My client ordered a LA5F630803 Main Contact set as given to me by Key Electric Wholesalers as the parts was incorrect I told Riyaad from Schneider as well as Key Electric the part was incorrect so Riyaad told me to refund my client which I did and that key electric would refund me upon returning the part I was told that the LA5F630803 was not returnable and now im stuck with the incorrect part and nobody wants to assist me.
As a small business I do not keep stock and I do not have cashflow for sitting with a part that cost me R18500 I also lost the contract due to Schneider south Africa that gave me the wrong part to begin with.
I would like to return the product and get my money back as I can not afford a mistake like this.
please can you assist in resolving this issue

Ask Schneider National to intervene directly in return and refund. Describe the evidence of their initial blunder in detail such as correspondence with Riyaad, the purchase receipt as well as the information of the product.
