PISSED OFF! NO NUMBER Reaches any actual human being ! I have been a loyal customer of rush card for at least 10 years. I have had multiple charges that of overlooked that I did not authorize however tonight I have and on unauthorized charge of over $40 that has wiped my card completely out, $0. And every single number listed for them only gets me the same overly happy automated computer system. Rush card is a scam, probably from some overseas scammers who were using our information for their benefit! I need a human being to contact me as soon as possible! There is no telling how many charges if I were to start digging through, that were unauthorized! All I know is this happened last year and a representative was able to help me and completely satisfied all of my concerns! And now I am livid! The store that charged me over $40, for a $7.01 purchase, is also not an American or a store I have ever used. When I called the Indian man spoke decent English, then once he knew why I was pissed, he no longer comprehended english! This country sucks for Americans and this company, RUSHCARD is a [censored]ing JOKE! I will solicitate and publicly ruin their name and employees. I hear a lawsuit brewing!

I think this company is just one big scam the complaints don't even bother them anymore seeing how they never do anything about them customer service is a joke and half the time you can't even understand a word their saying all I want to know is why is it so hard for them to address the issues and resolve them I have no idea why they are still in business at this point. They refuse to give me access to my account so I'm making sure no one makes the mistake I did by trusting these people with their hard earned money and definitely do not send them your important documents I did and I'm paying someone's membership to Amazon prime because they told me I'm not even a member . I'm done with this company.

Rushcard is by far the worst card company i have dealt with. I've filed a dispute in which i was told i'll receive a "provisional credit" i never received my check nothing, i called several times and each time someone said something differently. 2 days later they denied my claim and they claim the merchant sent proof of the transactions. Its ridiculous they're giving me such a hard time to get my money back they keep asking for rebuttal letters and still denied my [censored].

I have been a loyal Rushcard customer. I had 3 cards and one day I went to my account and it was blocked not sure why so I called numerous of times, no one could tell me why. I'm very confused of why so I tried to open another account and it said I needed to verify my identity so I sent in the paperwork over and over I have money on one of my cards but all my accounts are blocked and I cant get another account opened because they keep saying their not receiving my information. I'm just outraged that I have been treated like this. What can i do to get my money off the card and to unblock my account.

On August 15th, 2019 there was an authorized charged for $98 from Lulumon.com. My current card was deactivated and I was told I will receive a new card within 10 days and if I want a new card sooner I would have to pay a $35 fee. I think it's totally unfair to have a customer whos been with the company since 2004 wait 10 business days for a card let alone...

I have been a customer with RushCard since 2008. Today will be the last day that I am a customer. Over the past several weeks I have had the most AWFUL experiences with the customer service EVER! 🤬 It started in June when they returned an over $3, 000 check back to sender because the names didn't match. Then in order to get the name changed I had to go through a whole process of faxing documents to them to get it done! It's MY card! Why can't I just update my name online like any other company?! Not to mention that that money was needed for an emergency! Then, every time I call the automated line IT FREAKING TELLS ME THAT MY CARD WILL BE EXPIRING SOON...yet THEY NEVER SENT ME A REPLACEMENT CARD!😠 I had to call 6 times to finally get someone to replace my card. Everybody kept telling me it was on the way and that it had been mailed. Turns out they were all looking at my replacement card from 2016! The card was never mailed out. The rep finally processed my replacement, but SHE NEVER TOLD ME THAT THIS CARD WOULD BECOME INACTIVE!🤬 When you call all they can tell you is there is nothing they can do about it and nothing that they know! It was going to take me 7-10 business days to get my new card, while not having access to my current card or my money! They never tell you that! I called back and FINALLY spoke to a manager who agreed to expedite me a card, BUT I HAD TO PAY FOR IT! 😠 How is it that I'm still left paying for something that WASN'T MY FAULT?! The customer service reps can only read from scripts, they keep repeating the same things over and over and they don't even care about their customers, especially a customer who has been with them for over 10 years! They could have easily waived the fee the expedite the card! The month of July is over half over and I still don't have a replacement card and my current card is inactive as we speak!🤬🤬. At this point I have to say that this has been the most TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ever and I'm completely fed up! I will no longer be using this company! With so much competition now, you would think the company would want to take better care of the customers that they have, but they don't! Because there is so much competition I am going to be taking my services and loyalty elsewhere! I have been a RushCard holder since 2008 and well back on the 19th of June I called RushCard to get a replacement card due to the gray stripe on the back rubbing off to the point that I can no longer use it. I paid 5 dollars to get it within 7-10 business days. Because its ridiculous to charge 35 dollars to overnight their card. So last week I called to check on the status I was told by a Supervisor that I should get the card by 07/03 or 07/05/2019. I called today because I have not received the requested replacement card or the 2nd card I also have that expired at the end of June. I was told by a supervisor that YES I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED MY CARD BY NOW AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY 35 TO GET ANOTHER REPLACEMENT CARD OR WAITH THE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS AND PAY ANOTHER 5 FOR THAT. Wow I am so over this, I cant wait to switch from RushCard.

