Ryze Superfoods review: What a great assortment of mushrooms in each serving…

I received my first shipment of RYZE Mushroom Coffee at the end of February and started taking it around March 1, 2024. The recommendation is to put the product into hot water along with dairy type flavor enhancers but I chose a different route. What is working great for me is putting the mushroom coffee into my morning smoothie. I put a serving into the blender, along with a heaping cup of frozen berries, a scoop of vanilla whey protein powder, chia seeds and some ice cubes. Really delicious!

After researching a few mushroom coffee brands, I went with RYZE because of the assortment and benefits of their mushrooms. Fortunately, I feel pretty great all the time and I am not noticing much of a change BUT after reading comments and reviews, I look forward to my next health physical when I will have blood drawn to see if there have been any changes. In the meantime, I’m enjoying this great product.
