We were given a waiting number that showed only 3 persons were ahead of us. But we waited over 90 minutes to be called. So We approached one of the counter staff to find out what took so long. Attitude was horrible. She stared straight into the computer while answering our question. We went to the reception and again were made to wait.
Overall poor service and rude attitude. Not sure what management is doing about this.

Recommendation: Close your accounts if possible. Take your business elsewhere.
