I'm filing a grievance on rushcard!
Hello my name is Leatrica Favors and I have been with Rushcard for almost 10 years now. It seems to me it's getting worser by the week. I've been without funds because I keep my money in my Rushgoal and the site has been down for several days. This is ridiculous that when Rushcard site fails we are the ones left without at the end of the day. I would love compensation for my time with you guys and you can see where I've been with you guys for 10 years going.
bill pay lost - actual paper check never cashed
I paid a bill in the amount of $275.00 and the payee never received the payment. They are saying that only Corporate can look into this and cancel the transaction. They wont refund my money and they say the bill was paid. The payee never received the money and they say that have no way of tracking it. I would like to file a federal complaint with the FDIC on fraud. They took the $275.00 out of my account and never paid the payee. They say they don't have a way to find the money. They say I would have to dispute the billpay and take up to 90 days. This is the second agent I talked to. I am so upset. Andrew Long, 2770 Woodland Hills Cove, Memphis, TN 38127. I would like them reported to the FDIC as fraudulent banking because they cannot even tell me the check number that they mailed out to pay the bill. They have no information tracking my billpay. They also told me that Corporate would be the only people that can fix it, if at all. The billpay was for $275.00 on June 21, 2017.

Returned transactions never posted. After several support calls and many excuses regarding funds returning to account, he actual transaction disappears from ledger. Now they claim it was returned but no record of the transactions. Customer Support is the worse ever!
To make matters worse tried to balance back to back statements and they have no explanation as to why the ending balance of prior month is different to the begging balance for the next month. Clearly they take your money with no regard or understanding.

I have been a rush cats member for years now literally. And it's an ok service. My money usually comes on time sometimes it's late. However today my money was suppose to post and I have been waiting to speak with someone for over two hours. I even wrote Russell Simmons a message on intstagram. And nothing over two hours and I have yet to speak with someone I feel like my money is floating around. I am extremely disappointed. I really can't believe I've held the phone for two hours just to ask a couple simple questions. I am overly disgusted. Anyone wanting to go through rushcard DONT. Please don't waste your time!

I filed a dispute on 4/6/2017 still haven't received a update! I'm convinced these people are stealing money from people accounts! Every time I call they can't give me any information or refuse to let me speak to a supervisor! All they can say it's takes up to 90 days! Why would it take 3 whole months to refund money back or to "investigate" if a error was made! These people are frauds! I have been with them since 2009 and they would even credit my card like they said they would within 10 business days! I advise nobody to ever get a card threw them!
I made a transaction June 26 for $25@ a gas station. They put $75 on hold. Two days later.. Still on hold. Third day, I call and was informed that it'll be 10 days before my funds would be released. All the while I'm paying attention to my account. The gas station funds posted on the 3rd but, $75 was still pending...Hmmm so I call and the young Indian guy told me that the issue was that the gas station information was different from what they had... (The gas station said the transaction was the 25th but it was actually the 26th) so give it the full ten days. Fast forward to July 7th and still pending...I call and was told it won't be posting till midnight. Mind you this is now 8 o'clock. 9:45 the transaction is no longer pending and my balance had not changed. So I called again... Ugh The young Indian lady who I could barely understand tells me that my funds were automatically put back into my account.. After going on and on trying to understand her, I asked to speak with her supervisor/manager.. After a 15 minutes wait, it sounded like the same woman pretending to be someone different. She was trying to explain that once the funds posted the $50 were put into a ledger account and the reason I want seeing it was because I may have had a negative balance before... I had to stop her because never had I had a negative balance because I'm more responsible then that. I don't make a lot of money so I make sure I calculate All of my funds... So while I'm telling her that nothing has changed in the two hours that had past in the two hours since I've talked to them other then the transaction was no longer pending. She's trying to talk over me being loud and explaining about her being 7 months pregnant and they aren't in the business of taking money from people and Yoda Yoda Yoda... So I'm done with her at this point and I tell her, that obviously you are in the business of taking people's money because you stole $50 from a struggling woman that works 6-7 days a week to make ends meet but, when I get home (I was driving leaving work) I'll look over my monthly statements real good then I'll call and cancel my card... Thank you and have a good night.. I am furious. Calling corporate when I wake up before work...

I am a member of Rushcard and have been since 2012. I filed a dispute concerning charges that had been made and money that had been withdrawn from one of my stolen card accounts. I've had 4 accounts altogether, but this complaint is in reference to only one. I've been lied to for three weeks straight about the Provisional Credit that was promised to be applied after 10 days without a resolution. I've waited 20 days, 48 hours times 2, after 3 different forms being sent, calling everyday speaking to both a supervisor and a rep, and the matter supposedly being escalated 4 times! This is disturbing. I've had to cancel important plans in my life because of all this. Everytime I call I'm given the same exact line... Day after day I have to call and get even more disappointed. I feel like there is someone that can credit my account instead of pushing it off to the next day time after time.
I have to get to my family, and I'm telling them tomorrow and tomorrow and 48 hours, Monday, Tuesday... This doesn't make any sense. Even someone in the dispute department told me 24 hours and it's been a week since then! So now today I talked with a supervisor and she says that a certain person tells her it will be there by the end of the day... That sounds like tomorrow in a different way! Please I need some assistance.

