CCI Hotel Reservations review: Hotel reservation cancellation policy

On Monday, February 6, 2023, I booked a stay at the Embassy Suites Greenville Golf Resort & Conference Center

670 Verdae Boulevard

Greenville , SC 29607 for the period July 6, 2023 to July 10, 2023. I

I realized that I had booked the wrong hotel and when I tried to correct the error, I learned that the booking sight was actually CCI Hotel Reservations. They told me that the booking was non-refundable but they would contact their hotel partner to try getting a waiver to the non-refund policy. They were supposed to contact me by email when the issue was resolved.

On Feb 8, 2023 I called back to CCI to follow up and was told that the hotel refused to waive their policy. The CCI agent kept placing me on hold (over a 1 hour period) finallyasking me to call back later.
