have not received my order
I ordered my item December 16th, and paid extra for 5-10 day shipping, and still have not received it. So far I have been very patient, but I'm running out of patience, honestly. The order # is : W1612170714562602.
I would appreciate a quick response, or I will be forced to dispute the charges with my bank, so that you do not get paid for my order.

Have since seen numerous reviews and complaints on this company from people experiencing the same thing. There has to be something that can be done. This company should not be allowed to continue ripping people off. I am very upset and would very much like a response from this company!

So I wrote my opinion on support center and they offer me 20% refund if I shut up literally. After that I promised to contact all Internet in order to help other customers not to be fooled and they stop to answer me.

I am writing in regards to a order that was placed on December 9 th, 2016 .I paid with a bank debit card . The number issue it's not correct .Evertime I've checked throughout the United States Postal service tracking it's states the number is incorrect. I have not gotten any response back to see if product has even been shipped from Shanghai, China, I am only giving them til January 9, 2017 cause by then it will be 4 weeks that it was ordered and paid for.
If by this date I don't receive it I am requesting my funds immediately back into my bank account and I will not wait another month to get my funds back either .I paid extra to get it quickly but no luck. I need an answer ASAP ! Not happy customer thus far. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau if I don't get answers immediately.

I ordered from Rotita on Nov 11, 2016 and never received my dress. I have sent 4 emails to customer service regarding my missing order that was paid for in full and not one response back. The phone listed on their site is also no good. I posted about it on their Facebook page and they blocked me! I reported them to the FTC and Facebook. Facebook should not allow this to happen and I've now read that this company is notorious for doing the same thing to me to many others.

I have heard and read horrible things about your company. Am I not going to receive my item that I purchased on Invoice# WW1612191214172897. Let me know and if not I would really like to get my money back. I wanted the dress that I ordered before the holidays and even paid the extra shipping and yet my order says that it hasn't shipped yet. I would really like it if you could please explain to me the lies that I was promised and please refund me the 23$ that I paid to get this outfit in time for Christmas. Ordered a "coat" from this company and it is a jacket, not a coat. Ordered this 2 sizes larger that what their size chart says I wear and it did not fit. This "coat" had 4 1/2 stars on it's reviews. I asked for a refund and all they want to give is 60% back of the purchase price claiming that the other 40% is for shipping but yet they advertise "free shipping". Oh and I also have to pay to ship it back to them in China.

This company needs to be shut down. They ask for information they don't need. They delay shipping for this. Then they send product that is the poorest quality possible. No one would keep this stuff. What they send is a cheap replica of what is advertised with very cheap material. Then they make it impossible to submit a ticket which is required to do any returns. Then they claim to only refund 60%. They have no legitimate phone numbers and are unreachable. I have not been able to begin the return process yet because of this. FACEBOOK should ban them.

I ordered some coats from Rotita online. I paid extra shipping to have them shipped fast and I got them about two and a half weeks later. The quality of the clothing is so poor I don't want to keep any of the items. However when I try to go get a return slip it tells me my product number is invalid and it is the one that they sent me as a confirmation via email. The only way you can talk to somebody is if you give them your confirmation ticket number and it won't accept mine as valid. It also tells you you have to send it back within 3 days and I haven't been able to get in touch with any customer service representative. I think this clothing line is a fraud.

I ordered something from amazon 1 week ago and have already received it! I have seen many other complaints and I'm thinking of getting a lawyer! This company can't keep doing this to people! I bought a dress on rotita.com, want to give 0 star for this item. order#WW1610311205416135, I want full refund.
The item arrived is not the same as shown in the picture, the bottom is far different, and I have provided picture to CS. The dress is in poor quality, seeing-through cheap material, and no labeling and washing guild attached to it. It looks much worse than my oldest pajama. It is a piece of CRAP! The size is very weird, it doesn't fit me at all even I followed the size guide and their suggestion. I tried this site since they say free shipping and free return for new users. Unfortunately, they are cheating! They offered 30% refund and suggested me donate or gift it to a friend, or I get 60% refund and pay for shipping back China. They are ripping off customers by penalizing them as being their customers. I guess they are making money this way, so don't buy anything on this site! they robbed my money, they should be punished by authority, we should ban them to do business in the U.S.!
I seriously warn anyone not to buy via this site, stay far far far away!

I have called your two numbers (you are not available) I have sent multiple emails with no answer. I will like to send back the items but you had no return labels or invoices in the packages. I ordered 3 items off of Rotita. My payment went through and afterwards I received an email that one was out of stock and that I had a credit in the store. I checked and it was there, but didn't really find anything else I wanted so didn't use it right away.
My items arrived and one was the correct size, the other is child sized. If we hemmed the sleeves it would fit my 4 yr old niece. I ordered a women's XL, so there is quite a disparity. I have been going back and forth with the company for a week with them telling me that it's not worth it to return it and refusing even half of a refund. This is by far the worst customer service, and the quality of the products is shoddy even if you get the right size.

The dresses are the wrong size, I need to know how to return my products. I left message on phone number [protected] I get a message to leave a message, so can y'all please call me ASAP I sir would appreciate it. I picked the wrong size, I order my dresses for church and would love to ware them but can't. So I'd like to return them.

Placed an order on Nov 2nd2016 and today is the 12th and when I look at the site it has my cart empty. Papal deductted from my account for 37.56 for order #W1611 and would really prefer021134408384 with a DHL tracking # CNMM161109346094701 and can, t get a response from anyone. I suggest any trying to place an order on this site do some investgating prior. Very dissatisfied with the service and would appreciate a refund.
I am having the same experience. I ordered on November 18th, they quickly got their money through PayPal and I've not heard a word from them since. No e-mail, no dress, no nothing! Sent e-mails and left messages. I really would like the dress but if I don't hear from them in 24 hours, I am going to report them for fraud and get my money back.
jacket - arrived damaged
£29.99 item arrived damaged, I contacted the company and eventually they agreed to me returning the item, but I have to pay the return cost. I have now found out this will be more than I paid for the jacket to return it to China. When I ordered the item, I did not realise I was dealing with a company based in China.
They are not helpful about returning the item and offer you 15% off your next purchase. Avoid buying from this company.
a dress I have not received
I ordered a dress last November and supposedly it had gotten sent back in December and I contacted them and it's been almost a year and I still haven't received a refund nor my order . The Assistant said that they put the money in my rotita balance but when I check it says that I have 0 dollars . And I really just want my refund . And I accidently closed my 'ticket' and I tried to open a new one but it says that my order number is wrong . I don't understand.

I ordered from this company not realizing it was a company based in China . My first mistake. It took months for my order to come in. In fact, I forgot about the order completely. I finally received it and the items were too small. I started the return process which is basically non existent. It is impossible to reach the company . I finally tried to return to the company and see if they would receive the items, but it has been months and I have not heard a thing. I have tried to email and call on numerous occasions to no avail. I am basically out of over $100 dollars. Don't make the same mistake. Avoid this company at all cost.
