RushCard / UniRush been a member a month never received my card with 2 full checks on there

I've been a member for a month and still haven't received my card, I signed up for rushcard on February 7th. I received an email on February 15th that my card had arrived. I actually had the main office to the apartments as the address instead of my address but the apartments always sends the mail to the correct apartment number when they receive mail and my apartment number was on file. on the 22nd I called to see why I haven't received my card because my entire check was on that card and I cant pay anything and to update my address if needed. before Rush could update my address they asked me security questions that I didn't even set up to prove my own identity and I ended up failing on them so i spoke with a manager and she advised to fax in My License Social and a bill of some sort to show proof of address. I didn't get her name. I faxed in the documents on the 23rd of February. they accepted my ID and Social but did not accept my internet bill as proof of address because the page was "cut". The page was zoomed in just a little show the info clearly but most of the document was there. My address was there, the company and its address was there. no notifications was sent out that they didn't accept it or that they even received my info at all. I called back on the 27th because I was told it takes 48hrs for the back office to process the documents and I hadn't heard anything so I wanted see has my card been mailed and that's when they told me the document wasn't accepted. I spoke with another lady who I was told was the manager and I told her that was all I had because my apartment was all bills paid, she advised that they couldn't accept it so I sent them a copy of my entire lease on the 27th and advised them threw fax and over the phone that I would like a card expedited to me and that I accept all the fees. after not hearing from them once again even though I was told for the second time they would respond to me when they received the faxes by email and phone I called them back on march 1st and spoke with Kevin who I was told was the manager and stated My rent is due and I needed to pay fees from last month I planned on paying with my check that hit my card on the 22nd. he told me that my lease was to blurry and I explained that its because i sent the entire lease and yall didn't except it if it was zoomed in a little to show the info because that's what I was told and why they didn't accept my internet bill. Kevin the manager told me that I could send portions of it as long as the entire letter is there and that he would put an escalation on it which would have been for the second time. so that's exactly what I did. I faxed over the full copy of the lease along with 4 portions of the lease the same day. I called back on march 2nd and I was told the documents hadn't been received yet which was a Thursday so I refaxed them over and kept the confirmation letters that the faxes where being received. I called them back on march 3rd and again on march 6th and was told that neither of the faxes from the 1st or 2nd have been received so I refaxed again just so I would have the documentation and called back on the 7th and still they had not received non of my faxes since the 27th of February so I spoke with a manager named Jennifer (she wouldn't give her last name) expressed to her that I had to take the day off because I had received notices to vacate the premises of my apartment for none payment and I had to talk to the apartment manager because my mother watches my dogs and she went out of town on the 28th and I didn't have the money to put my dog in a boarding house so when the manager came over to deliver my eviction papers she seen that my dog was there and added that fee to the rent I owe and advised she wouldn't take me to court to evict if I was out of the apartment by the 9th and is there anybody above her I could talk to" she wouldn't listen and just continued to advise to refax the letters and at that point I didn't want to accept that since they aren't receiving anymore so they say so I continued to ask for someone in a higher position and she refused to put me on the line with any one else and at one point she just held the phone for about 3 minutes straight thinking I was going to hang up but I didn't and then she got back on the phone and I asked her to just close the account and mail me a check via 2 day delivery so I can at least have money to get a room or find another apartment and she advised she couldn't do that and the mailing time would be 10 Business days. she eventually hang up so I called back about 10 minutes later and spoke with a rep and once she pulled up my account she pulled up my account and stated that still no documents had been received since the 27th she then stated that "THE DOCUMENTS THAT WHERE RECEIVED ON THE 27 WERE ON FILE BUT HAD NOT YET BEEN LOOKED OUT AND SHE WAS SENDING THEM TO THE BACK OFFICE TO HAVE THEM EVAUATED". I have this call recorded and this call was taken place on the 7th. I then asked her "which documents where received on the 27th because I sent a lot since then" and she responded "ID License and a copy of my internet bill" I told her that the back office had already denied the internet bill and she stated "I CAN SEE YOUR ADDRESS AND THE COMPANIES ADDRESS AND INFO CLEAR ON HERE, IT SHOULD BE ACCEPTED AND YOUR CARD SHOULD BE EXPIDITED TO YOU AFTER THE BACK OFFICE PROCESS THE DOCUMENTS WHICH COULD TAKE UP TO 48 BUISINESS HOURS" so now all this time has went by and supposedly the documents I sent where correct in the first place. I still haven't heard form them whether or not they actually accepted my info from the 27th or not but due to all of this happening I know longer live at the address on file or even have a new address for the card to be sent to as of now. I don't know what else to do at this point ( I Have attached a copy of the internet bill that they did not accept)

