Due to Covid exposure we canceled a hotel reservation that was made thru CCI Hotel Reservations, which was the booking number on the hotel's website. Even though we canceled in the correct timeframe, CCI charged us $233.51 anyway. I got an email from the hotel asking CCI to refund us in full & sent it to their customer care email. Getting any info or trying to talk to someone has been a nightmare. I've been on hold for hours. Of course, we haven't gotten a refund. I'm submitting a BBB complaint but I need an address for this scam business. I also notified the hotel. Next move is to dispute the charge with my bank & get a new credit card. What a nightmare!

Well, after a dozen emails, half a dozen phone calls, BBB complaint, the complaint here & threatening to get a FBI Cyber case started we finally got our refund. We went immediately to the bank for new credit cards just to be safe. I would recommend to others who have lost money to CCI Hotel Reservations to be aggressively persistent & threatening & to flood social media with negative reviews. I noticed the hotel changed their reservation # after my letter to them about this debacle.
Interestingly, during one phone call I heard the ‘agent’ speaking with someone in Arabic.
