Can not reach this company. I ordered a denim dress on 1/28/17.order number [protected].The site says 1-3 days.No company should be unreachable via phone.I sent a message two days ago with no response.They quickly withdraw the money out of your account but give you very poor service and lie about the shipping time.I want to know where is my order.

I purchased six dresses from Rotita and they didn't send me the items I ordered and none of the clothes were in my size. One of the items even has a cut in the sleeve. It was as if they randomly picked whatever they wanted because they knew they were going to swindle me out of my money. They claim to have a 60% refund policy on all returns and the merchandise has to be returned to China at the customer’s expense. They asked me for pictures of the clothes they sent me, copies of the packing slip and the tracking number. I would send it and then they would ask for the same thing over again. I have attached pictures of what I ordered and what they sent me. Their mission is to cheat customers out of money. I have asked Paypal to intervene. DO NOT BUY FROM ROTITA.

Horrible product, ugly, nothing like picture, took over a month to deliver and when I wanted to return I was told I need to shipback to China. If I knew that - I would have never purchased. I read return policy before purchasing it said I can return and just pay for shipping back. In US that would be $5-$6 and I took a risk. Shipping back to China is more than the jacket was $36. I ordered two dresses. First of all, it was called a flash sale and the dresses were advertised for $19.99 (each) but, instead, I was charged ($35 each).
When I tried to get return information, and I entered my order # (from Rotita's own order confirmation email) It says that no such order exists. They also say my account does not exist.

I am trying to return items that are far too small, smaller then stated when I ordered.
I have no clue how to do so, all you keep doing is going round and round in circles.
I want a refund, but how do I get it.
I have tried ringing customer services but the number wont connect.
Please do not use this site, you will be left with goods you have paid for, (And they are really quick taking your money) ,
I waited weeks for the goods to come, , when they come they were very poor quality and far too small than stated.

I ordered a sweatshirt on December 17th 2016, I paid extra to have it shipped fast. Well I finally got it today January 30ththat doesn't seem to be real fast. Then I open package and it is not big enough to fit a ten year old.

dress poor quality & fare too small. no way of getting refund
My dress did arrive (unlike some reviews) but the size was 3 sizes smaller than the size chart (I measured everything). The material was really poor quality and the colours of the panels varied so it looked really odd. There is no way of contacting the site - you just go round in circles with it saying your details are incorrect (even for a password reset) - it is very cheap but when you receive something unusable it becomes just a waste of money.

I ordered 2 items on 11/24/16. Just received them on 1/20/17. When trying to track the items, it said the email I was registered with for the site, with the tracking and order info, was not correct and neither was the tracking number, which rotita gave me after ordering. I would like to know how to return this merchandise which does not fit---the size chart is off and would like a full refund as promised on their website.

I ordered this merchandise on December 30. I checked their (bogus) size chart. I ordered the suit in size large as the size chart indicated that would be the right size. I received the merchandise on January 17. I can barely wear the pants. The top doesn't fit at all. Getting in touch with this company is impossible. They do not want returns. They will only return 60% of the purchase price because (as they put it) the other 40% pays them back for shipping and handling costs. My fear is I ordered other merchandise from them that same day. If the sizing is off as far as it was on the the sweat suit I am screwed. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS CORRUPT COMPANY!

I ordered two dresses in October 2016 which were immediately paid for via PayPal. In November, I emailed Rotita inquiring as to status of delivery. They responded that the shipment was held up in Customs and would be released in 10-12 days. In December I contacted them again, but no respinse and still no product. Since rhey are obviously in China, I do not know what recourse I have.

denim coat
I purchased this coat and many weeks of waiting it finally arrived. However, when I tried it on it did not fit! There were no instructions on how to return and item and after sending complaints to them with no response I'm forced to call my CC company and complain. They will handle it. The coat was exactly as described but it did not fit.
Their lack of customer service has been enough to prevent me from ever purchasing anything from them again.
As far as I'm concerned they are a rip off company. They will not back their product nor allow returns. I woukd never recommend them to anyone.

