very disappointed
I placed my order in early January and bought a pretty dress from Rosewe. And I finally received my order only two days ago! Well, waiting was not worth it. When I opened the package I was very disappointed because they've sent me a completely wrong dress. I'm not happy. The dress itself is not bad, but it does not match with my new shoes! I want a full refund! I'll never order anything from this place again!

I've ordered many items from Rosewe. I made a huge order, bought several things for myself and for my friend. I received only half of my entire order and things were very cheap looking and nothing like the pictures they showed on their website. Not to mention, that things I received were completely wrong! So I contacted their customer service and told them they sent me the wrong items and they asked me to send some pictures. I took some photos but was unable to upload them! Their rep said no pictures no money, and as an excuse offered me a 20% discount on my next order! Avoid this company at all costs!

I made an order and they sent me a completely wrong item! I immediately contacted RoseWe customer service and opened ticket. I was expecting to get a full refund since it was their mistake. They promised to send my correct item and offered me a 50% refund. That was actually too good to be true. Not to mention the incorrect item they sent me was extremely tiny, cheap, and looked like garbage. I never received anything, no money and no item. Terrible company.

Rosewe has the most poor customer service ever! I've ordered a dress in early January and received nothing yet! I have opened two tickets and still nothing. I also paid extra money for 5-7 day delivery! About two weeks ago I demanded my money back and they promised to refund me. Well, two weeks passed and nothing. I feel scammed! No dress and no money!
I will never order anything from this place again! I have no idea will I receive something or not. But I will definitely tell everyone I know about these scam artists!

Ordered a dress. When it arrived 2 weeks later it was the similar color, style, and pattern, but was clearly the wrong dress and was totally see through.
Contacted them for a full refund and return instructions . They offered "60% per their return policy" and told me to "give away or sell it on-line for a good price". They have completely ignored their mistake; does not sway from policy regardless of why and no one is ever available by phone. Tried to explain that the policy does not apply when they send the wrong item, but that got me no where.
They never once offered to send the correct dress. Now it is no longer be available. As I suspect it wasn't when I ordered it; they just sent the next closest thing.
Stay away from these people.There is no telling what they will send you.

I've ordered a bikini from Rosewe about two months ago and received nothing yet. I emailed them numerous times and there was no response. Two weeks ago I finally received a message from their customer service stating my order was cancelled due to my product was no more in stock. Then I asked for a refund but heard nothing back. I've already contacted PayPal and called my bank. I'm very disappointed and frustrated.

Please don't waste your time or money here and don't order anything from Rosewe. I've ordered several months ago and finally received my things yesterday and it was a huge disappointment. Quality was absolutely rubbish, seams not finished, see through material and totally incorrect sizing. I'm so disappointed I've wasted my money!
Seriously, this company is terrible. This is the worst place to shop! I'm now convinced that all the positive reviews are written by their employees. Totally disappointed!

I ordered a lovely skirt from Rosewe back in January and it is now March and I received nothing yet. This company is absolutely terrible. I tried to contact them many times. When I called no one picked up the phone, they also ignored all my emails. Also, I never received my tracking number, so I cannot even track my order and have no idea where it is now. Lesson learned, never again Rosewe!

Rosewe is a terrible company! I made a order back in January and 4 days later my order was shipped. But it is now March and I still haven't received anything. When I contacted customer service and asked about the status of my order they told me to be patient. I have waited almost two months and cannot wait any longer. Then I asked them to cancel my order and they said ok. But they actually never cancelled anything. They claim that my order is cancelled and I will be getting a refund soon, but those are lies! They decided to keep my money. I'm very disappointed and disgusted at the same time. Do not order from this company!

I am extremely disappointed with this Rosewe and will never order anything from this website again! The clothes they advertise are not even near to what you will get. I purchased a dress and when it arrived it was super small, it would barely fit a child! The color was also incorrect, dress I ordered was supposed to be red, but the one I received was pink. When I opened the package and saw the dress for the first time tears came to my eyes. Tried to contact customer service numerous time, but there was no reply. Stay away from this horrible website!

I ordered something from Rosewe website. The payment was processed to my account and of course no notification was received. There was no tracking number and no payment confirmation email, so I had no idea when my items would actually be shipped. I contacted their customer service and was told that due to some shipping problems it would take longer. It is now late February and still nothing, so I emailed them and demanded a refund. They said it would cost me $3 per item to cancel it due to "processing" fees. Ridiculous! Then I contacted PayPal, filed a complaint and reported Rosewe as a fraudulent company. Avoid these thieves at all costs!

I purchased a prom dress for my sister's first prom. When I found Rosewe website they seemed like a reputable company. It took several weeks to get it because it was shipped from China. When my order arrived and I opened the package I was extremely disappointed because it was completely wrong dress. I contacted customer service immediately to return it and exchange for the correct dress. I received a reply only 7 days later and was told that there will be no exchanges. They told me to keep the item and they would refund 20% of the purchase price. In the end, I threw away the dress, because it was ugly and not the one that I paid for. Don't waste your time or money buying from this scam company! I will never order from them again

The items were far from described and everything was ridiculously small! I contacted their customer service and demanded my money back. They offered me a 10% refund! Then I contacted PayPal and opened a claim against Rosewe. Disgusting attitude towards customers. I will never order anything from them again!

I purchased a number of dresses and jewellery from this website. One of the dresses arrived without buttons, buttonholes or ties. Yet all were shown on the websites photo. The item was just a piece of fabric with no way to fasten it.
I asked the company for either a refund or exchange. They wrote back that "as it is your responsibility to pay postage..." (incorrect)..."and as postage for you would be very expensive, we offer you a discount of your next order".
This is a scam and they are behaving illegally.

About two months ago I ordered two items from Rosewe. Received nothing yet. Three days ago I got another message from them saying that my order will arrive within 7 business days. The message also stated if I wanted to make any returns to contact the customer service. All the emails I ever received from them are computer generated and all were the same! I tried to contact them many times but never been able to get in touch with someone from customer service. This is the worst online shopping experience ever! I think I'll never get anything. Rosewe is a total scam! Do not waste your time, money, or energy!

I ordered a maxi dress from Rosewe.com along with a few statement necklaces. Though the necklaces were complete tat, plastic and broken on arrival, I thought 'you get what you pay for' and that's my fault.
However the front fastening maxi dress, which shows as having button fastening from top to bottom arrived without buttons or buttonholes. It was basically a piece of fabric.
I wrote 5 times to Rosewe to request a substitute. The first time they answered...someone, but not me. The reply did not relate in any way to my query. Since then they have not responded to my messages at all. I can only contact them through their 'ticket' system as emails are all returned to me as undeliverable.

I ordered two dresses from Rosewe about a month ago. I purchased a black and white dress and paid with my credit card. After my card was charged I received a confirmation email, but never got my tracking number. It is now February 12, and I received nothing yet. I went online and checked the reviews, and now I'm quite nervous. I don't know what to expect or will I ever get what I paid for. I'm very disappointed, I wanted those dresses for two special events. I guess I was scammed like many other people. I'll report them to BBB.

I have no idea where my order is and their tracking system is an absolute garbage, it only shows that my order left China. After reading all the reviews about them I doubt that I'll ever receive what I paid for. I tried to contact Rosewe customer support many times, but received no response. Well, lesson learned.