I processed a dispute for 2 transactions made on my account for $400 dollars on May 23rd I was told it would take 10 business days to get my provisional credit June 8th. It is now June 10th and they are still giving me the run around and telling it will now be June 12th. I'm so frustrated because I've been beyond patient with them and I still haven't received my money. I've even spoke with a supervisor after waiting on hold for 58minutes and was told yesterday that it would be 24 -48 hours and it's now been that and still nothing. After this I will never have anymore of my checks directly deposited on to RushCard anymore the customer service is horrible and I can barely understand any of them.

I called rush card to inform them of a dispute over $400 and they said they would investigate. Then the case was closed due to them finding no error. However the money was sent to a location in north charolette Carolina. And I live in Nebraska never been outside of Nebraska and I explained that. They cancelled my card for everything else but not when I actually needed them too. Now they won't give me my money back that I worked hard for. And that's not a little bit of money it's quite a lot and I need it. They would even provide me the credit due to them saying I did not turn my paper in on time when in fact I did.

Hello i am Maximillian walker different web site having taking my money and i have not been notified why almost a hundred been took out my account i am not happy at all with Rush Card.
merchandise not received and haven't been refunded from rushcard are walmart.
I made a purchase with my rush card at walmart.com online, my merchandise was delivered and left at my door. I called rush card about it on 2/2/2016. I was denied on my claim they had me put in a rebuttal letter and I still haven't heard anything bout my refund and it has been 5 months. I have been giving the run around and nothing is being done about my refund. They have contacted walmart and see that my merchandise was delivered and left at front door and was took off my porch. No one is telling me what going to be done bout my merchandise are refund. I don't think I should have to pay for merchandise I didn't receive

Thursday May 24th, 2017 I called to cancel the card and a Rushcard rep allowed someone to call back & activate the card again, provided them all of my online access and a card to card transfer took place ripping me off all of my money. It's bull carp b/c if someone told you they didn't authorize a card and to cancel it, why would you let someone call back 5 hours later to activate it and change all the information on it. I'm reporting this to the BBB & I've filed a police report. Rushcard is trash. Never again

On May 1 2017 my Rush card was stolen and used to run up charges in Hotels in Los Angeles California at various times over a 2 week period they charged my Card. How the Hotels or Services allowed this with out the Actual cardholder or seeing the card having my Signature is Theft.
Your company was notified on May 8 2017 and immediately the Credit card was cancelled. However I was instructed by Rush that after filling the Dispute forms for me being defrauded they would credit back my Account. It has been one LYING STORY after another. I've spoken on 10 Seperate times to Supervisors as well as Rush Agents with still more lies. You are to Protect me not STEAL from your Consumers. Make them SUFFER over a period of False notice. It is Horrible to be Stolen from, and then have Rush Firm Protect the Thief instead of their Customer Base. Every Firm I've dealt with has protected my interest as a Client. Ex. American Express Discover and others. Rush you have hurt your client. I want my Funds returned immediately as well as some kind compensation from Rush for these unprofessional actions to not protect me as I was Stolen from without cause.

I have been a Rush card member since 2011, my husband as well, and many of my family members. We are changing card carriers ASSP, your service is very difficult to keep up with. when I call for help your costumers service ppl have very heavy accents, can not understand nothing that they are saying. when trying to reach a person to speak with you would have to go though to much. I have had some dispute problems that warrant an alert on my card, last problem that I had Rush shut down my card I explain to the costumer service person that I was transferring my funds to my husband card, she said that would be a good idea. HOWEVER when I tried to do the transfer my card had already been cut off. the funds that I had on that card was just stuck there until I received the knew card. My car not was due and my insurance, this made both of my payments late in which I had to pay a late fee this is just to name a few problems we have encountered with the service off Rush card. I could go on and on with other issues, that my husband and family have gone through with Rush cads.

On 04/17/2017 I called rushcard card about a error that was in there system about my ssn. I took all proper steps to fix the error that they said would take one to two business days to fix. Its 04/24/2017 an the fact that I cant buy food for my kids really pisses me off and the fact that when you call the card company and they say the cant HELP you takes my anger to the next level... people trust this card company to put there money that they worked hard for and all you they do is give people the run around WORST CARD EVER!

30days ago I filed a dispute against an order I placed online. I never got the product. So I called filed a dispute with Rush and sent in necessary dispute paperwork. Well I called to check on my dispute and spoke to many different agents who didn't know their position very well. One rep said my dispute would be handled in 30 days. One said 7-10 business. Several reps told me dispute department would call me back. Which no one never did. I called today and a supervisor by the name of James told me they doing me a favor by trying to dispute something for me. You never tell a customer you doing me a favor they wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for us Customers. So he goes on to say its going to take 90 days to resolve and send paperwork. I advised him again I sent in paperwork there isn't anything else to send them. He said I should have an email confirmation from my order well like I advised several reps including him. I did not get an email confirmation or product. That is why I filed.its a false company trying to sell stuff. Then I asked about my other issue from this month. I called in because I was on the road told rep to give a list of free ATM in the area I was in. So she gave me a bank name. Well come to find out when I got home to look at my account she gave me an ATM that I still had to pay at. Which is crazy. She gave me wrong info just like the other reps. Well I call back to complain. Reps tells me she was forwarding to get issue resolved. Well I never heard back from this issue either. I have been with Rush since 2004 but I don't know who they got working for them now they are horrible and do not help us customers. I need my issues resolved asap..

