Ritz cheese cracker sandwich
I had went to the dollar general on December 31 and I had got the ritz cheese crackers bite sandwich. In the bottom of the bag was glue and I came close of swallowing it. I was eating the cracker and I felt something hard and I took it out my mouth and it was glue. Now I think that is dangerous for people to eat. I will never buy them again. I urge other people not to buy them.

Ritz toasted chips family size
Hello first I want to say how my family and I have been eating your delicious products for years and have been happy with all of them except this time when I opened up the bag mostly all the chips/crackers were broken into little pieces 😔
And I just wanted to let you know how unhappy it made me and my family…
Thank you for your time.. And for listening to my complaint I really appreciate you hearing me out…:)
Happy holidays
Claimed loss: 4.00$

Ritz Crackers Inferior
I have made Ritz Peanut Butter Sandwiches dipped in Chocolate for over 20 years at Christmas. This year I used 2 different boxes of Ritz. I was so disappointed with the one box (24APR2024MS308 4 0401), the crackers that weren't broken fell apart when I put peanut butter on them. The other box (13DEC23AZ210-1 2239) was the product I am used to. I sincerely hope this was a fluke and not a change in the formula for a great cracker. I know you are always looking to make a product better but this was a huge mistake if that was the case. The "newer" crackers tasted different also.
Desired outcome: Better product

Ritz crackers
I just wanted to say how disappointed I am that you have changed your recipe. I loved ritz crackers but sadly no more. I considered the crackers to be a treat as they WERE nicer than the own brand equivalents. Now I shall have to change my allegiance to TUC! No wonder Tesco are selling them off cheap! I also don’t like the new packaging it does not stand out nearly so well.
Desired outcome: Change the recipe back and change the packaging back

Not enough Ritz Snowflake Crackers
I can not find Ritz Snowflake Crackers in the stores. This is a disappointing problem for me, not enough sent to Williamsburg, Va. These crackers would sell all thru the winter months.
Is there any chance I can buy them from the Ritz Co? I am 82 and rely on my computer to locate items for me. Entertaining is my greatest joy!
Thank you,
Happy Holidays

