I went to a rite aid at 6423 Fort Hamilton Pkwy, Brooklyn, NY 11219 to purchase pads. As I was being helped at the cash register, my boyfriend noticed that I was being charged an extra time for one of my items. He then proceeds to tell the cashier, and at which the cashier told us that she didn't make a mistake. I made her double check and she did. However, at the moment her face did not seem happy and it instead was what you called a "[censored] face" to me and my boyfriend. I felt very unsatisfied that I was treated that was when I was charged an extra time for my item. The cashier's name is Victoria working at the location I mentioned above. If that's how you want your customers to be treated at your stores, then I am sorry to say that I hope other people who had a similar experience as me take their business elsewhere and It is a shame that there are people like that representing the Rite Aid business.

I took my Dr.s printed prescription in to the pharmacy today at about 6:30 pm. I was told It would be a few minutes. So I did some shopping in the store and about 15 minutes had went by. So I went back to the counter and ask if it was done and a gentlemen told me they are working on it now and it will be done in less than 15 minutes. So I walked around some more and then sat in the waiting area. After another 15 minutes I went back up to the counter and ask about my prescription. A very Large woman looking of Mexican decent came out and in a very nasty tone of voice said to me "I can't fill this prescription", "No Doctor would have worded the prescription this way and It looks tampered with. People were standing around me and all eyes went to "ME", for who else would she be referring to, to have tampered with it. I also want it to be known that the prescription I could have filled 5 days earlier, but I had medication left and waited till it was all gone. Then This man behind the counter said he would call my Dr. I sat back down and yes I was pretty upset, I was basically accused of tampering with my prescription in front of several people. And, they had waited all the time, lying to me saying it was being filled when it wasn't. It was going on being in the store over a half an hour now, I go back up to the counter and ask if they got a hold of the Dr. and they said no. I then said this is not right, there is nothing wrong with this prescription and I have been getting it here for months now. and I started to leave and then the large woman who said she was the pharmacist came out again and said here, take your prescription we are not filling it. If you could have seen how man her face looked and heard the nasty tone you wouldn't believe this was suppose to be a professional pharmacist. She handed it to me and I saw they had scribbled all over the prescription! No other pharmacy will take a prescription that someone scribbled all over and I said you wrote all over it why? I was crying at this point because I had been treated so POORLY. And right then a man standing in line said to me. don't feel bad, she treats everyone like this, she is just very rude. I left the store, called my Dr. and my Dr. even said she had dealt with that pharmacist before and she is really nasty to deal with. and my Dr. called in the exact same prescription to a different pharmacy. I truly hope something can be done about this. I am sure there have been other complaints on the woman by what that man in line said. I gave you the time I was there and a description of her, please look up her name and please don't let her treat people like this. Today, i went to Rite aid to use two coupons I have which are $3 off of a Colgate toothpaste and Garnier Fructis $4 off two shampoo. I got the same exact toothpaste as the picture on the in add coupon and the cashier said it was not included. I asked how come it's the same exact toothpaste in the add. He ended up giving me the discount. This is the same guy who wouldn't let me use my coupon a few months back. I had a BOGO FREE mascara with a certain brand and he wouldn't honor it. I'm not a coupon genius so I always make sure I read my coupons to make sure I get the right product. This guy is a coupon hater fairy. Just plain rude. Next time I'll bring my business some place else. I felt embarrassed.

Was asked if I wanted to donate to charity upon checkout tonight, I replied "no" and chuckled at something my wife was doing right next to me and the cashier actually said to me "well if you think cancer in children is funny" (i didn't even know the charity was about cancer or anything).He was dead serious too.