I called them once again today and my documents are still under review even though its only supposed to take 2 business days its been 10 days

RushCard / UniRush direct deposit

I am awaiting my dd for my tax refund to my acct...Irs dd it on 2/21/2017 and here it is 2/24/2014 and it hasnt been credited to my acct.Rush card keeps saying that they dont see the deposit nd that they are waiting on the back office to ee whats going on well i hve called in everyday and delt with the rude customer service and being hung up on and crap..I am so done.This is not a way to do business...And still no money and no answers

RushCard / UniRush denial of unauthorized transactions dispute. rushcard robbed me.

I have been a customer of Rushcard for 6 years. In November 2016, my rushcard was skimmed either from a gas pump or an ATM. The thief proceeded to spend roughly $752. After reporting this to rushcard which is an exhausting, frustrating process because no one listens, no one speaks clear english, I was given a “provisional credit” pending rushcard’s “investigation”. I received that credit 20+ days after the theft occurred. They sent me an affidavit to fill out which was incorrect and when I requested a corrected one, they sent me the exact same paperwork. They included some charges twice and left others off. Completely incompetent. Today, I woke up to find that my account is completely empty because they have decided there was no “error”, (someone needs to explain to them that error and theft are not the same), so I have been robbed twice, once by the thief and once by your company. I intend to pursue this matter because this money was stolen from me. These were unauthorized transactions. Ruschard “investigators” didn’t even contact the officer assigned to my case and I gave full info regarding how to get in touch with her. I have reported you to the BBB in Cincinnati and I am researching legal recourse. Your company has robbed me and left me with no money to live on. I have Cystic Fibrosis and I have medications I need to buy. I will not tolerate being told that I made false complaints. I want my money back immediately.

RushCard / UniRush rushcard

A law firm placed a hold on my account for a case that was disposed in 2007. Years have passed and they decided to place a hold on my account, Rush card tells me every time I call how they value me as a customer, yet they never shot me an email to let me know my account was on hold. The law firm sent rush a letter telling them to unblock the account, and now they won't unblock my account because they can't understand a sentence in the document. Meanwhile my childs needs and my bills are not being met. Stuck with rush card from [protected], and now I'm goning to leave, because they really don't value me at all. 12/26/2017 day it happend 02/02/2017 still going on.

My card was cancelled today and I am not allowed to get a rush card again. They said suspected fraudulant use. I use my card for buying and selling personal property and for payments to people for services rendered. I did not realize the pay as you go service was only for 10 times a month. I was not givin an email or message that this was about to happen. All my money was on the card as I pay bills with it. I was told I would recieve my money in 7-10 days. Now Im ###ed.

RushCard / UniRush i cannot reach a customer service rep. to get previous rush card statements.

I am power of attorney for ashley mowery who is incapacitated, and I have been trying to get copies of ashley's rush card statements for march through october 2015 in order to prove payment of products and services. I have ashley's ssn and rush card number. I have tried calling rush card customer service but can never reach a live voice. I have tried emailing their complaints department, but never got an answer. RushCard / UniRush customer service support

I have been a member of RushCard since 2014. Unlike others I have spoke nothing but good words about this company even had people referred through me. I have recently experience the worst customer service of my life. I was hung up on by the supervisor and after being promised a curiosity credit for the issue. I was told that I couldn't receive that either. I have had it up to here with the lies and mistreat from this company and I will no longer stay quiet. I will pass along to anyone interested in this company to not make the mistake I did because they don't care about your service they only care about your money. Be with a company that takes pride in putting their customers first!

RushCard / UniRush not receiving money that was taken from me

In August of 2016 After making a purchase at clothing/sneaker I receive texts & emails letting me know that money was being debited from my account. Then I receive a message from RushCard stating that my card was being blocked and to contact them. I was left with a 0 balance .. I am a single parent of 2 children with a household to maintain & here it is about 6months later and RushCard has done NOTHING to help me get my money back. I've been patient and done everything they asked of me. I've sent 3 rebuttal letters and attached was the receipts & still nothing. I just keep hearing that "due to the investigation I am not going have the money debited back to my account". So am I suppose to just settle for that?! No way! I'm so fed up, the way I feel Russel Simmons ### is gonna feel it! Someone better give me my money back cause it's mine & I want it NOW! BBB will be contacted along with an issued law suit ..Absolutly ridiculous

RushCard / UniRush my card has been locked

I was trying to buy my neice and nephew Xmas presents and I put money on my card. I went to log into my account to see if it went on but it told me my account was locked and that I needed to call customer service I did. There is no help option on the menu for this kind of situation. I can't get my neice and nephew there Xmas presents if I can't get into my account. Plz get this resolved quickly.

