CCI Hotel Reservation misleads consumers to think they're booking online or via phone directly with a hotel. They promise a great rate then charge one's card and then slap a hug fee (often same cost of rooms). When you try to reject purchase, they will fraudulently claim the consumer agreed to the fees and non-refundable. Here's the kicker: you don't even have a hotel room to begin with and then banks often won't honor it as fraud. The company then fraudulently tells banks the consumer agreed to terms. Yet to see any documentation from them to prove I agreed to those insane terms. Buyer beware… it's a scam and you get stuck with HUGE costs. Disgusting

Beware of CCI Hotel Reservations.com it's a total scam. Called the hotel no booking and when I cxld they charged a full night's stay which is not in line with the hotel policy.
CCI Hotel reservations is a complete scam. Their website looks like the hotel site.
Made reservations for a 3 night hotel stay. Cancelled 3 days later. They provided a cancellation number and an artificial credit. On same email they have another debit on credit card for the exact same amount.
I contacted the hotel corporate office and they don’t accept reservations from them.
Be careful. They are a scam.
I made reservation directly with the hotel 9/8/2023. Checked around, got another quote for the same hotel with Hotel.com, with a better deal. Called the Hotel to cancel - they have no record of my Confirmation #R---, said it was with another party and for me to call them to cancel and to check my chargecard.
Sure enough, that amount appeared on my card with an identiy of CCI*HOTELRES. I got their phone number, but could not reach them, their recording "having system issued - to call back later".
Because of that, I went on Google and found all these complaints.
I am going to call my ChargeCard Bank and have they list that as fraud and credit my account.
Shame on them.
Beware! I made a reservation on Monday 10/09/2023 for a 3 night stay. I realized within a few minutes that I would not receive my Wyndham points since I booked through another site and cancelled reservation. All within 10 minutes.
When I called 5 days later to inquire about a refund I was told that I wouldn't receive a refund since I didn't actually call them to cancel the reservation. Apparently you can book online but canceling online isn't a "thing". You have to call and speak to a human although all paperwork states a reservation number and cancellation number.
They did on confirm that reservation had been cancelled and sent me all paperwork stating such. I will be disputing charge on my CC
We have gone through the chargeback route with this same situation. Unfortunately, the bank sides with the merchant, because they "provided proof of transaction"... Banks usually side with their customer before a merchant, but this is a very unusual situation and the customer is left holding the bag... VERY DISHONEST COMPANY! My husband ended up paying these guys AND the hotel, because the hotel didn't have any record of a reservation through CCI for him. (This all happened in the month of September 2023.)
