Service and things stolen {passes,money and shoes}
we went to water country yesterday 6/6/2021! First mistake was renting a cabaña! i thought it would be more private and didn't have to worry about people then when stealing money or your food passes! My daughter brand new Crocs were stolen from Big Daddy Falls! i filled a complaint guest services people were very helpful and not concerned! Kiristen is aware which was the lady at HUBA HUBA, she was the only person that cared!
Desired outcome: refund or tickets!!!!!!!!! Not returning and already filled a complaint next step is BBB
Premium Annual Pass Holder
I am from Texas and on vacation in San Diego, CA. I am extremely upset with the policy to require out of state visitors to show proof of vaccine! What compensation are you giving me for not allowing us, who haven't gotten the vaccine yet to go into the park? I purchased my pass because I travel and it allows me into all Sea World locations in the US. During this whole pandemic the only requirements were social distance and mask. Why should it be any different now if you aren't vaccinated!? The risk is no higher than it was. Now I do realize California has it's laws, but did you let us know oh by the way, you have a Platinum Pass but can't use it in San Diego! Nope nothing, what compensation are we getting? I am already out of town never thought to check the website ahead of time because my pass says San Diego on it! Very very upset with Seaworld.

Refund not received
I was an annual pass holder for 2020 but never went due to the pandemic. I was charged March, April and May before Sea World finally stopped charging considering the park had to close like every other theme park here in Orlando. I was not charged June, July or August. I started to get charged again September, October and November. On 12/17, I called Sea World and spoke to Joanna and was told I could get a refund in the amount of $114.00 for the months I was charged in 2020. She told me the refund would come in 15-30 days. Today, I called and spoke to Renata who told me I can't get a refund because as annual pass holders we don't get refunds. I request to speak to a supervisor since I was never told any of that on 12/17. Supervisor Armando denied my refund stating the same. I was provided very wrong and misleading information by Joanna. I was told I would get a refund for a specific dollar amount so that is what I am seeking.

Over Charging
Do NOT buy SeaWorld Orlando EZ Pay Passes! They did not tell us that they automatically renewed and will not refund our money for passes that we did not want! Their rides were constantly being shut down, and the lines were too long, so why the hell would I want to waste another $600.00 on them?