old sale signs were still up and sale price was not honored
I bought sun tan lotion that was on sale Saturday 3-17-18. I stopped today on my way home at another Rita Aid on 2912 Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile, Al 36605 to see if I could find more for a gift. This store still had the signs up stating the certain brands were buy one get one free. I even asked a sale lady about it. She look at the sign and walked away. I tried to purchase 4 bottles. But when I got to the register it rang up for the regular price. The cashier walked with me to check the price. The same lady working on the floor came over and started reading the labels that I had asked her about before. She stated that the sale ended on Saturday and pointed to tiny print with a date.
I stated "So you are not going to honor the sale sign and she didn't answer. She just started taking down the signs that were wrong. The problem with this is that new signs had been put up for the new sale for sun tan lotion for a different brand. (Not the brand that I wanted). I feel like the sale should have been honored. This is Amber Lin. I'm a student study in the Savannah College of Art and Design. I'm in New York for my spring break. Me and my friend were trying to purchase something such as travel sized shower gel and toothpaste etc. in 182 Smith St Brooklyn NY11201 around 0:30am. I accidentally dropped a shower in one of a shopping bag of the things I bought earlier today, and I took it out immediately, then kept browsing around. Few mins later a security guy approached us and asked us to leave. At the first place, me and my friend thought the shop was closing or sth so we just hurry up going to the cashier, then they said is not about that, they asked me to leave because through the CCTV they assumed me tried to steal that shower gel. This is very ridiculous because it was a completely accident. I tried to provide an explanation, and even told them to check my bag, but they just won't listen. My friend just wanna paid the money and go, however, the security guy and the assistant who assumed me stealing won't allow us. Later on, a guy with glasses showed up and said he could take care of us. I asked for apologise while he scanned the stuff we were trying to purchase. Because I think this is really serious problem, however, he said that he believed that what the assistant just said was true. I found this is ridiculous and argued with them, he just rolled the eyes and said "If you guys don't want to purchase anything from here just leave." Then we just left the place. This was totally rude and racist. I need to received an official apologise from them.

I am also complain about the manager DEB from 10253. I was shopping with my kids and friend. She goes up to my friend and asked if she needs help but its the way she said it. She thought she was stealing and she wasn't. then when we were checking out and paying for what we needed she call the cashier in her office to talk to him. The people that work her are not friendly. I have seen DEB yell at one of her cashiers infornt of her cashiers because someone stole and got away. she yelled at her and said why didn't you stom him but the cashier did ask the guy to come back.

On 12/29/17 My Doctors office called me to confirm the pharmacy they had on file as they were attempting to call in a prescription and did not receive an answer. The office had attempted on 12/27, 12/28, & 12/29. They had just called in another prescription the prior week to Store # 11093. I confirmed that they had the correct pharmacy at 1039 2nd Street pike store # 11093 Richboro. The rite aid I used to use had closed. They asked me to call the pharmacy. I called the Rite Aid #11093 spoke to 2 different woman advising they did not receive anything from my doctor. I confirmed the phone number and store number and did not find a discrepancy. They said to have my doctors office call them. This was frustrating as they had been calling for 3 days without a response. I attempt to call my doctor's office they are closed for the holiday. I call the pharmacy back to ask them to look again for the script from my Doctor. I am put on hold for 5 minutes. An annoyed man answers the phone. I begin to explain and he interrupts me and say "Yeah Honey, I don't know what to tell you but it's not here, your doctor will have to call us. " I explained they had called and faxed my script. He explained he had been there all day and received nothing. I told him that I will be moving my business and he said fine. Today I called my doctor and explained that the pharmacy never got the script and confirmed the information again. They called again and I should be able to get my script today 1/2/18. Almost a week later. I have been a rite aid customer for 10 years. I get my prescriptions for myself, my daughter and husband from Rite Aid. I have enjoyed the convenience of the stores and the pleasant customer service from other stores (stores 252 & 293). After store #252 closed my refills were transferred to store #11093. I will be moving my business to another company after today. The pharmacist was rude and insensitive. I understand people have bad days, but you should always be professional. I am so upset I don't want to step back in that store after work to pick up my refill. I need to be able to trust my pharmacy. I have been going to the same doctor the last 15 years and fully trust they are telling me the truth. I believe the merger of the 2 Richboro rite aids has overwhelmed the 11093 store. This will cause errors, disgruntled employees, and loss of customers. A big E&O. Perhaps they are too busy to answer my doctors call, check messages, or faxes. Something in that store needs to change. I have been through mergers and they are hard. Please re-evaluate the workflow of this store to ensure that it is properly staffed.

I am filing a complaint regarding a rite aide Manager name Chris located at store #04295. I been going to this rite aide for a year as long as I been living around the area and had no problems until today on December 25, 2017. I went to purchase tobacco products Chris the manager asked me for ID I gave it to her with no problems then she asked me if I could lift up my veil over my face? My thoughts was why? After I gave you my ID. I did it any way then she proceeded to ask my husband for ID and he wasn't purchasing anything. At that moment I asked her when did this rite aide policy start she claimed it was rite aide policy and law. I never heard such foolishness in my life. I was embarrassed and I also was hurt cause I never experienced this kind of treatment as a Muslim. I will be calling first thing tomorrow morning God willing to talk with someone personally because this ignorance has to stop. Either she get fired or I file a law suite either way she shouldn't have the position she has being prejudice.