Date Of Incidents: 4/14/19 through 5/3/2019
On April 14th, 2019 I ordered a pizza from Marcos Pizza, something went array with their system and caused the payment to kick back and was advised that they would not take the money and that it would show as a pending charge in my account in which it did.
I went into my account and seen where 25.28 had been deducted from my current funds and in a pending state. On 4/16/19 RushCard was contacted via phone in which I inquired with the agent when the pending status would be lifted, in which an agent advised it would be 3-5 days. I called back 4/19/19 and inquired again about the refund and the pending status (it was still showing pending at the time), in which I was advised it would release that day or the next.
I then contacted Rushcard again on 4/22/19 via chat in which it took the agent close to 30 mins to find the transaction, at first it came over to me that it was purged then was advised it would be released that day or the next. I then contacted Rushcard again via email 4/26/19 in which I was advised I needed to call in AGAIN. I then contacted Rushcard 5/3/19 and spoke with an agent whom advised at that point that Rushcard did not owe me those funds back because the merchant did not collect. I attempted to to advise him that the monies were taken away from my balance anyway and was to be released back to the account back in April. After the lack of empathy and understanding I then requested to speak to a supervisor.
The supervisor gotten on the phone and with no attempt to help pretended to not be able to hear me, rushed through her script all while I was on the line stating "ma'am I know you can here me, you keep pausing when I speak", instead she just disconnected the call which then routed me back the beginning. I then go through the process once more and speak to another agent who advised me the system was down but managed to look into my matter and still provide the same information that Rushcard doesn't owe me the money which was rather odd. I then requested to speak to a supervisor in which I was advised they didn't have one available and that I would have to call another time.
I have been a customer with Rushcard since 2008, all I want is the 25.28 put back into my account, this is NOT the first time this has happened but I am prepared for this to be the last.

I'm not going to drag this out cause i'm to pissed off but this is the [censored]ing worst card services I have ever dealt with you can't talk to nobody they will have you send your infi over 20 time's and still claim they have not received it you need to send it again now I know I send it over 20 time's so now my info of my i'd is just floating around and they have no care in the world but won't let you talk to nobody won't give you any number so I know you guy's are some theft a scam a fraud and it's sad you guys think it's okay to steal people money you can load the card but can't use it so now you have to get the police department involved cause they will not let you use your own money

My rush card was lost and I called to get it shut off and a new one sent they would not stop the card until I sent the paperwork work they wouldn't even open up my files cause of a old phone number and they needed a new one by the time o received the card 2 withdrawals of 202.75 was made so disputed it in which they was suppose to send me paperwork to sign I never got the paperwork in the mail and I was told I did but i didn't and because they saod it was lack of info it was closed I tried to reopen it and I got no response I've been with y'all for years and I feel like something should have been done at least half should b given back cause they would not do what it took to stop the card cause if they did I would not b writing this letter

So first they authorize someone in Killeen Texas to take $32 from my account at Burgerking... I live in Colorado no one has access to my account but me... That was the 2nd I didn't get a new card til the 11th which they were saying the 16th...Today I get up my account only has $0.58 when it should have at least $35... The funny thing is only one of my transactions posted but my 2 from the gas station didn't... For whatever reason none of my gas station purchases post... So technically I should had around $60 if they ain't post instead I'm left broke with no explanation... They claimed my first card was compromised what's yalls excuse now...

