customer service need help
Four days now am trying to get a live customer agent to help me with a problem am having with my card and i am unable to get money that was transfer into my account. For four days i've been calling customer service and after i get the automotive service i was put on hold listening to music for two hours which i hang up after two hours for four days and still i still hasn't spoken to anyone i also send a text through email asking for someone to please give me a call it's being 24 hours and no one has return my call i need help in getting asset to my funds. Is there any other number or any other way i can get to speak to some one live please contact me @[protected] it's very important i speak to someone as soon as possible brenda menzies
unable to access funds
I received an email from Rushcard stating an update was set to take place 10/12 from 3am-8am and I would not have access to my funds during that time. I then received an email around 1:45pm stating it was completed. It's been 2 days and I still can't access my funds or use my card. I had to take pick up my son's medication because he has bronchitis and can't because the card was declined. I had $217 balance on my card and now it's reflecting a $0 balance, when I called the 800 number I was on hold for 1 hour before getting a rep that told me she couldn't say how long the update would be for but just give them 24 hours and call back, and she couldn't guarantee it would be working then either! To say I'm pissed off would be an understatement!

With this new upgrade, I have not been able to log in to my account. It keeps saying I have a large balance when clearly I don't. I log on to my account and cant see what balance I have. it is really frustrating. Not to mention it doesn't let me take out money. I have been a customer for 10 years but if this continues I may have to switch providers. I call customer care and when it gets to a live person they hang up. Its ridiculous. Please Help.

Social security has deposited over twenty thousand dollars into my rushcard account. I have sent them all the verification documents that I have, I have had my government benefits coming to this account for 3.5 years. every document I have faxed to them came back as invalid, each document has all of the specified criteria on it, and they still wont release my funds. Holding Government Funds from My Disable Child
July 3, 2015 I tried to report my funds has been stolen, rush card reps hung up on me 3x's. July 5, I was able to make the report, they ask (The dispute office) for all my documents. I faxed over 14pages, finally a week later, customer service rep got it, but shorted me $300 off the original $2846.00 was direct deposited in for 2months. July 22, they supposed to a bill pay...never seen yet. Rush card argued me down that it should be $2471...until a manager/coach fought the transfer of the person who stole are money of $300 transferred. Now I have resend all docs again. As of today, I haven't seen NO BILL PAYMENT...I sent all docs 9x's, called 30 something x's, spoken with Dispute 2x's, and 8 managers/coaches every time it's something different...Now my child which is 10 and I been homeless for a month and a half, I told them social security said send the money back rush card still have excuse...stating it take 1-2 business days after receiving documents, ok it's going on 3 months. I'm freaking frustrated, been with this company since 2009. Wow...going too the media with this...These foreign reps keep telling I'm sorry, but how is your day...REALLY.
unauthorized transactions
I called into Rush Card two days ago about there being unauthorized transactions on my card. The man tells me he can block my card and send me a new one. Then tells me it will be 7 - 10 business days before I receive it. Or that I can pay $30 to get it overnight. I explained to him that this issue isn't my fault, I have nothing to do with it because I have no idea who did the transactions. I told him all my money is on my card and I cant go with out it for 7 - 10 days, I have kids to feed. He tells me that they will waive my $30 fee. I got my card and proceeded to check my transactions online. What do I see?! A transaction for $30 for a expedited card. Unacceptable. My whole issue for calling in was because of UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS and then y'all do a UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION on my card. Way to go Rush Card. -_-

I opened my rushcard account back in april and i fell in love instantly, however that quickly changed i disputed a transaction for 80$ but come to find out the money was stolen from someone i knew so the dispute was denied i accepted that up bc i could somewhat understand why they would do such. Fast fwd to today i disputed a transaction for a over charge on my account this was week ending in 8/7/15 was told my credit would be posted on 8/18 when that date came my credit never posted i contacted customer service only o be disrespected by a very nasty agent and hung up on. Now i work for a call center myself rule 1 shut up while customer is talking they have the floor you don't 2 you never release a call on your customer. (Under certain conditions it may be necessary to escalate the call) but you do not hang up ok back to story so my credit never posted i called back the next morning all the supervisor could do was say i'm sorry let me send a email to corporate they will respond within 1 to 2 days ... Are you kidding me ?! That's all i get after inconveniencing me after i've had to be late to work yesterday bc i didn't have my money or how this will effect me today bc i still don't have my money to get to work but rushcard sure as hell doesn't care abt that they just want hey petty little 6$ monthly fee and atm fees that's what they care abt oh and pissing their customers off ! After this issue is resolved and my next deposit which is scheduled this week i will no longer be a rushcard customer no bueño ! And i will be making it publicly known to anyone who has a rushcard or is thinking abt getting one my advice run as long as everything is good they seem great but when you need them or when it's a problem with something you see them for what they are nothing cud that's what they do nothing! Real quick is russell simmons still backed behind this lol ?! Rushcard is a joke and i'm not laughing anymore.

