I orderd a pizza at 558 pm no pizza was delivered as of 710 so I called [protected] it goes to a call center they sent me to the local round table. Girl on phone said there were computer problems and my pizza was not on order. But she was able to see my order and either make it and deliver it almost 2.5 hours late or I could cancel. I canceled she said that’s the best she could do and hung up. I called back to confirm my order was canceled and make sure with an email my $34.12 was going to be refunded. The call center is a joke. I will never recommend or order from here again. Least they could have done was comp a pizza or at least say we will wave delivery charges.

Small pizza
On April 28, 2923 at 6:00 in Windsor I ordered extra cheese on my pizza but got less cheese that the regular amount! And this was the second time in two months that this has happened. Apparently extra cheese means less cheese! Furthermore, the cheese wasn't even close to the edge of the pizza. If the poor quality continues, I'll be going elsewhere!
$5.00 pepperoni deal
Are you aware this this Morgan Hill location "Does Not" honor the $5.00 special for a med. size pepperoni pizza and wants to charge $23.00 plus for this item? This will encourage me to find another pizza place to order from next time! I believe my time is worth something and to provide this information to you is quite possibly worth a "Free Pizza!" I also got into an argument with another mom and hit her two year old and am facing charges for that as well, she told me to calm down. I knocked her baby carraged to the ground with the baby in it and the police were called and i am being charged.
RoundTable Pizza In Lodi, California 95240
I ordered a RoundTable Pizza last evening at 8:55pm on April 9th, 2023. I asked the guy on the phone how much ($) for the delivery of a large three item pizza? He quoted me $32. I said fine, let's do it. I gave the man my credit card information. He said the pizza would be there in 50 mins. Turns, out it too almost 1.5 hours! So later I checked my credit card online, and the total for the pizza was $42.20!
I called Roundtable April 10th at approx.1030am and asked to speak with the manager. I told the manger of the above problem with the discrepancy on my credit card online. He says it's $32.99 for the pizza, plus tax, plus delivery charge of $5.99! That guy never told me that, he quoted me one total of $32.00. I thought that was the entire total. The manager says, they always give you total when they run your card! I told that manager, his employee NEVER quoted me any total other than $32!
I would have never agreed to paying $5.99 for a delivery charge, or any other total, if I had known. That man was deceptive, about what that pizza was going to cost me.
I want my $10.20 credited back to my visa card ending in 7564!
I filed a complaint with the Attorney General of California, and the Better Business Bureau! This is outrageous behavior of a large company! I don't care if they're independently owned or not!

Service lacked customer service the pizza was okay considering it was roundtable. The ranch was so water down it like wow can I have some ranch with that water… like seriously we pay for a service and should get what we pay for. Every time I go to this place it’s a bad experience…

The employee was not able to honor my round table rewards pizza because he didn't know how
I came to the San Mateo location on 43rd Avenue in San Mateo at 12:00 pm and the employee at the register said he was unable to redeem my personal pizza reward because he didn't know how and only his manager could bit he wasn't there so I couldn't get my pizza. I brought no money with me and was on my lunch break so was unable to get lunch. There shouldn't be employees who don't know how to use the system
Desired outcome: An apology or to train employees so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Some people only get a short lunch and if you walk to a close by place with a reward for a pizza you should be able to get that pizza
Fraudulent pricing
The Arroyo Grande restaurant knowingly charges more than what is shown on their menu. The menu showed a 12.99 lunch special and I ordered 2. The total came out to approximately 37.00 and I asked what the difference was. The girl said they use menus from another store and charge more there. This is fraud, while minor, it is still fraud! Integrity is everything, I will do everything I can to ensure some poor senior or kid doesn’t get taken by this place.
Employee hygiene
On 3/5/2023 Around 4:30 PM we stopped by the store located at 9138 Kiefer Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95826. There was a young man, late 20's. long hair pretty long with a bad ponytail, and you could see the hair was greasy and badly combed or not even combed, his hygiene in general, for being on a restaurant handling food, is not acceptable, and what is worse, he was not using a hairnet nor a mask.
Desired outcome: Talk to the young men, and either he takes a shower and combs hair or he will need to find another job.

I ordered a pizza for around 6 pm PST Time for delivery. The deliverer rungs the doorbell and when I walked to the door, he was nowhere to be found in the door. He leaves my Pizza on the ground. I would like to make a complaint about a pizza delivery that was un acceptable. I ordered the pizza for delivery on Friday night from your Grand Ave. location in Oakland and did not receive it until an hour and forty five minutes later which it was cold and I thru it away, I called to cancel prior and was told that you can't cancel because he's on his way and he have seven deliveries. By the time I got my pizza it was cold and I called and spoke to the manager and I called Round Table and was transfered to the manager who kept telling me (You're not going to get your money back). Order never delivered but I was charged and when I called the store manager to speak to someone about this matter it acted like it didn't matter like I was not even a customer they were not willing to help me the manager of the store I can't believe there's places out here operating like a business and they treat people their customers in such a way the only thing I wanted was my order the only thing I got was charged a ridiculous amount of money for something that never showed up to my front door and then when I called to speak to the manager the manager gave me no help wouldn't help me