I have had a rushcard for over a year. I use it to pay bills...buy and sell products from various places..ie..friends, newspaper, facebook. With no warning all of a sudden someone could not pay me because my card had been cancelled. I called customer service and actually got a real person. I was told that corporate had decided there was fraudulent activity on the card. Yesterday was a busy day on my card being the first part of the month. I was sending and receiving alot..I also had put money on the card to pay bills and shop online for a birthday gift for my granddaughter. All but $23 of my money was put on that card. After looking things over, I saw that I was on the wrong plan...I was on pay as you go. It can only be used 10 times a month. Why wasn't I sent an email or message telling me that I would be better off with the pay monthly plan. Now I am screwed. I also can't get into my account. Complete ####.

This is a scam company and the employees are not human. I received a fraudelent charge from amazon that i called them to dispute. After disputing the charge they advised me my card no longer worked and i would have to receive a new card which would arrive in 5 to 7 buisness days. I told them i needed my card to access my funds to be able to have gas for work. The agent told there was nothing they could do. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. When the supervisor got on the line she advised me they could expedite the shiping after i kept saying im not waiting 5 to 7 days for my card but it would cost $30. I didnt agree of course. She then said let me see if i can waive the fee for you ill be right back. After holding for almost 15min, she got back on the line and said the fee has been waived you should receive your card in 2 buisness days. She told and absolute lie which is unacceptable for a buisness. I called back the second buisness day while i was at work to get the status of my card which they told me i chose the standard shipping. So i asked the agent if the supervisor told me i would would recieve my card in 2 buisness days to *rush* me off the phone and he said "that is correct sir". This company is bs. I hope the workers lose their jobs and have to suffer and work somewhere where they have no choice butbto be honest and do right by customers which will tear them down.

I work in a call center in Ohio. I was told by a ex co-worker to get this card so I too can get my paycheck loaded up to 2 days faster. So I did. All was well for a while. In Dec 2016 I had a new employee start working here at my job.
She didn't have a check account. I told her about the rush card and said if you put in this code I will get $30.00 and you will too. She filled out the info right away. The process was to be 30 days once we both get paid. In Feb 2017 I noticed I never received the money as promised. I called the 800 number.
A man who could barely speak English wouldn't even help me unless I called with my co-worker. I waited till I got to work and me and her both went to call them back. A man who didn't speak English well said he see we did everything right but he would need to escalate this to a team to see were the money was. He said I would have my money 24-48 hours.
13 DAYS later I called back. Still have not gotten any money I told the Lady rep. She wouldn't stop lying to me saying maybe we didn't put in the info right. Maybe I overlooked the money. I asked for her Supervisor she gave me a lady who said the same thing as the first guy I spoke with. 24-48 hours escalating to a specialist.
I then wait till today 03/22/17 to check for the money. Not to my surprise still no money. I started to feel real childish hounding these people over $30.00 but I still get emails saying you can earn extra cash when you refer a new person. BTW the pay $50.00 per person now. Anyways I called spoke with a man and what do you know. He said the exact thing the other 3 people said. He will escalate this and 24-48 hours later I should have my money. I don't understand. Why lie? If you never intend on giving me this money can you please say that? Finally after speaking to yet another supervisor I still have no money and I now know I will never receive this money. But I will leave up to my word. I will tell every person who listen.
I told every person new and old to my job about how these RushCard people cheat, steal, and lie right to your face. Whats crazy is I to work in customer service. If I had any power to give a customer satisfaction from something my company did wrong I would. But the "GOOD OLD FOLKS" from rush card are definitely not going to do a damn thing. tax refund not posted and given excuses on why it hasn't.
I have been around and around with every service mechanism your company has available and I'm really very disappointed in everything I've experienced in the last few days. I did my taxes through H&R Block. I have contacted the IRS twice and they have verified both times that they have sent my refund to routing number #[protected] Account number #[protected], which is your bank.
The only thing wrong is my account number which the correct number is [protected]. This is absolutely and totally unacceptable. The refund was sent in the amount of $10, 421.00, my personal information is as follows Theron L Mathis, SSN [protected], DOB is 12/29/1958.
My card number is [protected]. I've been told by your company representatives that the tax preparer will send the refund to you and that is not the case. The IRS sent it to the account information mentioned above.
I'm sending you my contact information in hopes that a human being contact me shortly in hopes to resolved this in a timely manner. My next step is to contact my lawyer and at this point I don't think I want to be a rush customer anymore . Please contact me A.S.A.P. so that we can get to the bottom of this.