Desired outcome: Send me Ritz Snowflake Crackers!
Crisp & thins
I have purchased the Crisp & Thins off and on as a “treat” to myself and have preferred them over most anything else. Cheez-Its are another fave. This is important because I would only eat “extra burnt” cheezits on a deserted island. The last few bags (all cream cheese and onion have been mostly burnt on the edges giving it a disgusting flavor. I’m providing this as constructive criticism as I’ve never formally complained about anything until this in hopes that you’ll remedy the problem.
Thank you!
-A very loyal customer
Claimed loss: My trust in quality
Desired outcome: I would never turn down some freebies… but not burning the chips would be the best possible outcome.
Ritz bits peanut butter crackers
I cannot find them anywhere in the store — the boxes about 8.8 oz. The stores — Cub Foods, Target, Walmart and HyVee cannot get them in the stores. Just wondering what the reason is as there is no shortage of crackers or peanut butter this year. I make a candy using those and will not be able to do it this year. I like the smaller crackers instead of spreading peanut butter on the regular ones and dipping them in chocolate. It is so much simpler and better.
Thank you for your reply.
Desired outcome: Would like a supply in the stores before Christmas.
Ritz cheese crackers snack bags
When i went grocery shopping for my family on November 21 2023 i bought ritz cheese crackers the snack bags, when i opened a bag for today, they were moldy and im talking covered in green mold. They have an expiry date of april 2024. Im sure this cannot be the only box with bags of koldy crackers in them, i think there should be a recall. And people should be careful giving these to their children.
Claimed loss: Probably 5 dollars
Desired outcome: For people to be careful and for the company to make a recall
Ritz cracker sandwiches with cheese
I buy these Ritz crackers with cheese 8 packs a lot and I've been getting more and more of these packs missing a cracker in multiple packs in the box. I have included a picture of the packs with only 5 crackers sandwiches per pack not 6. It's frustrating to be getting shorted so often so im finally complaining after over a year of this happening.
Read full review of Ritz CrackersRitz crackers in the sleeves that have been a go-to snack for at least 60 years
The last two boxes bought this year have mostly been crumbs and totally are not stable enough to spread peanut butter on top of as they have for the past 59 years. At first I thought they might have been damaged but the next box was the same way. I am sure they have changed there recipe and made them useless except for pies and casseroles. Time to buy a different brand after 60 years. Kind of reminds me of the Coke fiasco many years ago when they changed their recipe and lost customers. Then they went back to making it the old way and called it Coke Classic and all was well in the world for Coke drinkers like me that consume at least one two liter bottle per day.
Desired outcome: change back to previous recipe.
Ritz Cheese Crispers
While pouring a bag of Ritz Cheese Crispers into a ziplock for my child’s lunch on Tuesday, November 14th, a crisper with a rubber band cooked into it fell out. These were purchased from Kroger delivery on Saturday, November 11,2023. This is unacceptable. This was towards the bottom of the box. What if my child were to have eaten or choked on the rubber band?
Ritz Crackers Family Size
11.11.23, I purchased a box of Ritz Crackers, Family Size, from Dollar General. Opened the box and found one of the packets already open, a dusting of crumbs all through the inside. This makes me not want to buy Ritz products in the future, as I'm not confident they will be packaged well, since you can't see the package plastic until you open the box.
Claimed loss: $4.65
Desired outcome: Replacement box of Ritz Crackers, or a $4.65 refund.
Ritz swiss cheese
I found a moldy piece of cracker in my ritz Swiss cheese box which I purchased on Nov 10, 2023 at 11.39am at Walmart located on 6th street in New Westminster, BC. I almost bit into it. Needless to say it was highly repulsive to find that in a ritz package. I'm not sure I would ever recommend ritz products ever again to anyone I know. I would like to be compensated for this purchase thank you.
Desired outcome: I would like my money back which I spent on this purchase.
Ritz cracker recipe change
Today, 11/11/23 had ritz crackers with my coffee as I do on the weekends and just fed up with the new texture, flat, hard cracker that is now being made as well as more expensive. Even dipping the cracker, it does not soak up the coffee like it use to. What did you change in the recipe?
Ritz crackers use to be fluffy, softer, moist, thicker and dipping it was easy and tastful with coffee. I'm so disappointed. I'm going to have to find another cracker to go with my coffee.
Claimed loss: No claims, just voicing my disappointment in your product.
Desired outcome: Go back the the original recipe.
Ritz Crackers Garlic Butter
I bought these garlic Ritz crackers today, Nov. 1, 2023 at Walmart. I had been hearing how good these crackers are, and they are! The problem I have is with quality control. The first tube I pulled out was open. When it went through the sealer, a cracker apparently got in the way and so it tried to seal crumbs. I threw it away. This shorted the cracker option for snack night for dinner. We managed. Although there were none left. We will be having them next week for snack night!
Desired outcome: Better quality control.
Complaining about cruched crackers
I bought two family size ritz crackers, at Hannafords in Topsham Maine 04086. I buy these on a regular basis. Never had a problem before. Someone should be more careful! Food costs are very high and things like this don’t make a customer happy. Bought them on October 24 2023. Almost all the crackers were crushed in both bags. I have pictures of bar codes and crackers in the bag and some in a bowl. Thank you
Claimed loss: The cost of two family size bags
Desired outcome: Credit or coupons
Complaint
Dear Complaint Board,
Ritz is our go-to snack. I purchase at least one box or more per week from our local Walmart. I have never had a problem until these last two boxes. There is so much salt on them we are unable to eat them even after brushing the salt off. I replaced these crackers with a alternate brand. Purchasing the Ritz brand can become a costly item for us to keep replacing. I've decided to wait a few weeks before making another Ritz purchase. Hopefully the over salted ones will be off the shelves by then.
Sincerely, LS Stevens
Ritz Crackers purchased from Costco
In the last three purchases (2H 2023) of Ritz Crackers from Costco, multiple sleeves have not been properly sealed and the crackers in them were noticeably stale. The most recent box of 18 sleeves had four defective ones, an unacceptably poor quality level. (The unsealed sleeves are easy to detect once you notice what to look for: a puffy appearance instead...

My mother in law bought a new box of ritz crackers from staters brothers in Menifee CA and they had peanut butter on them. They also had peanut butter inside of the packaging of one pack. I have a family member with a peanut allergy and they ate the cracker but luckily had their epi pen. This kind of mistake is completely ridiculous and could’ve cost someone their life. Allergies should be taken seriously and this is a huge mistake.
Original Ritz Crackers
I recently purchased a party sized box of the original Ritz Crackers. Upon opening the box I found one of the sleeves of crackers were torn and it looked as if a rat had gnawed a big hole in the sleeve. I doubt that it was the case but now I don't trust the other sleeves in the box;
The expiration date on the box is 21Feb2024Ms3106 and the bar code is [protected].
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a refund.