I called the rite aid in winchendon, looking for the pharmacy, to cancel a prescription. I went through the options 3 times before someone finally answered. The answerer was completely inappropriate.
The phone was answered by only a "hello". I had to verify where I was calling. Then I was put on hold again. When the man picked the phone back up it was "what can I do for you" and I asked him if we could cancel a script for a patient (That no longer wanted to go to this pharmacy). He asked for the date of birth, I provided this. The man did not verify with me the name of the patient; he only proceeded to tell me about how "this guy comes in extremely high all the time, just so you know".
I asked "who is this guy we are speaking of?"
He did have the correct patient but who were we both to know?
He asked me which medication I wanted to cancel. I told him suboxone.
He again proceeded to tell me "I don't know if youre aware, but this guy has come in quite a few times very high"
I told the man, "this frankly is not your business to be telling me about".
He responded with "actually it is my business, we are giving out drugs to these people coming in here high"
I responded "you are not handing out this patient 'drugs', suboxone is a medication to treat addiction, it is not your place to be judging him or telling him what he can and can't have prescribed by a physician"
After this I asked who I was speaking with.
He answered with "bill collins, I am the manager here"
I ended the phone call with "well you're doing a great job managing, have a nice day"
Meanwhile, before this the patient decided he did not want to be going to this pharmacy anymore because a man named bill called him a "junkie".
This is highly inappropriate and should not be happening in affiliated companies. I for one will not be dealing with this pharmacy anymore until the correct action is done. This man should not be working in customer service and should not be judging our patients.
Once again, bill should not be doing this job and something needs to be done about this. I will not deal with this man again.

I go to rite aid monthly and I get a variety of meds. My problem stated when I tried to purchase a bottle of water and use there debt machine. When I brought the water the machine ask do you want cash back? I ask the machine for $10 and the sales clerk and manager said there wasn't $10 in cach in register? After I explain to them why is debt machine is offering me up to $50 and I only want $10 to pay for my meds co pay! After some time and a lot of embarrassing 20mins I was given the money out the draw which they said the draw didn't have! I look in the drawer and it had over $30 in pennies which I would accept? Hard being black even if you're in the right! I own the home behind there store lol. You can't make this up! But I call corporate and there sending me a written apology and a $10 dollar gift card!

They out my meds on back order. For no reason.
I called them numerous times. yes, they were nice, but also very useless trying to figure out what happened. The meds were in stock at the moment of order, so no one still knows what it was. It has been 2 weeks and my problem hasn't been resolved yet... Rite Aid, is it really you?

Hi I don't mean to bother u. But our manger has nothing better to do than ease drop on employees talking and talks about his employees in aisles were other customers and other employees can hear him. Customers come back and tell us what he says about us and it causes a lot of stress in our work place. He yells at us with customers present. He makes it very hard to work there. I know I will probably loss my job. But I'm 63 yrs old. And ppl should not be treated like there nothing. I was brought up old school. And for a manager to be so disrespectful to employees and customers it's right. I told him to never jump me like that again in public. So if I was wrong to do that but I'm tired of him being so disrespectful. He had another cashier crying . Being treated like this in a work place is wrong. He was telling another asst manger in the aisles that the wish the other supervisor would just give up and quit employees hear everything being said. With the atmosphere like this I see y it's hard to keep employees at this store. It's time for my reiew. So I would just like to say it was a pleasure working for rite aid. My customers r amazing.

On October 30 2017 the Manger was really rude yelling a yelling at us because we parked in the parking lot to go to Dunkin donuts to get a coffee when I came out my brother had pulled into the parking lot because Dunkin donuts was having construction in the drive thru and the parking spaces were taken there so went into rite aid parking lot to go get our coffee and the manger continuously opened the door at rite aid telling us we couldn't park there she has done this more then once she acts like we r doing something wrong and we wasn't . I am a customer at rite aid once a month to fill persrptions and buy other things for my home and get my mom's perscriptions she went out of her way to keep telling us to leave or she would have us towed don't know what we did wrong but she shouldn't be chasing ppl from the parking lot when we we not even there for 2 minutes I would like something done about. It or I will let other ppl know how rude the manger is there and take their business to CVS because noone should be treated that way . To me that is harrassment and not called for and we were having a hurricane that morning up here in Lewiston Maine . I've been a customer there for 25 yrs and know I don't even want to go back how my brother and I were treated like kids and I am 49 and my brother is 50 and we were bothering noone please do something about her or u will loose a lot of customers she pretty much chaces ppl off for no reason
