Pro-Aqua Pro-Aqua is a reall Good product

Look to all you people who want to down pro-aqua then you need to point the finger at yourself. I work at pro-aqua and have been for a few months and i love it, its hard work but you can make money with it. The system is kinda high, but it can be sold and it is worth the money. What people don't realize is that this is an investment, the machine will pay for itseld in time by all the money is saving you. And as for the guy mad a bout not getting paid, man you have to understand that if your not a good salesman and dont make them any money how do you expect them to pay you your salary, you may have run the demos but they didnt make any money either, so you have to be patient it could just be your boss, but pro-aqua is a good company to work for and a very good product and well worth the money it will put any vacuum you got to shame and it make your home safer. So all you people on here downing a company that helps put food on the tables of many families, look into the product or try it out yourself before making bad comments about it. Its people like that that, ake this type of business so hard.

The one I have does not do what its suppose to. My mother also has one and hers stopped working and my brother had to work on it. I also sent an e-mail and got a message from the CEO that I was responsible for shipping charges. I will try the number above but must say that I am very dissapointed with the performance of such a costly machine.

Your warranty issues can be handled directly with Pro-Aqua North America at 1.315.410.4695 Most of the time the company will pay for shipping to and from. Just simply ask them to help you out in that manner.

Some distributors, unfortunantly, come and go. Some just can't make it and others don't posses the correct business ethics. Always make sure you have the number to the next higher organization.

Don't blame the product for the representative's failings. I've owned my Pro-Aqua for some time now and it runs nearly constantly to keep my air clean. It is a very solid, well built machine and its quality ranks above many other similar type products. Having owned Rainbows and RoboCleans, this machine is by far the best of its kind. Plus, I know for a fact that the owners will bend over backwards to help out ANY of their customers.

I'm going through the same thing except I have a warranty but must pay for shipping to have anything fixed and that was not the deal. This is something wish I knew myself. The co-owner also decided he was going to take me for alot of money(another story) and I got scammed big time!

I bought the Pro Aqua because my sister did and she referred me to the sales rep. In the demonstration the concept of the machine seem to make sense. I also liked how it looked. Unfortunately I am questioning now the quality of the product. After only several uses the machine would not turn on and they told me there is a problem with the motor. Also the blue color is coming off which makes it look really cheap. I did finance it for a hefty price - over $2500! My sister also has some issues with her pump. Does anyone have similar problems? The store I got it from closed and I don't get any warranty! What is my right in this case? Is there something like a lemon law for household appliances?
Any comment/help is greatly appreciated!