You been warned, I have nothing against prepaid debit cards I have a serve card and a net spend and they are all for different ways of payments, I had money on my card about 495 that I had deposit I lost it in my job and I didn't noticed the charged until the next day I called them and dispute the charges they took about 30 days to credit my account then debit my account 15 days later, they said the charges were correct and I made them. I asked for a detail letters saying how they came up with that answer. I notice that the person that bought the items bought them online and used a completely different billing address even the shipping address was different, the items that were delivered were hand delivered to other people. There is so many facts showing that it was not me but yet they said it was. I even wrote a rebuttal letter to their corporate office and they still said no, in top of all that they closed my account and told me to go to hell thank you someone else will enjoy those items. Rush card stay away or if u don't ever loose your card never cause you will be f.
continuous blocked access after verification
On May 27, 2015 I transferred funds to my mother in the amount of $200.00 for her birthday. Given the fact she is a RushCard member herself, I conveniently used the card to card transfer option. Accidentally, I pressed the send button too many times (sending 5 transfers for $200.00 I believe), transferring my mother an excessive amount. I checked my online account and 3 of the transactions were cancelled and I had my mother transfer back the other $200; leaving her with my originally planned birthday gift of $200.00. I went to the gas station to use my card and was informed it was blocked. I immediately logged into my online account; keep in mind I still have access at this point, and checked my balance verifying everything is good, and it was. I then called rushcard, whom I've been with for a few years now, and spoke with a customer service representative who took me through an extensive verification process. Albeit, I answered the questions right and my account was still blocked. I was told to email documents with my first and last name, the last four of my social security number, and home address to [protected]@rushcard.com. I sent each document, received the confirmation number known as the LTK, and was told it'll take 24 to 48 hours to resolve, and that it is being sent up to the "corporate office". This was on May 29, 2015. June 2, 2015 I spoke with Frank and he told me they never received my information even though I got the confirmation (LTK) email and that I had to send everything again. Except to [protected]@rushcard.com this time. I sent them and received another confirmation email with the same LTK reference number. Between June 1-5th, 2015, I spoke with numerous representatives to include Frank, Daisy #48572, and Carol #1322965, and each one repeated the same thing. That they haven't received any documents, even though they acknowledged my LTK confirmation number. This has cause a tremendous amount of stress on me and my family. I am a Veteran and Wounded Warrior, suffering from PTSD and TBI, and this has had me spiraling into depression and anxiety attacks. Losing sleep at night and affecting my work and family life. Thinking how can I get my hard earned money to pay my bills, rent, and get groceries for my family. They have hung up on me multiple times leading me to call back and be outside of my character lashing out at them out of frustration. I'm getting to the point I feel like I can't take it anymore.

Since January I have tried getting transaction history reports sent to email so I can prove to a a company that has been illegally taken money from my credit card so I can be refunded I've tried numerous times to get the information needed from rush card they won't send.the transactions and wen they do.it's not what I ask...every time I call.my card to listen to transactions via phone its never right and it's only last 5 history ...
a unresolved disputed transaction
My name is Alexandria Elston I currently reside within the city of Springfield state of Massachusetts.I get unemployment benefits direct deposited to my card every week. On February 18th 2015 I had a deposit of a little over 500.00. At about 1a.m. I proceeded to T.D. Bank and withdrew 400.00 the receipt indicated I had 101.00 left. Leaving the Bank, went to a local gas station made 2 purchases which totaled 11.00 I had 83.00 still on it. Left the gas station onward I went toC.V.S. 600 State Street within Springfield M.A. I went to the A.T.M within the store which was Santander Bank to make a withdrawal requested 80.00 the A.T.M denied the transition saying insufficient funds, which they didn't disburse my funds. When I got home I called rush card notified them of what happened got connected to the dispute department. Also once I disconnected I emailed Santander Bank as well as called them so everyone can be on 1accord. The Dispute Department sent me a dispute form directing me to fill it out mail or fax in which they only give you 10 days to return the form to them not counting the 7 to 10 business days to wait on the mail. Needless to say I received the forms yesterday February 27th, 2015 so they would receive it quickly. I faxed it back unto them, because I was told that once they received the forms disputing the transaction my funds would be placed on my card and that the investigation would continue which I thought was great.I faxed those documents yesterday to the indicated number given to me on the letter at about 5:00 or 5:30 Eastern Standard time I called this morning they quickly said they di