RushCard / UniRush prepaid debit cards

I've been with Rushcard for 11 years I lost my card I called to replace it on the 8th of December I still yet to received my card today is the 17th of December. I got married on the 8th of may 2015. In September of 2015 I sent in all the info requested in order to change my name and all they kept telling me was I need to resend the same information over again so I did .I did they never received it so my name was never changed. Yet every time I asked about it they always told me that they were waiting on corporate headquarters to change it. Moving forward I lost my card so I ordered another one, but it was taking too long for me to receive it so I asked for express cash a few representatives told me that that wasn't an option at that point. After fussing so much they eventually gave it to me charged me 30$ of my money so I went to retrieve the money I couldn't retrieve it because my last name on my account and my drivers license didn't match. So I called and asked for it to be returned and refunded the fee this was little after 10am they told me it takes 6 business hours so by the time I go to work it should be refunded I also sent in the documents required to change my name once again Here it is no card still n no money. I was told 5-7 business days wait until Friday, then Saturday now I'm being told wait until Monday and then Tuesday. One supervisor put me on hold and kept over talking me getting smart saying that he told me what my options are and kept saying is there anything else I can help you with eventually I hung up because he wasn't saying anything And I also resent the paperwork to change my name NOTHING! my car note past due it's I switch on my car where they will stop your car from starting.my kids Christmas layaways both was put back because of this. Then they have the nerve to charge me another 30$ to send my card the next day but it not next day it takes 24-48 hours after asking for it a third time. I have no money no card I can't even buy food for my kids all their toys are put back I'm not happy. No Christmas for my kids it looks like I need this resolved as of yesterday this is my money I worked hard for.

RushCard / UniRush security code without access to money without an explanation

I was supposed to be reimbursed by a pre paid credit card to my rush card and with no explanation as well as no access to my money being I'm supposed to reactive my card and I've followed the proper instructions on the activation web page as well as the toll free phone number. I am receive government funds and I need my money and rush card has made it inconvenient or if even I will ever got my money back. They tell to call customer service and it's a recording which is concerning loading funds for people who work

RushCard / UniRush rushcard has not bill paid me my check since october 2016 and now its december 8 2016

Rushcard closed my card account in october 2016 for unknown reasons and pose to had bill paid me my remaining balance of $865.00.. They say they are mailing it out but yet the check has not made it to me. Everytime after i have waited the 7-10 days and call them back they say the check is returned.. I been going thru this since october 2016 its now december 8 2016 and i want my money cause i am taking legal action against rushcard

RushCard / UniRush my pay check not being available this morning

My paydays are on fridays but lately i been gettin my check on Wednesday's. Morning well this morning i didnt gt it i called rush carf twice one lady said o it might post late but i told her i gt mines by 8am on wednesdays then i wait 2hrs call back still no funds so he said i dont see nothing i said r u sure i gt paid on wednsdays im upset about this..

Many banks post funds early if payroll is submitted, even if it is dated for a later date. If you're technical pay date is Friday they are not required to post the funds to your account until that day, even if they have Posted early recently. Youre first step should be checking with your employer to find out if payroll was submitted. If your check date is Friday and you've just been seeing funds posted early, you have no valid complaint.

RushCard / UniRush unauthorized lock on my account

RushCard placed a lock on my account, against my will, because they supposedly saw suspicious activity. I explained to them that I authorized my caretaker to withdraw funds and handle other activity on my account. However, they still wanted me to provide certain items in order for them to unlock my account. After providing them with their requested items on July 6, I never heard anything back from them. Once I called to inquire, they told me that they had everything they needed to proceed with releasing my funds to my caretaker and that it would take 7-10 business days. After two weeks passed, I called again to see why the reimbursement check had not been sent. They then told me that I needed to provide other items, including a copy of my caretaker's social security card. They never asked for my social security card, so I found it odd to ask for my caretaker's. They are refusing to release my funds still today if I do not provide my caretaker's personal information. It seems as though they are making up rules as they go along in order to keep my money. What can I do to have my funds released?

RushCard / UniRush fraudulent deposit into someone else's rushcard account through a scam

I thought I was making a a payment through a second party for my electric company because I have never heard of Ruschcard until now. I don't have a Rushcard account.

