On December 26, lia Kia sent us an email offering us a promotion to buy a car, showed a tab to give us the prices depending on the car. When showing it to the manager after 5 hours and having run my credit first, he told us that I couldn't match the offer, which I didn't understand how that email had different prices. Before this, the seller offered us a car for rent and after showing us all the advantages we ran the credit and told us that he had been wrong that that car was not for rent only for purchase. He showed us a different one that of course had no resemblance to the car offered at the beginning. conclusion We were credited, We were 5 hours and none of the promotions was fulfilled even though we insisted that the email was sent to us 3 times by the KIA>. There was no option for us and they just let us go with the promise that the manager would communicate with us which did not happen.

I traded in my 2017 Kia for a newer 2018 model
I traded in my 2017 Kia for a 2018 model. The agreement was that I pay one additional lease payment and that would settle my dues. I also put $2000 down. I received a bill of $1060 for additional payment, trade-in fee, wear and tear, and taxes. Kia Roseville was to cover these charges as part of the trade-in deal. I tried resolving this with Kia Roseville, and they agreed to reimburse only the $400 trade-in fee. The staff I dealt with have since left the dealership. Post-trade, I had to re-sign finance paperwork twice and pay for a front plate attachment, which was promised for free. The navigation chip was missing, requiring another dealership visit.

Please advise if a response is planned. *** 11/02 15:40:21 ON AUGUST 24 WHEN I PURCHASED MY KIA NIRO PLUG IN HYBRID, THE FINANCE REPRESENTATIVE AT ROSEVILLE KIA WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO USE THE $400 MILITARY REBATE TOWARD THE PURCHASE AS A DOWN PAYMENT. HE SAID I HAD TO WAIT FOR A CHECK IN THE MAIL BECAUSE THE DEALERSHIP DOES NOT HONOR THE REBATE ON PURCHASE CONTRACTS. I COMPLETED THE REBATE FORM AND PROVIDED MY DD-214 VIA EMAIL AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. I FEEL AS THOUGH THE DEALERSHIP COLLECTED THIS REBATE FROM KIA USA AND DID NOT PASS IT ON TO THE MILITARY VETERAN. PLEASE PROVE ME WRONG! I'VE HAD DISCUSSIONS WITH OTHER KIA MILITARY OWNERS AND THEY RECEIVED THE REBATE AT TIME OF SALE. AT THE SAME DEALERSHIP! WHY WAS I TREATED DIFFERENTLY? THE DD-214 WAS EMAILED ON THE 8/24 PURCHASE DATE, FROM THE FINANCE OFFICE TO *** VEHICLE VIN *** I WAS NOT PROVIDED A COPY OF THE MILITARY REBATE FORM.

I traded my 2019 Kia Optima and purchased a Kia Forte 2020. They added all of these options on the car that I didn't want the sales person told me I would get my windows tinted for free that never happened. Then I receive a letter from Kia finance saying there is a balance due on the payoff of $161.35 and the account is still active and if they dont receive that balance then the funds will be returned and the title will not be released. I spoke with the sales manager texted him a copy of the letter in which he said he would give it to *** the finance person, never heard nothing back then today I get another letter same thing still a balance. I called today to Roseville Kia asked to speak with finance, finance mgr or GM the person who answered the phone told me they are all busy selling cars and couldn't come to the phone. This will affect my credit if this is not paid. My service light is on I have only had the car for one month, they will not give a rental if I drop the car off this in inconveniencing me as I have a job to go to.

I purchased a brand new Kia Telluride 2020 this past June. At the time of purchase, *** a sales manager declined a maintenance package and gap insurance without informing me. He told the finance lady by the name of *** that I declined these packages when in fact I didn't and it wasn't offered to me at the time of purchase s it should be legally. I asked about Gap and she said: "I have it here that you declined Gap insurance?" I said no, please add that in. A couple of days later, I am asked by *** to come back in and sign another contract due to changing my financer to Kia motors. When in fact, he had me sign a new contract removing Gap insurance. I was out right deceived this whole process. I later brought my car in for service thinking I had the maintenance package as promised and at that time I found out I didn't have it, and that *** marked it as declined! I only found out about my gap insurance when I went back in last month to help my dad purchase a car and I asked the finance manager because I had a feeling after the maintenance package being marked as declined, the gap insurance was as well. Had I known this, I could have saved $418 in switching to another insurance provider who had gap insurance. I spoke with the manager *** who apologized for the lack of communication and only suggested adding it on my insurance policy. When I found out that wasn't a possibility and in fact there were only 1 insurance provider who has gap (AAA) and I had to pay a premium, I tried to call *** to ask for assistance and he declined to call me back.

I also had to pay for the front plate attachment even those the salesman at the time promised that he would get those to me free of charge.