There was an issue regarding my account submitted to you by Greendot Money Pak ...This issue has been resolved since Last Monday ...I received call from Greendot Corp office yesterday who informed me that an email was sent to your headquarters office on the 21st of October 2014 stating that its okay to unblock my account...There telling its out of their hands that the ball is in your court. There was no foul play on my end...My brother Richard Ransome tried to put a few dollars in my account back in Aug 2014 but couldn't make out the number on the receipt ...so he call them trying to get the correct numbers ...but in the meantime the money posted to my account ...so he email greendot back stating everything was ok...but they filed a complaint anyway...I was told but their headquarter office the email sent to you wasn't meant to block my account with you all...It was meant to block me from loadng money to my account with a Greendot Card...Since all this has happen I lost my job because I couldn't get to funds in my account...I would appreciate if you all would try to resolve this issue soon... I got the Rush Card because I thought it'll be convenient for online shopping and paying bills on line. On 9/29/14 I attempted to pay my phone bill of 60.00. Before work I went to the nearest currency exchange/western union to add the $60.00 to my card so when I got to work I could just pay online (something I have done numerous of times). I'm at work and for some reason my transaction won't go through. I call customer service and the first guy told me that because I was enrolled in "Pay as you go" I'll be charged an additional $1 for every transaction and because I had only added $60.00, the payment won't go through because I needed at least $61.00 on the account. This is the very first time I've heard of this considering I've had the card for over a year now and as I stated before, I have done this same thing before and have never been charged an extra $1. Of course I was livid because first off, I had to pay an additional $4.95 in order to ADD MONEY to my card in the first place. So this guy is telling me I have to basically pay $4.95 AGAIN in order to add only $1 to my account so I can pay my phone bill. Excuse my language, but that's bull *&%$. I spoke to a women after getting frustrated with this guy and she started telling me about all these fees and quit frankly, I zoned her out. I'm so pissed off at this moment because I have no phone. I promised this women, that as soon as I get off work and get to the nearest currency or western union I will be withdrawing my money and cancelling my card. I will NEVER and I mean NEVER use Rush Card again. In my opinion this entire company are scam artists and use these hidden fees whenever they want. Ripping people off every chance they get.

I opened a account at rush i had my income tax deposited into the account they put a hold on my account after the first few weeks once my check was deposited they put a block on my account and asked me to send in some documents which i did and after wards they asked me to send in a letter from IRS which i did also . now they are steady taking money and fees out of my account and they still haven't taken the block off and i have asked them to send my income tax back to IRS so can mail it back to me and they haven/t as of yet . sincerely yours ELOI NUNES .

$5 refer a friend not owning up to the program
I ordered a rush card off TV then two of my daughters wanted one so I called the rush card on the phone so they could get them one after I saw the commercial saying if you refer a friend you get $5 when they activate their card the person I talk to said that I wouldn't receive it until o activate my card I just recently activated my card so I called to see what happened to my $10 credit I was told a whole lot of mess about some code and this and that when all they askede for was for my daughters names and that was it so but even then back in2009 they didn't say anything about you had to give a code to refer a friend but now all of sudden that's what that problem is about $10 really

I am going through the same exact situation. I was suppose to receive my refund on the 12 of March 2014, I have never received my card in the mail. I was told to mail in my personal information, sent it in three times via fax. They kept telling me my address didn't match on the account, that was the purpose of me sending in proof of address. Then I was told my address have been update and that I should receive the card in 7-10 business day. So I called to confirm the info, they later told me they have close my account and can no longer do business with me. AIN'T THAT A ###! Highly Upset

