Secsers review: Scam

I tried many smm services and Sescers (aka Suckcers) is by far the worst. The slowest customer service response taking sometimes a month to reply. Most of their services do not work yet they still list very cheap prices for views. At first one service worked but then nothing worked after that. When you ask for a refund they will reject you saying that's their terms. I conclude that Secsers is a scam and should be closed down. If they reject your refund you can make a dispute with your credit card company.