4/11/19-I have faxed over my daughters ss card and my id several times and I had to call to see if they received it. The number that was on the screen for me to put as the application number they said they couldn't find and then asked for her SS# which is not a secure way to just give. Mind you I already had to fax a copy of her card. they after almost an hour they said the system is rejected it without a reason and wants me to send again. I should not have to keep sending her social security card. That's a big identity theft issue especially with a business that does not give their names. and they do not/ will not give you any phone numbers to a corporate office. I spoke with someone who is suppose to be a supervisor, who said their name was Sefi So I ask for their full name and they say they are not allowed to give their full name. We are expected to trust them with our money and we can not get answers of anything resolved. ? We are not allowed to have their last name. I also was charge for a card in February because I needed my name changed on it and I still have not received the card!
I would like to receive my card for my daughter, since there is no apparent reason for them not giving her a card. And the refund of my money for my card I never received.

On March 13, 2019 I got breakfast and must have left my card or dropped it.
At lunch, I went to look for my card and I could not find it.
I checked my transaction history and noticed 3 unauthorized charges.
$15.33 for Big Lots in Van Nuys, CA
$9.30 for Burger king in Canoga Park, CA
$26.37 CVS Pharmacy Canoga Park, CA
I called right away. I had my card cancelled and requested a new one.
I also requested for dispute documents to be sent to be via email.I received the documents March 16. I completed and faxed back on March 19, 2019.
I placed a call to confirm they were received. And I was told by the agent dispute seemed strange as I had visited 2 of the 3 establishments before.
I explained I lost my card in Canoga Park, my neighborhood. Whoever picked it up, picked it up in canoga park and went to local places. 2, that I so happen to visit frequently. I already felt judged and accused of lying.
I asked when I could expect my provisional credit and he said March 29.
Woke up Morning of March 29, checked my account and there were no credits for charges.
Called Rushcard to inquire. This is where the headache starts.
I was told March 26 by dispute was denied due to no error found / no network error found. I was told they completed an investigation and determined to error. I asked about details of investigation. What exactly did they find to determine there was no error. No explanation provided and I am livid.
I asked to speak with a supervisor or someone in dispute department and the rep refused. After numerous request. Finally she connects me to an account specialist who just as unhelpful as her. They have no real clear answer to your questions.
I had to ask for corporate information. I will get my story out to everyone who will listen. This treatment is not ok. Rush card does not care about their customers. I do not feel like my money is safe with them. This has given me the most uneasy feeling. That someone can violate me, steal from me and my financial institution does not have my back. SO disappointing. My anxiety is through the roof, i am having panic attacks. This is just horrible.
Somebody please help or refer me to someone who can.
Prepaid debit card
My account has been frozen since January. I was asked to fax in 3 form and they have yet to help me. They keep refusing the documents and I get no help at all.
I have faxed in, emailed, and mailed in the documents. They said I couldn't email it to them @the [protected]@rushcard email with no actual reason why and gave me number to fax them to. They refused the documents each time I did it. To be honest I probably faxed them in a total 10 times and that's not exaggerated.
Finally I mailed them in and they til this day claim to never have received them.
I was running out of options so I transferred money from my card to my paypal and now for whatever reason paypal and rush card have about 1200.00 frozen bc they're afraid to lose money but never mind my security bc if they were actually that worried about my security and fraud then why can they move my money around from paypal and except deposits but I can't have any money. Its my money the documents below are what I sent them the exact same ones. So why is it everyone else can seem to get these just fine but rush card is the only place that can't seem to get the photos or pdf it's ridiculous.

