My Name Is Mercia Dampies and I am 62 Years Old Woman who take out a Policy by Sanlam Topaz where I did All the Medical procedures and that my blood results came out that I am a smoker, but I don't smoke, and the financial advisor assure me that he is going to do the blood test over and the final product came out and I was not satisfied with the policy. I as a valid client have full right to say I want to cancelled the policy but the advisor talk allot of stuff with me so I put a cancelation in in writing on the 09 January 2024 and the Advisor said he is going to let the policy go off in February because of the second blood test, and he and he promised that he will pay the 900 rand in February 2024 if I can't afford the policy, but to my knowledge he promise that the policy is going off in February and I didn't see any documents of my policy and I had to find out by my work how much my policy is and the policy was too much for me I could afford the policy and I Email Mr. Ivaan Louw the colleague of my financial advisor to cancelled the policy and my advisor did not cancelled it and they deduct the money now the end of January 2024 as I email the cancelation to them early in January I am very Disappointed And I will; never trust anyone of Sanlam again please do something about all your Sanlam product because they are busy with fraudster Ing the people please.
Please assist me Urgently
