Ross Dress for Less review: Horrible attitudes and very poor for manager

On Oct 30 2023 I take my kid go to Ross at Richardson Texas at Plano Rd, about 6:55 for some reason my kid have show up we try the best to cover but some of that drop on the floor, at that time on lady come out she is so rude, disrespectful and yell I have to clean it up, that okie but I have never seen any store told the customer did it, I ask her name she walks away from me and I keep asking about 10 time no one give me her name they keep refuse by that time I have gone to the desk and request she said her name is Corina and I find out she is manager of the store, I ask her what the phone number so I can file a complaint on that happened she said she doesn't know and she said on the back of the receipt I own she lies because on Ross receipt never have a phone number of corporate office and she said she manager so if I want to file complaint I need to talk to her, I wonder what kind of the company when customer want to file complaint about manager of this store but no one willing to let customer do it instead talk back to one who rude, disrespectful, and discrimination because not the same ppl with her.
