I send back my family to India 7 month before. All my house hold items sent through Rona cargo as per the quatation delivery time 45 days from Ajman office.
I told them I loose the job. They delivered items with in 7 month's one by one after many calls. They thought I will not comeback from India so they hold our 80% items. From India they're not receiving our calls. Once I came back to UAE. They started shipping. Most of the items damage and most of items expired due to takes 7 months. We loose lots of money.
Please guys don't trust Rona cargo.
Definitely, Rona Cargo was a source of great disappointment and loss as they could not deliver your belongings within the stipulated time, and the majority of them were damaged in the process. Firstly the delay in the delivery was bad enough, but then the customer service to back it was on peak incompetence, how can items be retained for months? This kind of experience is rarely ever faced by a customer. In light of the seriousness of the situation, perhaps you should think about lodging an official complaint with a consumer protection agency in the UAE. Furthermore, if it is feasible, taking note of the damages and the long wait can come in handy if you think of filing a lawsuit or seeking restitution for your loss.