I made this payment through MoneyGram. I entered my name and phone number and the transaction number given to me by the scammers.

These scammers claimed to be from JCPL (Electric company in New Jersey)
When they called my business they gave us this number [protected]
when they answer, its an automated system just like when you call the real company. They put you on hold and transfer you to rep to make payment.
Because the payment is past due and they will shut off your service they claim you have to go to their location in Trenton to pay in person and they cannot accept payments over the phone. When you tell them that's too far they say you can make a moneygram payment at a CVS or Rite Aid.
The Name of my that they called is Dolce Viso Salon and Spa in Millburn NJ

Turns out the money went into someone Rushcard account and when I call to dispute it even though I was able to get the account number from moneygram they tell me they can"t tell me anything. This is after I reported this to them one week ago and gave all the information to investigate.
I asked to speak with someone in the fraud department but they claim they cant transfer me.
I was told they would contact me but I have not heard from anyone and in the meantime those 2 cards that don't belong to me with my money are being left to be used up and spent by someone else.

The card numbers used were [protected] ($500)
[protected] ($478)

I attached a copy of the transaction through moneygram going into the rushcard account.
Since it seems to have posted right away MoneyGram no longer had access to cancel the transaction.

Rushcard also does not provide for email correspondence.
Which makes it harder for anyone to prove they tried to dispuite or report fraudulent activity.

I will be filing a police report against Rushcard and also a legal claim.
When I have that a will forward that also.

RushCard / UniRush my money

I made a purchase from Bebe the item was unavailable they informed me my order was canceled the very next day However the money was gone off my card $209 to be exact I informed Rushcard they told me it was a 3-5 business day hold this happened 8-30-16 on 9-9-16 still no funds they told me have them send a fax still no money no one speaks English very broken, very rude, no customer service, still no money I'm calling my attorney ASAP something has to be done about these companies just taking advantage of the less fortunate Russell Simmons should be ashamed of hisself and his Incompetant Employees

RushCard / UniRush rushcard

I had been a member since 2012 I have direct deposit with the offer of receiving my funds up to 2 days early, this has been a problem and today after receiving an email notifying me funds had been deposited and calling to verify I could not withdraw anything. I called customer service and could not get through after Many attempts, upon calling off a different phone I was able to speak with a representative, the representative informed me to withdraw all my funds at the atm I was at I attempted several times and was unsuccessful, I mysteriously got cut off . When a was able to get through again I was told my card was blocked by corporate but they had no number for me to contact corporate upon asking to have my funds transferred to one of my other cards was told they cold not stated a third party had attempted to charge my card and so card was blocked but I had to pay $30 to have a replacement expedited to me or it would take 5-7 business days to receive a new card. I have had several issues over the years but I AM COMPLETELY STUNNED AND DISGUSTED with the way this company conducts business! I am going to tell everyone that will listen! HORRIBLE!

RushCard / UniRush banking services/debit card services

I have been a consumer of Rush Card since 2012 and had very little problems until of recently. I deposited almost $1700 between March of this year and July and all of a sudden my bank account is closed after money is disputed
being taken off my card without my permission. it has been three weeks and
I still have not recieved the closure check at my temporary address as I am currently in the Hospital and cannot travel to my post office. However they sent my new card to this address with no problems. Someone tried to use the new card to transfer money already. I have no problem with them closing the account, I t has been three weeks and I have not recieved my check at the Nursing home for the rest of my money that was still a positive amount in my account.