Well, I see I am not the only victim here. Rush Card appartently has people selling mine and other peoples personal information allowing other humans to steal our hard earned money. Thanksgiving Day 2013, while asleep in my bed some individual was enjoying my hard earned cash clear across the United States in California. I reported it to Rush card was told I would hear something from them in 7-10 days, later I read it will take up to 60 days for them to figure out whether or not I will get my money back. Really, other banks return funds within 7 days and they go after the individuals who are stealing funds. Visa and Rush are FDIC insured, so where is my money. So here is the advice I have, do not use Rush for anything. And yes, I read about the do not sue policy. I also read that within 7-10 days my money would be returned and within the same sentence I read 60 days of investigations. So my answer is this, lets all ban together and file a class action lawsuit against RushCard, Visa and Russell Simmons. Because we few are here and pissed off and I know we few are not the only people who have suffered and had severe hardship because of Rush Card.

I had my funds deposited into my husbands acoount, never knowing that two people could'nt be on the same account.So rush card made me an account the same day without a card, I was told that if I made the account that I would be able to transfer my funds back into my husbands account since he had the actual card, when I called to do so I was told I had to do it online. I don't have my card number to make an online account. I've reached cooperate and they wouldn't give me my card number to get my funds.I have bills to take care of and they're telling me I have to wait 7-10 business days for my card. That's my next payday. For cooperate to have poor customer service it's dispicable. I want to have a word with RUSSELL SIMMONS

block/cancel card without knowledge
This stipud company cancel/block my credit card that i had funds on, without notifying me. I reported to the credit card company, that i didn't recognize a charge of only $8 on my credit card, but will be notifying the company that made the charge. I received their info from PayPal. I contacted the company and awaited their response. I never told my credit card company, that my card was lost or stolen, I just stated that I may be disputing a claim for a charge I don't remember making. And I wasn't making a big deal about it, because it was only $8. Rushcard block/stopped me from using my own card, but never told me they were going to do that. If they had done that, I would have taken the remaining funds off of it so that i could use it, because I needed it; but no, I didn't find out that the card was blocked/canceled until I went into a store to use it x2 days later. They could have also transferred the funds to my other Rushcard (I have two of them), but instead, they just stopped me from using my own card and I was left without funds for days. I'm their customer and they should have notified me about the block. If I had not called them after trying to make purchases, i would have never known they had my card blocked. I had issues like this before with Rushcard, where I had to file a complaint. They need to treat their customers better, or they will continue to loose them.

I'm would like to make a complaint with someone about rush card customer service yesterday I had a bad experience with rush card about an incident with my debt card being lost and funds were taking from my card. One I reported my card being lost and funds were remove. I spoke with an agent she advise that she could cancel the card but I had to wait 2 hours for them to contact me back before an disputed case can be file. Then I were told some misleading information about receiving a temp credit on my account. I contacted rush card several times yesterday due to the fact I was told that I would receive a call back about the situation never a call back. One of the customer service rep. Advise me that I could not speak with the dispute and she was not going to transfer me. The time was still early it was about 5:30 eastern standard time. I just feel this really needs to be address to someone in HR.

Someone used my card unauthorized for $242.80. When I contacted Rush card they advised me my card would be cancelled and we also did a conference call to this company so the transaction could be cancelled. Once the company cancelled the order I was advised by Rushcard that my funds would be back in my account within 72 hrs. That was 6 days ago. Today I contacted them and I had to jump through my hoops, and finally the merchants faxed Rushcard a letter on their letterhead stating the transaction hold has been released and my funds are now back issued to my account, but Rushcard then advised me that they cannot manually put the funds back in the account, I would have to wait until the system automatically put that funds back and that could be another 4 days, on top of the fact they cannot transfer the funds to another Rushcard of mines, that I would have to wait until I receive the new card and that is 7 to 10 business days. This was not like it was $50.00, this was over $450.00 that was taken off my card. So I explained I need this card expedited, they advised me that I could not have it expedited because I have no funds in the account and this would be $30.00. I asked to Superviors after Supervisor and still no help. They would not even provide me with a physical address so I can send a complaint. Once I receive my funds I am so over them. I would never deal with them again. I will be doing all my banking through a real bank.
