Ross Dress for Less review: Security guard

At the Ross at El Con Mall (address 3485 E Broadway Blvd Tucson Arizona 85716) I was trying to transfer my money so that I could pay for the things that I wanted and the security guard came up to me and told me that they were closed and that I needed to go up to the front I looked at the time and said to him okay I'm trying to transfer the money I will be up there as soon as I get done you guys still have 10 minutes you are not closed so I'll be up there as soon as I'm done. Then he goes up to the register and has them make an announcement that they are now closed, at 10:50p.m. so I continue what I was doing and slowly make my way to the front. As i'm standing there another employee comes up to me and she says we're close and I said okay again I'm trying to transfer money there is still 5 minutes left and she says okay and walks away then the other security guard comes up to me and says ma'am we're close and I said no you're not you still have 5 minutes left I am trying to transfer my money right now so I will be up there as soon as I get done, I just told the other guard the same thing. I overhear the first security guard tell the other employees oh no we still have one more customer so at that point I just decided to call my friend and have him LEND me money so that I can buy ONE of the items I wanted my hairbrush and not get the rest of the items that I wanted to get just so that I can get out because they made me feel so uncomfortable. then I'm standing at the register paying for my hairbrush the first security guard makes an announcement that they're finally closed so I told him I thought you guys were closed 5 10 minutes ago what happened and he nodded his head and say yeah because of you and I said but you closed five 10 minutes early because of me? He then makes a comment about wow $5 we really broke the bank with this one and I said excuse me what is your name what is your name and because I was already outside the door at this point and the second security guard proceeded to close the doors in my face and said we're closed we're closed and refused to give me their store number nor would they give me their names. Very very unprofessional and absolutely humiliating!