PLEASE REEEEEEAAADDDDDD! I made a load to the rush card and AS I normally do in Emergency situations. My cell phone provider was closed and i needed to pay my bill before midnight. Before calling to make the payment i checked the balance to make sure it had loaded and it did, well upon making the payment it was declined so i'm thinking it must be some kind of mistake so i told the CSR to try AGAIN and he DID ACTUALLY tried 3 times same result so i hung up called rushcard spoke with a CSR she said it was a maintenance issued and the money is there to try again but by this time my balance had dropped to the number of attempts we had tried. I'm like hold up how did that happen? she said she didn't know but to try for the amount available..HMM right there i am pissed but i was on a deadline to have this phone bill paid by midnight. it's 11:10PM. so I attempted again 2 times same thing happened DECLINED so i called back and got the rudest i mean RUDEST CSR i have ever encountered named ANDY she didn't care what i was talking about, she was talking over me even went as far as to ask me if i knew how to count and tell me how much money i loaded. Also stated their was no team leads or SUPS available put me on MUTE not hold but MUTE dead silence for 31 mins. I used my daughters phone to call into RUSHCARD to let them know she was holding the line and that i know she could hear what i was saying when i said that the line disconnected. At this point my blood is boilin! I am now furious with this company so i am speaking to the 4th CSR of the night but this time i conferenced my cell phone company on the call and i also recorded the call because i wanted to have some proof to this and to let my phone carrier know i had the money but it was the card service i was using not allowing me to access my own money. This lady was very pleasant but didn't get the problem solved she let me know as i am letting all of you know when you make a load to this card it is not available to you right away you have to wait an HOUR which i was never ever told to use it but that's not the kicker. they were taking a dollar each time the card was declined b/c i use it as a pay as you go so follow me now if my money that is loaded isn't available for AN hour after how are you taking $1 from the available balance each time i attempt to use it and it gets declined. subtracting it from the load amount i placed on the card (HMM) Don't make no kind of sense. I had to call family members at 11:45pm and pray they were up and would pay my phone bill for me mind you i already loaded my money to this card! not only that i ended up Overdrafting my own bank card for $53 off a $26 payment! my bank charges $27 each overdraft fee thats why i didn't use it in the first got dang place! my sister overdrafted for me so i owed her $57..i had things pending that needed to be cleared so now i owe my bank $53 my sister $57 and my phone bill was only $70 to begin with! No one here speaks clear english no one knows what they are talking about and no one went out their way to resolve my issue! Please do not use this card read the reviews first educate yourself. Do not load big money on here especially pay checks or any deposits before you do think about it i'd hate to see this happen to someone else. especially if you don't have it i am a single mother and school is starting all my funds i need. this card is some ### i'm telling you!

RushCard / UniRush money just disappear

I have had rush card since 2011 and no problems, but now that I've recently started back using my card for my new job it's been hell money just disappears from my card when my direct deposits post and has been for two months now the first amount was $187 dollars, then$703, $691, and now $303 dollars and I've had enough of being robbed by a card company you call the customer service number and they barely speak English and are extremely rude and refuse to get you your monies back and all they do is send out another card that took three weeks to get here and my money still wasn't returned to my card now when I call in they just hang up on me so I've lost over a thousand dollars of my hard earned money to a company that's a total rip off and fraud I would not advise anyone to use this company because they are not legit at all so if you don't want your money stolen just go open up you a checking account in your local area because this company is not the way to go😡😡😡😡😡👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

RushCard / UniRush invalid card

I have been with ruchcard since 2007 and I have never had an experience like one I just had. I will be canceling all my rush cards. A family member transferred funds to a card that was invalid. I call to see what all I need to do to get the funds transferred again to an active card and the merry-go - round began. The first representative informed that they can do a manuel transfer of the funds and it will take 1 to 2 business days. A lie. 2 days past no transfer. I called a second representative told me that the first representative said that I requested a replacement card. Not true. That's not what she said that she was added to the account file. A lie again. So the second representative said the he was going to request another manuel transfer it will take 1 to 2 business days. Well another 2 days later. No money... I called again today and the third representative said that they could not transfer the funds that I could only do it online myself... But the card is inactive online. Wow these people are really smart. So, she places me on hold to come up with 2 solution. 1 I can wait 7 to 10 business days for a another card to be mailed to me. 2, do a express cash that will charge me $30 for service fee... Smh. And this is the thanks I get for being a loyal customer. Thank you rush card for all the b. S..

I put money on RushCard, my entire paycheck and a few days later my card was declined at the store. I knew I had the funds so I called them to find out what the issue was. The money was there but without my permission or knowledge, they had blocked my card. This is something they claim can't be undone. I had to wait to be sent a new card and in the meantime, no money. Nothing. I get 2 cards and they can't activate either one. Time it takes to notify corporate to manually activate a card? A few BUSINESS days (the exact number of days depends on who I talk to). They have the most non-caring, ignorant cust srv reps that I have ever encountered in my life who can't half speak or understand English. They apologize, that's it. That. Is. It. Escalated issues are not handled there but at corporate office and you can't find a phone number or address or get it from the cust srv. They give you an email address, not to corporate but to them. Dont bother, they're useless. Do not get this card. It is scary that people that essentially steal money are allowed to do business in this country. Don't believe me? Google RushCard complaints or anything related and you will see THOUSANDS of complaints. Literally. People who put money on these cards and never saw it again. And they don't care or lift a finger to rectify any mistakes that they make except, of course, "I do aplogize"
