month later and the bank says that the company CCI refuses to issue the refund. Please don't use this company.