I wear normally a xl in usa sizes, when I got the shirt it was way too samall and it said it was a xl on the package, all I want to do is send it back and get it exchanged for the one that says xxl. winter coat too small
I ordered a winter coat from this company on 11/27/16 as a Christmas gift for my France. It arrived just before Christmas. She opened it upon arrival and to her dismay she could barely get the coat on, it was way too small. When ordering we used the "convenient" conversion table for USA / China sizes. This apparently is a farce. I ordered an XXL U.S. Size woman's size. We had her 12 year old grand daughter here for Christmas vacation, she is a lot smaller in size, it didn't fit her either. I then tried to call the phone number listed and it would not go through. Rotita does not state from where they do business from. But, the shipping label is in Chinese. The coat was also not a winter coat, too thin in material. More like a fall/spring coat. Before contacting Pay Pal I sent an email to the company. They did reply and stated that if I sent the coat back to them that they would issue a partial refund of $15.00, the order total was $54.23. To ship it back it would cost me in the neighborhood of $35. So for $89 and some change I was offered a discount of $15? I said no way. I then contacted Pay Pal
Luckily the purchase was billed through my Pay Pal account and through the resolution center. The first resolve was not much better than what the company offered. PP said that they would refund the full amount but, that I would have to ship it back at my expense.
So we called PP directly and my fiance spoke with the PP rep. They carried on a pleasant conversation for a few minutes and when my fiance got off the phone, she stated that the full amount had been deposited back into my account and that the coat was ours to do with what we wanted. We will be donating it to the homeless.
DO NOT purchase from this company, no matter how enticing their photos are. Everything is bogus here!

I ordered my items Dec 29th and received my package Jan 3rd, rather quick. However I now need to return 3 of the 4 items and there is no proper way to to submit a request for refund like most sites. I have to now wait for 5:30pm ET to contact someone plus I opened a ticket. Order #W1612290524387715. Out of the 4 items I ordered, only 1 fits according to their size chart.
I want a full refund for the 3 items and some form of confirmation this will happen.

"pocket design hooded sweatshirt" in cotton material advertised
I ordered this 12/16/16 and received the item but this was not what was advertised. what came was a see thru polyester throw. They advertised a SWEATSHIRT in cotton. there is not one stitch of cotton on this entire throw. it wouldn't keep you warm unless you were in 85 degree temps or above!
their customer service takes days to respond by email, they want me to ship back to china for 30.00 at MY EXPENSE for only a 60% refund for their fraud! they actually stole 32.00 of mine. which means I have to spend a total of 62.00 to recoup 19.00 back. How fair is that?
I have reported them to the authorities for fraudulent advertising and am currently working with same authorities to recover my losses.

I just lost 75 lbs and am in great need of new winter coats. I ordered 2 from Rotita on December 21st 2016. They billed my Visa through a PayPal account in the amount of $110.20 but because I was not given an exact delivery date ( I believe they indicated it would take 10 business days) I decided to log on to their website and check the status of my order. I have been trying to contact them for several days. Today is now January 4th 2017. I discovered that upon trying to log in to their website multiple times, I kept getting a message that my password did not match. I put in my email address and requested they send me the password. Their site said it would be sent to my email immediateky. I have tried at least 5 times and have received nothing. I was careful to write down the email account I used and the correct password at the time of my order. I know I have been putting in the correct information as I was careful to write it down immediately. Yet they don't contact me. I only have my PayPal receipt, the amount charged and the order number. The phone number they show on their website appears to be a number overseas. I am concerned that this is a scam to get my credit card information, as well as my personal information and access to my email contacts. What if anything can I do to find out if they are real or not, and if I will be receiving my order. If they are scammers, then who do I contact?

I will be contacting authorities in this matter. Phone numbers listed which are [protected] and [protected] no one ever answers and no voice mail. there is not customer service number to call or even to chat with on line. Pay pal also is not so good, as they do not have a customer service for you unless you sign up for their services, I don't need their services. They seem to be part of the problem. Tried to find out how else to contact them but all I found was nothing. I did find several as in, 20+ complaints I could read about the same problem I am having. I want a full refund. I first contacted them on 1-1-2017 then again tried at least 8 times today, 1-3-2017. Never got a response or a pick-up on a call from numbers provided by the company.