On Dec. 22nd @ 5:45 for 6 minutes I spoke to rep at the Round table in Eureka, CA 95501. I called for a delivery. Which because I am disabled sometimes is a way of having food I can just micro. It hurts to stand due to my severe spinal spinal stenosis. So on I Spoke to someone because the app was acting up. Someone at the Eureka, Ca location asked for the 3 digit security code for my gift card. Then stated it didn’t go through. I said hold on a minute keep my order and I’ll call you. I’ll check my card to see if it’s active. It was and it was fine. I called back right away and someone else answered the phone. Today my card was missing money. I called the restaurant and they said not to call back because I am not allowed to order from them anymore. A man named Nathan said he was the manager and told me to call cooperate if I have a complaint. My name is Claudia Martinez I had scored over a hundred points and on the app. I always share with my neighbor who is a senior citizen. I find the treatment of these representatives during this holiday season to be shameful and disturbing. My phone number and available screen shots of my call times are available. I feel terrible but I also think it’s better if someone speaks out about this because who knows how many times this happens. Everyone should have a code to take an order, even a canceled order should be tracked because if someone has already given information, the rep has no accountability.
Desired outcome: For this issue to be treated as criminal and a better modern system to accurately monitor employees and debit, card info. This is very serious. And an apology for my missing funds.
Royalty points
My sister and I went to Round Table Pizza on Sutton Way in Grass Valley, California the other night. I requested that my reward points be recorded on my rewards account. They didn't know what I was talking about, the manager said that they don't do that. If that is the case, it should be advertised to be only available at selected Round Tables. All their signage advertises the Pizza Royalty. Anyway, I canceled my pizza order, got a refund and left.
The next day (after we cooled off) we went back and ordered a medium one topping pizza for $24.49 with no reward points. But while we were waiting for our pizza, I overheard an order being taken over the phone for a large one topping pizza for $18.99. I asked the guy about it, and he said it was a special they were having. He was surprised that the counter person didn't suggest the special for me.
So, I didn't get my reward points. We paid too much for our pizza because we weren't offered the special. I lost points, money and food.
If the pizza wasn't so good, I'm not sure I'd be back.

Pizza sauce
I am a diehard Round Table pizza fan. Or I should say I was until today. I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. San Mateo, to be exact. I am 63 years old. In my lifetime, I have been to the San Carlos location, Fairfield location, And quite few locations in between. I am now in Las Vegas, Nv. And have frequented all of your locations in Clark county, Nv. I am so disappointed that RTP has chosen to change your pizza sauce. I have traveled many distances in order to have RTP. I usually would order a large pepperoni with the mini pepperoni's. One to eat at location, and a second to take home. Your sauce was the best in the business. It had just the right amount of spice, not sweet, was thick, and amazing. Now you are like the cheap pizza companies. Today, 12/05/2022, you have chosen to change your sauce. It is horrible. It has an awful smell, is no longer thick, and has a nauseating after taste. If you believe that your customers will not taste the difference, you are sorely mistaken. I am only one customer, and realize my $40+ order will probably not effect your bottom line. But by changing the sauce, I can promise you will lose business. And I will definitely be talking, and telling every person I know, and meet that RTP is no longer the best pizza made. And that the new sauce recipe is horrible. It smells funny, and has a terrible after-taste.
Desired outcome: You should return to your original pizza sauce. Quit being lazy and cheap. Especially, since your prices are not cheap.

Let’s start off with the pizza being under cook
Chewy made me wait a long time paid 30 dollars for a pizza I’m not comfortable eating drove home to find out that it wasn’t even finished cooking this is the first time something like this happend me not even dominos or Pizza Hut does this I would’ve rather went there then to have gotten this horrible experience now I’ll know next time that I can’t trust in round table my home is 20 min away from the store and 20 min back that’s a waste of gas time and money

Double booking
I had my sons party tonight 12/2 at the lake Oswego location. I called 2 weeks ago to book the party room. Then on Monday I called to per order the pizza that they asked me to when I booked the room. We showed up tonight at 6 for the party and they had another party show up. We went to ask why another party was in the room as we were in there and they didn’t have our reservation. So my sons party go cut way short and I’m really frustrated.

Today I ordered a XL King Arthur and Twisted bread online at 4:48pm. At 6:40 pm and no delivery. I called the store in Oakley Ca to check status of delivery, only to be told I would need to be put on hold for 10 to 15 min hold time just to address my problem. Once I was able to speak to a Rep I was told it's on the way. Never have I've waited over two hours for a pizza delivery.

So i called in my pizza they had a special for 21.99 this is the san juan ave location in fair oaks , the employee Rick took my order, I get my pizza didn't look at my receipt til i got home , he charged me 33.00 which he refunded but i had to go back , my pizza was burnt? October 9th 2022 at 3:36 p.m. I ordered a pizza from somebody at the counter who is very nice and had great customer service skills everyone behind the counter actually was incredibly nice I plugged in my e-scooter which the only plug offered is up by the door the channel name behind the counter inform me that the only plug was the plug that I was plugging my scooter into which I need for mobility because I'm disabled about 15 minutes later a gentleman named Ollie approached me and very really told me that there would be children running and jumping and skipping around when there's absolutely nobody at all except me and my husband and our friend who are eating pizza in the restaurant there's no other person at all except for employees he then expected me to unplug my e-scooter I also ordered my pizza for here and upon me just looking at him and not being rude back he he put my pizza in a box and tried to make me eat it to go which also is very rude it's very surprising that there's such nice employees when they're manager is such a weird heartless [censored] photos requested were taken and sent as you can see I put it as far away from the doors possible because me I'm like Ollie care about people which I learned from your company cuz round table was my first job
