Just bought my first package of Ritz Crisp & Thins Dill pickle and they were absolutely out of this world, delicious! Really tasted like pickles. However, 90% of the bag the crackers were smashed to bits.

I don't appreciate you marketing to the mass population and children, emasculated black men wearing lipstick. It's sexist and racist, not at all "inclusive" as you were told to think. People have their niche social circles and nothing will ever change that, certainly not by teaching our kids sexually perverse lifestyles. What a twisted mentality to think that would make a good commercial.

For the past year every box of ritz has either been broken
In the package or falls apart the second I pick it up
Cant spread anything in it or dip it
I saw that u have lowered the humidity level for longer life shelf
But if we cant eat it with out crumbling, you won't need life shelf
Because we won't be buying them anymore
I for one will not waste my money on them anymore
I pay the extra money for your product I expect to get what I pay for
Please let us know when you decided to make them as before
I would consider buying them again

Zero flavor. No smell or even hint of flavoring. 27MAR2022XEZ32S1 02:32 the chips are totally plain. Purchased from Giant food store in Trexlertown, PA. No hint of ever getting seasoning or flavoring added. Checked bottom of bag, and nothing there either. The entire family size bag is flavorless. Stop messaging me, telling me that my complaint is missing something. All the relevant info is already included.

We have recently tried several of the toasted ritz products, we finally tried a bag of the toasted ritz pitas and were really disappointed! They were very dark around the edges/corners and tasted burnt. Not a product we will buy again if this is the normal end product.

We do enjoy the other toasted ritz products and will keep buying them in the future.

Cannot believe she eats your crackers, wears walmart jeans, uses head/shoulders shampoo. Buys rooms to go furniture. She is only after your money. We hate her. Everyone we know hates her. Hated her tv show .

I'm writing to you because we bought a box of Ritz my husband went to eat a sleevé of them and something was all over them kinda looks like peanut butter but wasn't gonna eat them to find out thank the Lord he doesn't have a peanut allergy . Some people would contact a lawyer or health dept

All three bags were plain was supposed to be sour cream and onion chips the on all three bags the numbers by the scan bar were [protected] there is also letters and numbers above on the bag but can't read them they are smeared on one bag that I can read is 27mar2022xez22s2 15 14 and
_ma2022xez22s3 and the last one I can't read at all I did bring it to the stores attention also and they did nothing said they just sell them they don't make them

Your roasted vegetable crackers have been one of my favorites for some time. The last 2 boxes of crackers I purchased were terribly broken and crumbled to the point I could not eat them. I thought I should let you know the dates on the packages I had bought in case it would help find the cause. Expiration date is 23Oct21 MM2 09B 17 44.
If I purchase another box and the crackers are the same I will not buy this product again.

My husband absolutely loves your cheesy baked crackers, so I bought the BBQ and the Tabasco and he only ate a few. These new products are in our opinion not up to the Ritz standards.
Can I get a couple of coupons for 2 free bags to offset this bad experience. I'm submitting a photo of a bag with chips, usually there would be nothing left.

Purchased a bag of sour cream and onion ritz chips that had no seasoning. Basically plain. Today at Meijer on 8/20/2021. . Bar code [protected] 1. Exp 17 Apr 2022 xez22s2 18:45.

There are black spots/ specks all over the crackers. I eat this brand of crackers almost daily and I have never seen spots on them before. I do not trust this large pkg of them and will not eat them. The code on the box is as follows: 11Dec21MM209A 14 42

The crackers are crumbling and I can't add any peanut butter or cheese to them. The crackers seem to be to thin and stale. They have very little taste also. What happened to the quality of this product?

I purchesed two bags of the Sour cream and onion ritz toasted chips.. Neither bag had any seasonings.

I have been purchasing Ritz crackers for the last 30 years and I have been increasingly disappointed in the quality control. Crackers are consistently broken and very crumbly. The last box I purchased made me finely speak out. I purchased a family sized box and many of the individual packets are not sealed. In this day and age there is no way I feel comfortable consuming these crackers. It appears that quality control has been neglected. I feel with the price of food it will be necessary to choose a product that is of higher quality. It disappoints me to choose a different brand so felt it necessary to discuss what I am finding in a box of Ritz. Hopefully, you will be able to correct the short comings and make Ritz the high quality crackers it use to be.

I purchase a box of Ritz crackers July 21 at Robins AFB commissary in Warner Robins, GA. When I opened the sealed box I found an opened package of crackers and several were missing. I can't understand how this happened, maybe you can explain. I would appreciate a refund for what I paid for them $1.99. Thank you

I bought a box of 18 rolls in BJ's store I bought the original and they are horrible there is NO salt at all. When I looked at the box it says made in Mexico. How can that be when I live in USA and reside in Bronx NY. I can't believe this when Nabisco is here in NJ. I would like a complete box of 18 rolls salted. Also I hear Nabisco is closing it's warehouse, I want to know why I have crackers made in Mexico when I live in New York.

I bought several bags of family size Ritz Toasted Chips Sour Cream and Onion. There was NO seasoning on the chips.

A number of years ago I worked as a NABISCO salesman during the launch of Cheese Tidd Bits. It was an excellent product and went up against Cheez-its successfully. The crackers maintained their shape during shipment and tasted much better than the crackers that were flat.

The replacement product, Cheese Crispers, arrive with broken chips and are much less desirable than Tidd Bits. I believe a mistake has been made in discontinuing Tidd Bits.

My children "cut their teeth", literally, on Oreos and remain loyal to the NASBISCO brand as grandparents! Please, bring back Tidd Bits!

An 83 year old Great Grand Grandfather and former NABISCO "CRACKER-STACKER" would much appreciate it!

While consuming some ritz crackers I was disgusted by some very strange objects inside of my crackers. This was very shocking and disappointing because I enjoyed ritz crackers weekly prior to this. Please see the photo attached for proof.