I activated my RushCard 03/14/2019 which was a replacement card and I signed up for the 5.95 plan I loaded 20.00 on the card and out of the 20.00 RushCard left me with a balance of 8.10 I've been a valued customer since 2018 and not once have I ever been charged 11.90 the day of activation they say they are unable to refund the money back to the card I am very upset about my money being taken from me I work hard for my money I'm 8 months pregnant and the last thing I need is stress behind someone taking my hard earned money from me this has got to stop with RushCard they are just robbing the poor to get rich.
tax refund deposit
I had my tax refund issued to rush card because of the possibility of getting it sooner. On 2/26/19 my refund was deposited to rush. I received an email at 9:32pm (pst) stating that I needed to verify my tax refund deposit (I guess that it's coming from federal isn't enough) and to call the 800 # listed. I called waited 30mins to speak to someone, he told me I needed to upload my drivers license, social security card, 1040 and W2 to my online account. I did that with the agent on the phone. He then tells me that I needed to have this done by 12 midnight (eastern standard time, mind you I received the verification email and called at 11:32pm eastern standard time) or the refund will be returned back to the IRS. He stated that the back office was closed and to call back in the morning because my documents were approved, the back office has to release the hold on the deposit. I called 10am (est on 2/27/19) and spoke to a manager who stated the same thing, my documents were approved at 1:22am and the back office just needed to release the funds and they should be posted at midnight (2/28/19). No deposit at midnight I called to see why and was told that my deposit was sent back to the IRS because my documents were not received before midnight on 2/27/19 they were received at 1:22am and the system automatically sent it back (even though I spoke to the manager at 10am on 2/27/19 the same day and he said my deposit was still pending). Long story short; they are liars ! No way possible I could find out what I needed to send before midnight on 2/27/19 when I received the email at 1132pm and the back office was closed when I got the email and when I uploaded the documents. They waited til the very last minute to do business to tell me it has to be done in their 6 hour business time frame when I sent it 10hrs before they opened even after getting the email from them outside of business hours. STRAIGHT SCAM! Now I have to wait 4-6weeks for IRS to receive the deposit back and mail me a paper check :(

I have called the costumer service #and ask why I couldn't open my account I was not getting my texts on my 📱 no more they you have to enroll in rush texts 📢 I said i'm already enroll in that then they said that my phone service provider. Was blocking my texts I went and check that out that was not I got all the test texts they sent me I called a again then they told send them a texts enroll I did that and they said they didn't get it. So I have been going through this for 2 weeks now. I want my card unblocked

I had my money sent to my from my school and they have yet to reissue an replacement card.
This is what happened. My purse was stolen and my debit cards and my state id were all in that purse. So I called rush card to ask for a replacement then remembered my friend also had a rush card. So I was going to do a transfer to transfer but since I had paused my card they would not let me do it. So I tried unpausing the card and when I did I immediately got kicked out my account online and taken to the login screen. When I tried to log back in it stated my account has been suspended and to call their 1866 customer service numb. When I called they said then I needed to send in id, social security card and a utility bill before they could unlock or unsuspend my account and or send me a replacement card.
I have sent in all 3 requested forms not just 1 time, 2 times, 3 times but probably 10 times no joke. I am so frustrated and really amazed how they offer no phone number for corporate or headquarters and or how they can't seem to be able to see 1 atleast one of those forms I have sent them. They keep tellling me they are not visible or unclear?! Really? I wish someone would give me a number to call to someone who has had this issue resolved to someone that can actually help me.
Or should I just call the news channel and or a lawyer?

I have been a long time rushcard user. Two days ago my rushcard was stolen, not knowing what to do I transferred the remaining funds to another rushcard I had but was not aware it was expired since no other card had been sent. I was charged a monthly fee of $7.99 after transferring funds from the stolen card to protect my money but was not aware I could not use the card due to expiration.in my eyes considering the circumstances and not being able to access my money in any way the fee was not valid and should have been returned to my balance. Long story short I payed the fee no problem on the stolen card and was not disputing that the dispute was on an expired card I couldn't use so basically I feel as if I was stolen from twice. I was on hold for 46 minutes with no resolution from the supervisor other than repeating the facts of my stolen card over and over and the to insult me further by charging another $5 fee to replace the expired card which I denied. I will be switching my funds to another bank as soon as they're available. Terrible terrible customer service will never use or recommend this service again!
