We got a hotel reservation for one night in Scottsdale AZ. Allegedly at a 3 star hotel, but the price seemed high for that. We arrived at the Papago Inn only to discover that the room we were given was disgusting with a broken bathroom door that had peeling paint, orange water damage stains all over bathroom baseboard, walls soft and water damaged, ceiling in the bathroom was so low I could touch it standing flat (I am 5' 1") The entire room was old and dingy and CCI charged us 189.13! The hotel seems to care very little about the conditions or the scam service they contract with.
Desired outcome: I would like at least a 90% refund. We slept there for 2.5 hrs and used the soap. We will pay for that.
I made a reservation at a Waco Days Inn for a weekend in June to attend an event, but the event was rescheduled for a weekend in July. I tried to get the reservation changed to the new date, but they refused. They said I had to cancel the June reservation and lose my $327.35 and pay again $327.35 for the July reservation. All I wanted was to move the date. They refused. I would have to pay again. Paying twice for the same room.
