Score sense charged my credit card for $29.95 for credit monitoring after I agreed to pay $1.00 for my credit score. They claim that because I did not contact them within 7 days of obtaining my credit score, this automatically commits me to paying $29.95 to monitor my credit.in no way was this stated clearly. I did not agree to this and didn't realize they charged my credit card until I noticed my balance on my card. I called their toll-free number [protected]) and they still refused to remove the charges totalling $59.90 + $1.00 for the credit score info.

I went online and found the better business bureau where score sense is located in dallas, texas. You should too if you have been scamed by them. Do not be misled by their parent company name - one technologies, l. P. You should go online for the better business bureau with the following company information and report them for bad business practices. This is very deceitful to mislead people thinking they will only be charged $1.00 for your credit score & then turn around and charge $29.95/monthly for this aleged service. Don't get scammed and let the buyer beware!

I was also scammed with the same charge and absolutely no indication that I would be charged when I signed up. I was charged maybe 2 weeks to a month after I signed up. I was actually led to the site by another site which listed the link as a place to get your score checked for FREE.

At the screen where it lists your ID number AFTER signing up, it says to check your e-mail & spam for a welcome message which contains important information about account in tiny gray print at the bottom. I received no such e-mail. The wording when signing up as well as the "up grade to premium" button leads you to believe you will only have to pay if you press that button on sign up for the premium account.

I agree I recently went through the same problem. I had called in earlier to cancel my account and the female that I talked to didn't cancel it and did not even notate my account so they charged my debit card 29.95 n refused to refund my money but I'm not about to let them take my hard earned money I'm going to fight them. And something extra the credit score they gave me did not match up with the credit score capital one gave me.

They got me too! I called immediately and told them to cancel my "trial." I was told that I was cancelled by was surprise to find out they had charged me $29.95 for 4-months before I realized what was happening. They asked me for "telephone records" to prove I had called. I never visited the site after my initial contact with them and never used any of their so-called services. This company needs to be investigated, penalized and shut down.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM COMPLETE SCAM AND ALREADY PAID OUT 22 MIL IN A LAWSUIT; HOWEVER IT DOESNT SEEM TO HAVE CHANGED ANYTHING. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THROGH VIA PHONE TO THEM FOR A WEEK AND I GET AN "ALL REPS ARE BUSY CALL BACK" MESSAGE.
